It was all perfectly quiet, but Karter knew the shit storm coming was inevitable. It would all be his fault too. It always was. He would probably screw something up and they’d get rid of him, or he would push them too far. It never failed. No matter how much he wanted to believe he had changed, that for once they could handle him, his doubts followed him around. Karter knew that happiness was … something that never really lasted.
As those doubts cluttered his mind, he felt the need to run wild and free, to outrun the darkness taking over his mind. A race through the grounds soon turns into a fight for survival.
They must save him. They must claim what is theirs. They will have to destroy any who would dare to take their feisty wolf away.
Blood is pleasure and pain, as vengeance takes over them. The only certain outcome: death.
(Warning: Not for the faint of heart, action pack dark romance)

A great story, eventful, exciting, sexy, with some thrilling moments.
Karter and his vampires are delicious. The way they feed on him yummy!
I love a good story with wolves, vampires, and magic. These three combined make this story just wonderful.
The environments were varied, the characters, except a few, very engaging.
The story had a good plot and the way of storytelling engaging and captivating.
I loved Karter and his vampires and I loved the promise where some secondary characters from this story will be main in the next! I’m looking forward to!
This was one hell of a fantastic, raw, intense, incredible, fascinating, mysterious, delightfully decadent, deliciously dark, kinky, no holds barred, gritty, gripping, intriguing, wild, and totally awesome walk on the wild side. It had me hooked from beginning to end, and I can’t wait to see what happens next. Talk about a story with bite!!!!
Dealing with 5 MCs and complicated dynamics of such a relationship must not have been easy! Five very distinct people with amazing emotional profiles are put in a story that will grip you by the…heart and won’t let go until the very end.
Great writing and brilliant story!
Another amazing story by Brea Alepoú. It was so fun to jump right back in with my favorite vampires and werewolf! Brea is so creative! Her stories always take unexpected turns, and that has me coming back for more.
Karter nearly brought me to tears at times. His old pack is just horrible. I wanted to be mad at Weston but understood his reasoning. I just wanted to hug Karter, and tell him he was accepted. Always happy to see how love conquers all (even stubborn vampires lol). I adore Lynk and Rome and can’t wait for their stories. This story was fantastic and I can’t wait for the next one!
*I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review*
Sequels featuring the same couple (quintrople?) are usually not my favorite, but this one is awesome. Of course there is so much more of the relationships between them to explore, but the action in this book does not disappoint. I loved the story line, and the drama had me hooked. I also loved the introduction of the secondary characters and I’m super excited to get all of their stories!
I couldn’t stop reading this! I love this addition to this series so much. The chemistry between Karter and his men are just off the charts. Brea Alepoú has pull me into this story and had me on the edge of my seat. I can’t wait for the next one.
I’m not gonna lie, I was giddy when I got my hands on this and I ended up reading well into the wee hours to finish. I just love Karter and his vampires, he is one lucky puppy. No spoilers so I’ll just say that I seriously enjoyed this and I can’t wait to revisit these amazing characters and their fascinating world.
*I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book*
I absolutely loved this book. It was even more angsty than the last but so worth it! Karter’s insecurities were really put to the test in this installment. I know Karter is the main story but Braydon really suprised me. I mean he really stepped up! That and with the additional chatacters introduced, I cant wait for the next one!
Amazing, amazing, amazing
I love, love, love these guys and they make me so happy. I wish I could spend a day with them. Their personalities, their relationship, their viciousness, their sexiness (so much sexiness) and most of all how much they love is fan-freaking-tastic. Oh Karter, how stubborn you can be and how you’re a magnet for trouble but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I missed Lola and her brashness. Although I really wanted to hurt some people in this book, we are also introduced to some new characters that I’m very curious about and need to see again, especially if there’s more purple drink.
“He didn’t fight for much, but…he wanted to fight for them.” I really enjoyed seeing Karter’s relationship deepen with each of his vampires and how each of them showed their vulnerabilities and their love in distinct ways. I want to hug every single one even when they need some sense shaken into them. I don’t know how else to describe these guys except as perfect. Although they about ripped out my heart with this book, I love them just as they are with all their quirks and faults. Eddison and his ties and glasses, Weston and his control, Axel and his heart, and Braydon’s brattiness, they all belong with Karter and his feisty, stubborn, say whatever attitude. He makes them complete and they’re beautiful together. Explosive chemistry, spellbinding action, a wolf that makes life worth living, and the best surprise ever await in this incredible and magical book.
