Have you ever felt … incomplete? As though happily ever after is a fleeting, unattainable concept? Not that I haven’t had memorable experiences because I have. Plenty of them. It’s more like what’s necessary to check off all the boxes for a successful HEA hasn’t been defined yet. At least not for me. To say my desires—not to mention my expectations—are complicated would be putting it mildly. It’s … putting it mildly. It’s bad enough I’m in love with my best friend despite the fact we can’t give each other what we both need: a Dominant who can tame our inner submissives.
Then the unexpected happens.
Secrets are revealed, danger unfolds, decisions are made. And it’s during the ensuing roller coaster ride that five peoples’ lives are forever changed. Including mine.

This book had me feeling so many emotions and it truly gutted me and broke my heart at certain points.
I have listened to a few audiobooks from this series and while I loved the narrations done by Tor Thom and Charley Ongel in those books I must admit that I LOVED the Irish accent that Gene Branson, narrator, had going on for Ian and Isaac Stokes….it was soooooo YUMMY!!!
I personally feel the need to disclose that one of the main characters was sexually assaulted as a child, while it is NOT explicitly laid out for you in the story it is mentioned. This is a hard limit of mine and I know there are others out there that will not read anything that has children being sexually assaulted. but as I said it is just mentioned and it does not go into explicit detail over the encounters.
Each book author Nicole Edwards gives me (yes me) surpasses the ones before it. This book just reached into a place in my soul and squeeze it. It had me on the edge of my seat through out so much of it. This book is more than just a book with kink in it. It is so more. I see things that I recognize and I understand. There is a story line that is deep and also we get hints and hellos from past characters in Nicole Edward’s books. I am so looking forward to the next book and can’t wait to see who will be featured in it.
So many layers to this story. Which is no surprise with this author. I’ve been wondering what happened to Everly since the last book, Their Naughty Student. While I don’t feel we get to know much about Everly’s past, I don’t think it was necessary and, it turns out, this isn’t only her story. Of course, Nicole Edwards is a master at weaving the storires multiple characters together, she is the queen of menage romance. Usually there is one character that will take center stage, even when the story is about multiple people. In this one, the story is centered just as much about Dante as Everly. Maybe even more so since his is the deep emotional story that needs to be told here.
Dante has quite a background. He had me in tears many times. I love how much Ian and Isaac understand Dante and his need for alone time, while also knowing he needs the structure of rules and protocol. The feelings between the twins and Dante are so beautifully written and made me swoon for them all.
There was one character that I had issues with throughout the beginning of this story, and that’s Heather. I should have known that the author had a plan. So I’m going to tell you, do not fret. The story will play out the way it’s supposed to and you will learn to like (maybe even love) Heather by the end. She does serve a purpose and she doesn’t ruin things the way it seems may happen.
The biggest conflict that I felt in my gut was between Isaac and Ian. There is no question that they love each other and have a bond that cannot be broken. I was wishing and hoping through so much of this story for Ian to share his feelings and Isaac to open his eyes! I knew things would work out eventually, but I was aching for Isaac and Everly.
The only thing I found wrong with this story is the fact that I’m done reading it and now have to wait for this author’s next book to be published. Luckily, the next book in her Misplaced Halos series will be out in a couple of weeks!

Another amazing book in this series. It can be read as a standalone. Each book is unique in its own way. I loved the dynamics of this one, each character has there own issues. The way they all come together is just short of amazing. I loved this book and look forward to reading more in this series.
I’ll be honest…heading into Their Fairy Princess, I didn’t know how things would work with five characters all being key characters in the storyline. But the way that Edwards merges their individual plot lines in a way that illustrates just how essential they seem to be to one another as well as how they come into their own when they have an outlet to experience their deepest desires without society’s stigmas or prejudices.
One person’s attack redefines all five characters’ relationships with each other and how they view life and love. And, because of the complications that arise from the attack and the feelings of insecurity that the three roommates feel, the new living arrangements allows for a judgment free zone – one where experiments can take place, new lifestyles can be tried, and perhaps, one that creates relationships that fulfill in all ways…that check off every box…that allow unbreakable bonds to form. And if those things can take place then maybe, just maybe these five people will no longer feel incomplete because they would have found a sense of completion, even if it’s in an unorthodox way.
The book focuses five people, Ian, Issac, Dante, Everly, and Heaven, trying to find their happily ever after in whatever way that may be. And, while it did take me a bit to fully immerse myself in these five people’s lives and wrap my head around each individual’s wants and needs, the baggage that they carry, and their deepest, unrealized desires, once I grasped the true dynamics amongst them, I began to see what roles they all would play in bringing one another outside of the notions they once believed in and felt comfortable with, allowing their bodies and hearts to decide the path to take instead of just their minds.
The storyline in Their Fairy Princess was not exactly what I thought it would be, but I truly enjoyed how everyone and everything evolved throughout the course of the book and what that meant for each one individually as well as with the ones who seem to own them heart and soul by the time everything is said and done. And while I did have a difficult time with Heaven, at times, the characters’ differences lent authenticity to the situations they’re involved in and added a deeper layer to both the plot line and the characters’ personalities.
There’s no question that Nicole Edwards can bring the sexy to her stories, and while I appreciate those steamy pages, what I’ve always appreciated even more is that those scenes aren’t simply crafted to be sexual fodder…what the characters experience in those encounters, what they allow them to figure out is not just their deepest needs and desires, but also what they feel makes them whole…makes them completely fulfilled.
4 Poison Apples
3.5 stars for – Their Fairy Princess – book seven in the Office Intrigue series by Nicole Edwards. This is a complete standalone but the series is fantastic and I highly recommend checking it out from the beginning. This book is a MMFM romance with elements of BDSM. All combinations of sex are described in this book MF / MM / FF and of course ménage so reader discretion is advised.
Identical twins – Issac and Ian – have brought the submissive woman – Everly – that they’ve enjoyed on numerous occasions into their home with her two closest friends – Dante and Heaven – in order to protect them from harm. The last thing the twins expect is to form feelings for more than just Everly. Sex is one thing but an emotional connection is a whole different level than either of the brothers are prepared for.
This story had a lot going on between the many different relationships and interactions taking place. While there were ménage couplings it was also each individual relationship too which at times was tedious to keep up with. I never thought I would say it but there was almost too much sex in this book and it got a bit boring at times for me. While I love this series and will read anything Edwards writes this one just wasn’t my cup of tea.
Their Fairy Princess is the latest installment of the Office Intrigue series, and I give it a 4 star. I LOVE all Nicole Edwards books as her characters are so well developed that you as a reader can totally identify and relate to them but there was just something about this story that I didn’t get that connection. The story is well thought out and follows well but I think I was just missing the connection. Please bear in mind that I loved all the other books in this series.
First let’s start off with this is a BDSM ménage romance and it entails all combination that you can possibly think of that will come from a MMF situation, this alone makes Nicole Edwards writing so outstanding. To be able to keep track of all of this and still give such a well detailed and enjoyable style is unbelievable. The characters are identical twins Isaac and Ian and their submissive Everly. When a case of mistaken identity causes Everly to be attacked this pushes the brothers to jump into action. The story takes us on a wild ride of trying to solve the mystery of who attacked Everly and all the experimentation involving the BDSM world. Have to say loved the incorporation of the Coyote Ridge Family…. As always Nicole never disappoints with throwing in one of our favorites in a new story/series.
While this was a good read for me, I will still recommend you take a read as the story is well thought out, lovingly told and smoking HAWT, totally a Nicole Edwards story. And just like all Nicole Edwards books can’t wait for the next installment of this series…
My rating is 3.5 for Their Fairy Princess, the 7th Installment of the Office Intrigue series. This is so hard for me, because I absolutely love Nicole Edwards’ books, but this one was difficult for me to get through, and not because I am a prude either. It took me a while to get into the story overall. The book focuses five people, Ian, Issac, Dante, Everly, and Heaven, trying to find their happily ever after with a set of beliefs, which they believe have been written in stone, but an attack on one of them throws all of the plans up in the air and new plans must be written and new choices made, ones that they never thought they would have to make. It is from that attack that the story unfolds and takes many different twists and turns that you will want to get to the bottom of. So, despite the story taking me a longer time to get into I was extremely intrigued and sucked in by the substory of Dante, Everly and Heaven’s roommate, which is the story that I believe carried the book. His story was one that broke my heart, and made me truly emotional. His story was heartfelt and moving.
The main heroes of Their Fairy Princess are identical twins, Ian and Isaac, who desire to have 2 separate submissives, but now there is a problem, or rather an alternative that needs to be thought about, since Everly, a submissive, has come into their lives, and with Everly comes Heaven, who is not a submissive, and Dante, who is a submissive. Honestly, I had a very hard time relating and connecting to the Ian and Isaac. Isaac came across to me as an individual with blinders on, which lead to me feeling like he was a very selfish individual. Where as, Ian appeared to be a person who was willing to question others and draw out all of their deep dark secrets, but refused to share his own with all those he loved. And I also had a really hard time with the way Heaven was treated throughout the book, even though everything was supposed to be consensual. I’m not sure but it came across as though she was being used and I didn’t really enjoy that part of the story. I also think for me there were just too many people to follow, so I didn’t really feel like I truly got to know all of the characters as in detail as I would have liked, and definitely not as well as I got to know Dante and his story. There is definitely more to Ian and Isaac’s story, as well as Everly’s and Heaven’s stories, and I would have liked to have gotten to know theirs.
Overall, Their Fairy Princess is a well written story and unfolds in true Nicole Edwards fashion with some very steamy sexy scenes, and of course there are cameos of some of our favorite characters from the other installments in the series, and despite Their Fairy Princess being more of a difficult read for me, I am looking forward to reading the next installment, which I hope focuses on Ransom, because the glimpses that I have gotten of him in the other stories and now this one only makes me want his story even more.
This book is just another level of hotness! Nicole is the queen of steam but the level of hotness of this story is above and beyond anything else she has ever written. These brothers are just WOW! Their imagination was of the charts.
I found Issac and Ian to be really intriguing in the book prior to this one and I’m glad to say they didn’t disappoint. They have a really interesting dynamic and I loved how in sync with each other they seemed to be at the start. They’re as different and they are similar and I’d be hard pressed to pick a favourite.
Everly was a fabulous mix of sweet and sassy and a perfect match for these brothers. Dante was the most compelling character for me. His story is heartbreaking but he’s definitely the strongest of them all, to overcome his past and truly embrace his needs takes a very strong individual. I really enjoyed the sweet moments between the two.
Heaven I really did not like. I’m not sure what is was about her but I took an instant dislike and that didn’t change throughout the story. If I had to state a negative about this story she would be the only one.
The chemistry between them all was just electrifying, I expected a lull with those scenes as there’s so many but each one was different from any other and you just won’t be able to put it down.
This really is the most erotic book I’ve read in a long time and it’s definitely not for the feint hearted. I highly recommend it to any Nicole Edwards fan, you will not be disappointed!
Their Fairy Princess is the 7th book in the Office Intrigue Series. This book has two things that Nicole Edwards has become the Supreme Master of, BDSM and Menage. Their Fairy Princess is a MFMM and everywhere in between menage read. This story has equal parts of steamy romance and an emotional roller coaster ride, that helps make it a book that is hard to put down until the end. I recommend this book to the hard core Nicole Edwards Fan, BDSM and Menage Lovers.
I love Nicole’s books as I have read them all. This series is amazing, but you can also read this as a stand alone and not get lost.
If you want a smoking hot sexy read, this is the book for you!!
You have a pair of hot Irish twins named Ian and Issac who are Dominants, and their submissive Everly, that they have been playing with at their BSDM club for the past few months was beaten in her home. To protect her and her room mates, they take her, Dante and Heaven to their home to protect them until they can catch the person who is after all of them.
Dante and Every are both submissives and are in love with each other, but can’t give each other what they both need. Heaven just broke up with her boyfriend of three years of being cheated on.
So lets get this party started!!!!! Lets just say there is no one besides the brothers who do not get involved with each other!!!
Their Fairy Princess is book 7 in Nicole Edwards Office Intrigue series and can be read as a standalone, but if you enjoy this one you should definitely check out the rest of the steamy books in this series!
This story has the just the right combination of suspense, drama, steamy moments and fantastic characters and is a perfect addition to this amazing series!
We are not just treated to a relationship between two people, but four as Ian, Isaac, Dante and Everly work through all the complexities that can come with any new relationship. Add in the dynamics of the BDSM world, scenarios that include MF, MM, MFMM and FF and you are in for a sexy, hot read!
Ian and Isaac, twin Doms, have always known that they would take on their own submissives and would also share them. They just had to find the right two and when Dante and Everly need protection everything falls into place. Except with four people they are all realizing that there are definitely challenges and it takes communication and understanding to all find a way that works for everyone.
This book can be read as a stand-alone. I have not read the entire Office Intrigue series. A lot of it, but not all of it. Yes, it would have been nice to know some of the backstories with some of the visitors that appear in the book. It didn’t take away from my reading enjoyment. If anything it made me want to read the other books to see what I “missed”.
I am not going to write you a book report. I am also not going to give you any spoilers either.
Our cast of characters is Ian & Isaac, who are identical twins that are Irish. Yes, Irish, so you know this going to be worth the read just for the hot twins. Then we have Everly, who has captured both twin’s hearts. She is a submissive through and through. She is taken with the twins as well. Then we have sweet Dante. A kind and gentle soul that was dealt the wrong hand in life. He is roommates with Everly. There is so much more going on with Dante that I cannot tell you about, but you will want to read this.
There is lots of sex and BDSM. It is all tastefully written. There is also a villain, but you can read the book to find out who and what he is.
I have to say that Their Fairy Princess is going to be one of my most favorite books that Nicole has written.
We’ve already got a taste of Isaac and Ian in previous books. After Everly is attacked, they bring her, Heaven and Dante into their home for safekeeping.
The 2 Dom’s original plan was always to each have their own submissive and all share when playing. But that was before Everly, and both men falling in love with her. But they are also bisexual and Dante stirs their hearts also. The playtimes between these 5 people are smoking hot. The scenes include MF, MM, FF, MFMM. With the threat of danger all around, these 5 people have to decide what & who they want in their lives.
The Office Intrigue Series is fast becoming one of my favorites with the BDSM scenes. To see how the danger is taken care of and to find out who they end up with, read this book. If you are a fan of Nicole’s books, you won’t be disappointed. This book truly deserves more than 5 stars.
5 Star Review Their Fairy Princess (Office Intrigue #7) by Nicole Edwards
The 7th instalment in the Office Intrigue series and it was at times an emotional roller coaster of a read. There are scenes that are MF, MM, FF, MFMM so be prepared.
Having read Ms. Edwards previous books, two of my favourite genres are BDSM and menage and you will most assuredly find both in this book; this is a seriously hot book and one which will be sure to get to you on numerous levels.
There is certainly a lot going on in this book. There is plenty of adjustments to be made as twin Doms, Isaac and Ian set their sites on Everly to be one of their submissive’s. However the path is not as straightforward as Everly is in love with one of her roommates, another submissive Dante.
Dante is a damaged man with a tortured past and when Everly is attacked because of his past, Isaac and Ian insist that she stay with them so that they can protect her. In fact in the end not only Everly, but Dante and Heaven also go and stay with them.
The dynamics of all these relationships become so intertwined that it was fascinating to read. I loved how swoon worthy Isaac and Ian are, as well as how feisty and sassy Everly is. Dante just about broke my heart on occasion.
This is a book full of heat, emotions, drama and suspense and one that kept me engaged from the first to the last chapter. The scenes are smoking hot and we get to see some familiar faces in Their Fairy Princess which always add an additional layer to the story.
The only question is can Isaac and Ian keep them all safe as danger rears it’s ugly head and what will the cost be?
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review.
Have you ever felt…incomplete? As though happily ever after is a fleeting, unattainable concept? Not that I haven’t had memorable experiences because I have. Plenty of them. It’s more like what’s necessary to check off all the boxes for a successful HEA hasn’t been defined yet At least not for me. To say my desires-not to mention my expectations-are complicated would be putting it mildly. It’s bad enough I’m in love with my best friend despite the face we can’t give each other what we both need: a Dominant who can tame our inner submissive. Then the unexpected happens. Secrets are revealed, danger unfolds, decisions are made. And it’s during the ensuing roller coaster ride that five people’s lives are forever changed. Including mine.
This is the seventh boo in the Office Intrigue Series. You can totally read this as a standalone and not be lost. I have read part of the books in this series and I was totally fine. I think this book too is different as it isn’t about a couple or a menage it is about five people and you get their stories and your really able to follow it well. You’d think with five characters you might have a hard time keeping all of it straight but you don’t. Nicole Edwards has written this book so well that you never want it to end. I know that I want more of one character in particular and you probably will want that too. This is the story of Issac, Ian, Everly, Dante and Haven. Everly has meet Issac and Ian before at the club and has done some scenes with them but they have never really took a submissive for their own. The thought it to have two and share them every once in a while. But when Everly is attacked and it has to do with a stalker who is after Dante the three roommates move in the the two doms. Ask Dante and Everly are submissive they totally understand the twins but Haven is not a submissive but living in the house she gets curious. However each and every one of them has a story to tell and like I said it is done in such a way that you do not have a hard time keeping anything straight. I loved this book. It kept me reading. I devoured it actually and I so was invested in all these characters. It is actually a story of five broken people in ways that make one perfect family. You do not want to miss this one.
Book 7 in the Office Intrigue Series but this book can certainly be read and enjoyed as a stand-alone but I’m betting once you pick this story up you will want to read the rest of this steamy series.
Ian and Isaac teach classes for subs at Club Dichotomy and on the face of it like most twins they share almost everything and from the start of this book you think Everly Hughes will be the next love interest for them but as with most of this authors books it doesn’t always work out how you think……
When Everly is attacked by someone trying to hurt her roommate Dante the brothers insist she snd Dante stay in their home until the attacker is caught. Can the twins work out who is behind the attack before someone gets seriously hurt……
This is a beautifully written love story with characters you will swoon over. It ticked all my boxes because it touched me on so many levels, it’s steamy, it’s romantic, it’s emotional, it as twists and turns, it has the perfect mix of love, passion and drama and it’s certainly not for the faint hearted. As this book unfolds you get to see the layers and depth all of these characters share, some are damaged and some may be submissive but that doesn’t mean they aren’t sassy and strong. Please be warned the ending to the book is not what you expect and it will leave you wanting more and with that being said I hope we are not waiting too long for the next book. This author has once again shown us how talented and diverse she really is.
Whether or not BDSM fiction is your thing, it cannot be denied that Nicole Edwards is a highly skilled novelist.
To get to the heart of this beautiful story of love and acceptance, even when it’s not a societal norm, you have to see beyond the erotic encounters that form a large part of the story.
Perhaps the addition of Heaven proved to me that this wasn’t all about sex but the feelings that made these encounters necessary for the wellbeing of everyone involved.
Ian and Isaac will, and do, whatever needs to be done to see to the needs of their loved ones, even if that picture isn’t what they envisioned for themselves.
This addition to the ‘Office Intrigue’ series features characters that we have met before but can absolutely be read and enjoyed as a standalone.
Appropriately titled, yet not just about Everly. She is the source of Ian and Isaac Stokes every dream. Her and her best friend Dante love each other , but they both need what they can not get from each other. Now they both are in danger and Ian and Isaac are going to help. It should be easy but nothing worth it ever is. Nicole Edwards has made this book one of the greats. The characters are complicated yet quite simple. They each have their needs and want to express them. And the love they feel for each other is as off the charts as the sexy times. But there is danger out there ready to undo the wonderful family they have created. I am so in love with these characters and they way they make such crazy arrangments work, and the love they feel for each other brings the story to life. Why I am not surprised, Nicole Edwards has written amazing books, this is a great one. The ending had me scratching my head and wanting more. Waiting is going to be tough, but I will wait for the next great book in the series.
Such a wonderful read..
The way Nicole Edwards writes always draws me completely into her story..
A beautiful and very sexual story that had me riveted from the beginning.
Irish twin Doms , Ian and Isaac , who always planned to have a submissive each in their lives and home.
Dante has two house mates , Avery who goes to the same BDSM club that Ian & Isaac use and Heaven a friend of Avery’s..
This is the story of Ian & Isaac & what happens in their life when dreadful happenings occur to their submissive that then brings danger to all room mates.
A captivating storyline with beautiful characters who show love and tenderness added with beautifully written astounding steamy hot sex .
This was a beautiful read.
