“When it was three against one, I was always going to be overwhelmed.”The Bridgewater way of two men marrying one woman is uncommon in the Montana territory. But three men marrying one woman? That is unheard of, especially for beautiful Olivia Weston. Her fate, it seems, will have her married to one man – a man she doesn’t love. But when her betrothed treats her in a cruel manner, she rejects him … treats her in a cruel manner, she rejects him and not long afterwards catches the eye of three handsome and virile ranchers. Cross, Rhys and Simon are as different as three men can be. But they have one thing in common; they are determined to offer Olivia the protection of marriage and the promise of endless carnal pleasures.
Olivia worries that her instant attraction and hasty agreement to marry three men stems from a defect in her character. What kind of woman not just love three men, but make the most intimate parts of herself available to their lustful attention? The chemistry between them is like lightning.
Can she deny it? Or will Olivia submit to become the most sated Bridgewater wife in this ongoing ménage series?more
Didn’t enjoy the characters
It seems Bridgewater is becoming better known. Even some of its more radical practices (although maybe not always a correct representation). Here we meet up with a young woman who will find herself in a whole new world. Her uncle, who raised her, leading a secret life and the men who would care for her fully.
I love how Ryhs, Simon and Cross and Olivia all fit together in more than one way 🙂
Very YUMMY!!
Very steamy!!
Olivia has lead a quiet and sheltered life, socialising with ladies and attending a few dances and luncheons. She wants to debate, but it’s not the done thing.
Attending a dance with her beloved uncle she’s avoiding the advances of an a obnoxious man.
The thought of marrying Mr Peters has long since fled her thoughts, she may have thought to marry for the sake of it, works grow to love him over time. But to be manhandled and bruised by him is another thing. Talking to her uncle, he totally agrees, but she knows Mr Peters won’t leave her alone.
She needs to avoid him at all costs, but how?
Cross, Rhys and Simon have always intended to marry and love one woman. For her to be their world, cherish and protect her. To have a family they’ve always longed for.
Bridgewater will be the place they will raise their family. Along with other men in their army regiment they’ve build a life. They’ve built a home. Slowly filling the houses up with women, Cross, Simon and Rhys want what their friends have found. A woman to love.
Cross and Rhys meet Olivia at a dance, they are in town to buy a horse with Simon.
They are fascinated with the lovely young woman, she looks like she would fit them perfectly, shy but with a fire in her eyes.
Asking her to dance was easy, enfolding her in their embraces was torture. They needed Simon to meet her, but they know without a doubt she’s the one for them.
Olivia dances with two handsome men, they give her feelings she’s never felt before. But it’s wrong to feel strongly about two men at once, isn’t it?
Telling them about the experience with Mr Peters has her seeing how men protect women properly. And before you know it, her uncle is agreeing for her to be married! To a third man! All this is crazy, but deep down it’s what she wants.
It’s a short story, it’s a fun read.
We have enough sex to keep you happy. We have drama and suspense when Mr Peters comes knocking! And we have three men willing to make a woman happy. What’s not to love?
Me personally I’d like it to be longer. It had the potential to be a longer read, lots of stuff you could expand on.
But if a short naughty story is your thing, then pick it up.
Love this series
Quick read. More Bridgewater men finding an instant connection with one woman. One innocent woman finding an instant attraction with 3 men.
Editing left a lot to be desired. Changing names – Belinda/Melinda. Evans/Evers. Missing words.
Cross and Rhys spot Olivia at a social dance. They both like her, so she must be the One. Of course, they’ll need to Simon in on the decision. Unfortunately, they must hurry up. Olivia is in danger from a local, desperate for her uncle’s money. The peaceful evening is disturbed by the attempted arson of Olivia’s uncle’s house. Solution to keep her safe? Marry 3 men (well one legally) and be whisked off to safety. Olivia’s uncle seems perfectly fine with this arrangement. And why shouldn’t he? He’s been hiding the fact that he is in such a marriage himself. Olivia rides off into the sunset with her 3 strapping husbands. Well, not the actual sunset. Anyway, away they go and proceed to introduce Olivia into the world of being the center of the universe for 3 men. Exhausting, happy days are here.
This quick read is light on plot and heavy on logistics. Welcome back to Bridgewater. Enjoy.
Not my kind of book. Deleted it on the second chapter . Didn’t read what the book was about, my fault
I absolutely loved it and i would definitely recommend it.
