Very good read. Sat down and read it in one day!
Could figure out the ending early in the book.
Fun different take on the switched at birth newborn theme.
It was true to life with a happy ending.
This was a very interesting and intriguing story. I cannot imagine the anguish the families went thru when they realized their daughters had been switched at birth. It took some time, etc. but were finally able to come to an agreeable solution for all.
I loved this book! I couldn’t put it down. I didn’t want it to end!
Great Read. Thought provoking as you empathise with EVERY character.
I enjoyed reading this book. I liked the characters and how they took a bad situation and over came many obstacles for the good of the children. Very heart warming!
The delima was revealed at the beginning. Author was masterful in slowing disclosing how the characters learned of the baby switch and how each one dealt with the heartbreaking situation. Highly recommend book to readers who like family dramas.
This book puts you into a position that you would hate to be in , and how these people reacted to it. You wonder if you would handle it as well.
A story about a realistic situation.
What would you do if you found out that your child had been switched at birth?! That’s what I asked myself throughout this book. It as a fast read and I thoroughly enjoyed it, however the ending as a bit predictable.
I enjoyed it a lot. The characters are developed well you feel like you know them personally
This story is completely different than any I have read. Think it could never happen, but who knows. I just couldn’t put it down till I knew what happened. I liked the fact that it was a terrible situation to be in, but the people involved were not threatening each other, putting each other down, etc. very enjoyable
I loved it.
Somewhat predictable
I found this book engaging, but somewhat predictable. It was It certainly was convenient that both parents were single at the time they discovered their girls were switched at birth. I found it also somewhat tiresome that poor Erin seemed to be the one who had the most problems simply because of her personality type. And then suddenly at the end, she turns to her biological mother, whom she has been struggling against through the second half of the book, and says, “I love you, Mom!” So it is worth reading, but be aware that the solutions are a bit pat.
The book took what could be a sensitive subject and put a real twist to it, showing what could happen if babies can to switched. The book was highly emotional, because explain how parent can love a child which is not their biologically just as much as the children they share DNA with. The book did not pretty up the emotions of the adults or the children involved. The book ended well, and did not take a long widening road to the end.
Enjoyed immensely. When a kid thought my mother had been given wrong baby!
interesting concept with predictable finish
Enjoyed this book so much. Very interesting plot & kept me interested to see how it would resolve.
