“You belong to me now.”It was supposed to be her big day. After years of studying Piper Bell finally received her coveted scholarship in astrophysics, and she’s very excited to board her first spaceship — and a tad anxious when she meets the twenty other girls who’ll be her bunkmates. The dream turns into a nightmare when horrific, brutal aliens attack the ship, murder the crew and abduct the … and abduct the girls. Just twenty four hours after takeoff, Piper finds herself locked in a cage on a dirty ship, ready to be sold to the highest bidder.
Rescue comes in an unlikely form: Kane. The silver-colored Zoran warrior saves her from the ruthless aliens — but he doesn’t free her. No, the tall, imposing, deadly warrior has other plans for her. Kane has lost all of his memories when he crashed on Vagreon six months ago, and now he works as a mercenary for the Sahr clan as he tries to rebuild his life. They’ve promised to reveal his past to him if he delivers them an untouched human female.
Kane is desperate to learn who he was, but he finds himself inexplicably drawn to the curvy human female. Could she be his fated mate? He tries to fight his attraction, for giving in means throwing his past and his present away, but it grows harder with every hour they spend in each other’s company…

Ah, how I love the Zorans. What’s not to love…a seven foot tall lover who is loyal almost to a fault? Oh, and a skilled lover too. Yea, I could deal with that. So, this is the sixth book in the Barbarian Brides series and can be read as a stand-alone, but I think it’s best to read them in order. They are all great books so you won’t regret it. In fact, I’m pretty sure you will want your own Zoran too. This book begins with a bit more of a explanation of what has happened to cause the Zorans to be exiled from Earth. This particular book is Piper and Kane’s story. And what a great story it is. I anxiously await the next book and hope that Luna Hunter never tires of writing about those dreamy Zorans!

NOW this was exciting, I just love the Zoran’s men. Ms. Luna write phenomenal – mind blowing Sci-fi books/series. You have Adventure, Survival, Fear, Jealousy, Betrayal, Suspense, Action Packed, Loyalty, Hate, Love plus Wickedly Hot Scenes.
It’s a Must Read!
Piper Bell: Winner of the Sarah Granger Scholarship is human going to a Federation Summer School a hopeful astrophysicists for one month she is very excited that she had a golden ticket. This is the first time Piper has left her protective parent’s home. The spaceship UFC Hammersmith is taking them to there destination. Pods and Dream modules was not something Piper signed up for. YET it was very exciting to see the dream modules. To bad it was interrupted by killings and kidnappings, constant fear than kidnapped again by a Silver Zoran.
Kane is a seven foot tall Silver Zoran Warrior with Amethyst Eyes and his purple monster. He was an assassin, killing for the man who saved him from burning spaceship. He does his bidding just so he can find out who he is plus loyalty to the man who saved him. His last mission is to save a virgin which he sniffed out but then he was betrayed. NOW saving her was his only objective. The intense action in this book is absolutely mind blowing.
A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.
It IS possible to want to coddle a 7-foot tall silver alien! Piper and Kane’s story is fast-paced, gut-wrenching, and heartwarming all at once. I truly did feel for the Big Guy and Piper wasn’t your typical damsel in distress, either. I did figure out the plot early on but it didn’t spoil the ride for me. The author did a great job of giving a little bit of background, in the beginning of the book, so I didn’t feel lost with this story. And it really was a standalone so no worries. I can’t wait to see what happens when the Zorans ‘get the band back together’ as I think the ‘bad guys’ are gonna hurt. But in The Zoran’s Kiss, Piper reads as very strong, and kind, especially for a very sheltered young woman. And even Kane is special, and I loved the way he came to treasure Piper. A good read for me! I voluntarily reviewed this book.
