OMG! Anya Mora is on FIRE with this book. My mind spun in so many different directions with this story. This is beyond addicting!
The writer breaks every rule of the mechanics of writing yet the story is good enough to carry the book.
The story is about a young couple and the troubles that can arise if the marriage is built on a lie, and false information. The redeeming quality of the couple is they truly love one another.
Oh my gosh! Loved this book. Changed my mind about what was going to happen many times. Keeps you wanting to read.
Read this book in a day!
Never give up, life surprises you!
Excellent read. A real page turner. I recommend.
This book was suspenseful, kept me guessing, had twists and turns I didn’t see coming! I will definitely read more by this author!
Anya Mora’s storylines are so unique and her characters so realistic – like friends that walked off the page and into my life. I feel every twist and emotion with them! This story masterfully unfolds with a twist that was so unexpected and everything I love in a domestic thriller!
Good story, lots of twists and turns. I didn’t guess the end and that is a major plus. Read it you won’t be disappointed!
Wonderful book. Kept me on edge.
I read this book as I decided to take a break from crime/thriller series that deal with spy and protection agencies. I really enjoyed it. It gives a peak into the lives of every day people who face difficulties and work through the trials that life throws at them. I plan to read more titles from this author in the near future.
The author created an interesting main character and told the story in a way that kept me turning pages late at night. Penny is a waitress who gave up her dream of being an author to mother adorable twins. She has a great, supportive mom who’s been through a lot. I was quite far into the book when it went south for me, and why I gave it four stars rather than five. Not going to put a spoiler, just say that I saw some of it coming and was annoyed by the behavior of one character. And I hated the ending. That was one twist I could have done without. But overall, I felt it was worth reading.
Surprisingly good book easy read surprising in the end.
I enjoyed this book much more than I expected after reading the teaser. I thought it would have a fairly predictable storyline, but I lost track of the plot-twists, many of which were completely unexpected. The characters were definitely not black and white, but very realistic; it was easy to identify with most of them, and I found myself pulling for the main character, especially when everything was collapsing around her. It was easy to see how the characters got swept into this crazy scenario where good guys aren’t always good, bad guys aren’t always bad, and nobody is winning.
Great book. I really enjoyed it
kept my interest. well written!
I really enjoyed this book and found it hard to put down.
You will never be able to imagine the ending. This is a fast paced book that will tug at every emotion you have.
