An entertaining read. Following Lexi as she tries to solve the mystery surrounding Mrs. Boddyworth’s death held my interest and kept me guessing.
A fun mystery
This book was a great escape from reality. I enjoyed the journey and the characters.
A fun easy read.
This book was just OK. I finished it, but was glad it was done. It was somewhat dull and didn’t really hold your interest. Parts of it, like the bookstore were just plain weird.
Although “witching” is in the title, it is only a small tangent in the story. It’s a murder mystery with an unlikely perpetrator.
Fun read.
The end was quite surprising, couldn’t figure it out!!
Great read, worth the time!!!
The book does not live up to the blurb. It could almost have been written about some other book entirely. Just not a great book in my opinion.
Very slow story Characters left in the air. Introduced never developed. Thought was a book about a witch it wasn’t
Relationships of characters seemed vague. Not much witchcraft involved as lead to believe by book jacket. Still continued to read through.
This book was ok. I just could not get attached to the main character and liked the supporting folks better. Don’t think I will read any additional books in this series but may look at some of the other series by this author.
This author uses such wonderful descriptive language the characters and places come to life so well you can actually visualize being there.
Easy read with some manic and a little suspense. Probably will purchase the next book which has many of the same characters and feeds from this one.
Absolutely loved this book!!! I found it a really unusual storyline with fun characters and situations, and it kept me guessing all along the way. Very hard to put down so that I could do housework or sleep 😀
Such a fun story! Great characters and mystery that will keep you guessing.
Good start to the series. Makes you want to find out if anything will happen with Noah. I like the town and the characters. Lex lands in a good place after standing up for herself.
I did not like it
Great fun and a quick evening read – loved it!
An enjoyable read. Enjoyed the mystery…
