I have been working hard my whole life for people to take me seriously. After all, women ‘don’t belong’ in the music industry. However, when an interview goes wrong, I am offered a once in a lifetime opportunity, to manage The Wild Boys, an all-male strip show featuring bad boys with an even worse reputation. It’s now my job to fix it, if I can keep my hands to myself. Jealous girlfriends, … girlfriends, adoring fans and venue problems are all part of the job, but I never expected that my feelings would get in the way of my career.
One thing is for certain, it’s going to be a year to remember.
Welcome to The Wild Boys, where all your wettest dreams come true.
18+ Reverse Harem Romance. Warning, this book contains scenes some readers may find triggering.

The Wild Interview by K.A. Knight
I Give this Book a 5/5 Star Rating, Seriously!
I can’t express to you enough on how much this book helped me relax from anxiety, and let’s me just truly ENJOY a book.
Cliffhanger(?): Yes!
Heat & Romance (I rarely put these together, but for this book it fits having them rated together): 3.5/5, This is Book 1 after all, I’m glad it’s is not Insta-heat, the book has a real life feel and flow too it. While there’s immediate attraction, it’s not a ‘rush to the bedroom’ type and I was glad for that because I wouldn’t want to read a book that came of ‘cheap’.
Relationship Type: RH> Reverse Harem
Drama: 2ish-2.5?/5. Yes, there is a little drama but not enough to overwhelm the first book 🙂
Suspense: 2.5
Pacing: Very Good Pacing, evenly paced and it doesn’t come off as rushed or insta.
And it LOVE the Breathing Space in this book, I never lost focus.
Humor: 5/5!!! It not cliched, it makes you feel so good and just feel happy to burst out laughing.
If you’re in dire need of a really lighthearted RH that features cute cuddles & puppy piles, pajama parties, gallons of baby oil and Hot Magic Mike Men or a book that just has all the feels with characters that pull you in and make you feel welcome with open arms.
This is THAT READ!
I absolutely loved this book! It was sweet, funny, hot and full of drama, I couldn’t ask for anything more. There was never a dull moment between them. Gabby is hilarious, the shit that came out of her mouth made me laugh every damn time. She’s sassy, spicy, has attitude for days and has a way to put the guys in their place, she’s badass af. I fucking love her and how confident she’s in her own skin. And the guys? Damn, those dirty mouths, sweet words and protective gestures, they’re perfect. And crazy. They are the best kind of crazy, and with Gabby in the mix? It’s like a stand up comedy show. I loved every minute of them together. How they welcomed her to their family with open arms and how cheeky and sweet they are with her. I can’t wait to see their relationship evolve and laugh my ass out wild reading it
The Wild Interview is the first book of the series. Gabby thinking she was going for interview to be a manger for a band went into the wrong interview and gets hired to manage a group of male stripper The Wild Boys. They have a bad reputation and she has to straight them out if not both them and her will be without a job.
The Wild Boys are Blake, Damon, Leo, Kingston, Liam and Emmett. They all have unique past. Some are bad boys and others will immediately win your heart. Gabby and the guys is a slow building RH but it is worth the ride. You will definitely get the spicy scene in book and the book ends in a cliffhanger.
The authors did a good job with writing the characters but I don’t understand some scenes but the story is still good. I will read the next book in the series to see where Gabby and guys going from here.
Ok, so I was a bit hesitant to start this read. I mean strippers really? It didn’t really seem like it was going to be much of a story. But then I started reading it! These authors did an amazing job, the writing is fantastic, there’s humor, and all the feels, there’s also mystery and backstories. Also plenty of steamy scenes, but the real story is the closeness these guys share with each other and the fact that Gabby slowly gets accepted as part of their family. I absolutely love all of the characters, I was sucked into the story right away and couldn’t put it down! The ending was a shock I didn’t really see coming and I definitely want to get my hands on book two the second it’s available!! I highly recommend this read for anyone that loves a good contemporary romance.
Such a fun and unique story! This group makes me smile. It hit just the right spot. I was in a total book hangover, and I picked this up, and everything about it just pulled me in. These guys are such a great group. They’re a family. Everyone before Gabby has failed at the job of being their manager. Either the role has been used to exploit the guys further or they’ve been seen as just the job. Gabby is the first to truly seem them for the individuals they are. Gabby herself is something else. She stumbles into something she never planned for, and brings unique and fun ideas to the table. She wants to see these guys shine. The group is a match made in heaven and I can’t wait for more!
First in a new series by K.a. Knight and Erin O’Kane the Wild Interview dives into the world of manager Gabby and her journey to control the Wild boys. Full of drama, smexy times and a mysterious stalker you have yourself a great entertaining read that you will devour in one sitting
Hot,Sexy, and Thrilling!
I adore this book. I love the storyline, the characters, the dialogue everything! It is a fun sexy and hot story with a suspenseful twist to it. I cannot wait for the next book!
I loved the book. I should also mention that normally I am not into contemporary romance, but this one was a must considering the duo that wrote it. Their amazing style transcends the genres, and the authors never fail to deliver an exciting and steamy story full of surprises and hints of what is yet to come. And of course they leave us yearning for more. This is also a warning for cliffhanger haters. There is one here. As usual.
The plot is lovely, full of unexpected twists and expected developments, and I enjoyed it immensely. There are some really funny situations, some hot and steamy situations, and there are some quite serious heartbreaking situations, and there is a purple dildo. You have to read it to understand.
The main character is Gabby, an independent, incredibly skilled and capable manager who accidentally gets a job managing a touring group of male strippers: Blake, Leo, Liam, Kingston, Damon, and Emmet. And the fun starts. So many embarrassing and awkward situations, tons of sexual tension and some incredibly hot steamy stuff.
Gabby is so incredibly lovable that there is no surprise everyone adores her, me included. The guys are quite amazing as persons, each one is his own way, and super hot as well. They are also very caring and loving and it is no surprise that Gabby develops feelings for them, who wouldn’t? Their mutual chemistry is off the charts, and there is this comfortable intimacy in everyday interactions and joint living arrangements.
There is an ugly component here as well, and what I mean is, one relationship here is so disappointing it’s ugly and disgusting, and I’m talking here some serious pathological prejudice. Unfortunately, there is nothing fictional about it, I’ve seen it happen many times. The authors did a great job there. And I loved how they neutralised that ugliness with so much love and care.
There is an additional part to the story, a mystery and suspense, which does not get resolved, and I am curious to see what happens there. This was a great book and I can’t wait for the next one!
Contemporary Romance. Hint of Mystery. Rh. 5 strippers. Tour bus/studio setting. Gabby takes the wrong interview, she thinks it’s music managerial position but there is a mix up. When she meets up with the crew she soon realizes what has happened. I really like Gabby. I think she’s the one that makes the book. If it was a blushing introvert as the heroine I wouldn’t have liked it so much. She’s strong and level headed, doesn’t put up with crap. Oh and the guys. Yum. All of them. Also loooooove there is a bit a mystery and suspense going one. I give it (two flaming hot thumbs up).
Couldn’t put this book down!
I loved everything about The Wild Interview by Erin O’Kane and K.A. Knight!! I love how sassy the FMC is, but how vulnerable she can be as well (and love that she is curvy and getting all the guys as a size 16ish!). The things she and the guys have to overcome were sorta predictable but that didn’t detract me from the story at all. I couldn’t put this book down and it helped me while being sick with bronchitis and pneumonia. Amazing job ladies, thanks for putting out this sexy read!
So I have so many questions after reading Book 1, I am already dying for Book 2! I want to know more about her brother, more about the previous managers to see if they are the mysterious stalker, and more about some of the side characters to see if they could be it (I hope its not the father of the stage crew or someone from the higher ups!). Lots of intrigue there, thats for sure!
I loved that this book is about a touring stripper show, but it wasn’t all about the guys dancing and taking their clothes off. The authors definitely did a good job creating this family and seeing behind the scenes from one of these shows. I loved how OCD she was with organization and her clipboard, a woman after my own heart! I giggled so many times and loved that most of the time they just vegged and hung out haha. My one critique is that they were all introduced at the same time so it was hard to remember what each looked like and I had to keep going back to the front to remember.
I loved each of the guys to be honest. There wasn’t one that took the lead out of all of them. Equal opportunity love I kinda like not all the guys are her love interest, something different than other RH’s out there, but I love him and want him to find a good guy or girl because he is adorbs haha.
Ok enough rambling. Read this book, its fun, funny, and steamy! You will love it
The Wild Interview is the first book in the new series from this writing duo, Erin O’Kane and K. A Knight. The story is about Gabby, who applied for a music manager only to mistakenly land a job instead as a Tour Manager for a bunch of out-of-control, soon to be disbanded group of stripper, The Wild Boys. She sorely needed the job, so what’s a girl gotta do? Put her professional mask and big girl’s pants on, possibly turn this group around and prove to the board that a woman can pull this off. If only the guys of this stripper group isn’t the heat inducing, drool worthy, panty melting type who drives her crazy with their surprising vulnerability. Gabby didn’t expect to care for the guys but with her work on the line and a deadly stalker on the move, will their love survive this wild crazy ride?
Okay, where is book 2? Because this girl needs it. I truly enjoyed reading this book! I liked the slow build up of the relationship with Gabby and the guys. Sure, there was an instant attraction but the build up to that moment when they have to cross the line makes it worth the agony. Whew!
I instantly liked Gabby’s character. She is sassy, smart, who can give as much as she can get type of girl. I can definitely see her as someone I can be friends with in real life. Now, let’s talk about the boys. I love how the authors show us their side/ back story of some of the guys throughout this book; that there is more to them than their hot bodies and pretty faces. I’m curious to see if the authors will let one of the guys stay in that “friend zone” though.
This was a fun, enjoyable read and I’m eagerly waiting for the next installment.
Don’t let the thought of strippers turn you off. These guys are not only hot but deeply emotional and well rounded. The character and relationship development is Devine. Gabby is a kick butt female lead that isn’t afraid to fight for what she wants. Gabby and the guys complement each other so well, I can’t wait to see where this goes next.
I really loved this book. A lovely light read that started with the characters and built them up and then ran with them. The subject matter is a new one for me and I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was handled really well. I’m sure the research was fun, lol. It did suck me in and I found to difficult to put down. I’m really looking forward to the next book as there are questions that need to be answered…..
