A captivatingly funny and deeply emotional new standalone romance by New York Times bestselling author Melissa Foster. When the Dark Knights at Bayside and the cast of Bayside Summers collide, sparks fly, and trouble—or maybe love—is not far behind. Set on the sandy shores of Cape Cod, the Wickeds feature fiercely protective heroes, strong heroines, and unbreakable family bonds. If you think … bonds. If you think bikers are all the same, you haven’t met the Dark Knights. The Dark Knights are a motorcycle club, not a gang. Their members stick together like family and will stop at nothing to keep their communities safe. Their stories are told in the same loving, passionate voice readers have come to adore in Melissa’s other series. Some of the Wickeds’ love stories will be hilariously fun and deeply emotional, others will tear at your heartstrings and include injections of humor, but they will all leave you wishing you could climb between the pages and join them!

Chloe and Serena Mallery had a rough upbringing. As the older sister, Chloe had to be the “mother”. Although their mother was there, she wasn’t “present”. She didn’t do all of the normal things a mom does—cook, clean, protect her children. She was more interested in finding a man—not always a good man. Chloe endured many late nights standing guard over her sister and herself after one too many advances by her mom’s “bad, biker men”. So, Chloe erected walls around her heart and vowed never to fall for a “bad, biker guy”. She has dedicated her life to developing programs for the elderly at the assisted living center where she works.
Justin Wicked was raised by a thieving dad who was convicted of murder and sent to jail. Justin bounced around several foster homes before landing with the Wicked’s. The Wicked’s took Justin in and surrounded him with love. They let him be himself, work out his anger, while continuing to love and support him. They had his back—like a real family should. As a Dark Knight, Justin and the other members, committed to helping the community right wrongs. If they had to fight to help others, so be it. Although Justin flirted with Chloe for over a year, he knew he’d have to prove himself worthy. Justin vowed to win over his “Uptown Girl”.
Justin is EVERY girl’s dream—a little bit of danger mixed with a whole lot of sexy! Justin is creative, HOT, kind, and generous. He stands up for the “little guy or dog”. He’s rough, but handles those he loves with care and kindness. I loved the vision of his sculpture and all of the heart put into creating such amazing, meaningful pieces of art. I loved the older women who encouraged Chloe to step out of her comfort zone and LIVE life. Although Justin makes mistakes, he makes them out of love. Family is everything and it was VERY heartwarming when the Wicked’s welcomed Chloe and her sister into the fold. The rescue dogs also touched my heart. I highly recommend this novel. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.
I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, secrets, and heartbreak.
This is Chloe and Justin‘s story. Justin has gone through a lot to become a true Wicked. He overcame his background and is moving forward. He wants Chloe but is she ready for a forever with him. He reminds her of her past which she too had overcome but will being with him remind her too much? What happens when tragedy strikes will the sins of the past force them to choose what they want the future to be or will it throw them back to the ways of the past? Will the pain have them reaching for each other or running from each other?
I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.
I highly recommend this book.
Chloe grew up with a mother that constantly brought “bad boys” home while she and her sister were younger and she took it upon herself to protect her younger sister. So when one of her best male friends appears to check all the boxes of a “bad boy” – tattoos, biker, cocky and strong. But Justin Wicked and the Dark Knights are so much more than that. They are a group of professionals, family men who look out for the communities they live in. And in Bayside, Justin and his family look out for those they care about and Justin cares deeply about Chloe. Justin slowly chips away at the walls that Chloe has up around her heart and let’s her in on the hurt he has experienced as well. Together they heal each other. This was a great book and I can’t wait to read more about the Wicheds and Dark Knight at Bayside.
Melissa Foster has done it again! This book just sucks you in and doesn’t let go! Chloe has tried to keep her distance from Justin. She thinks that she needs a clean cut good guy, not the sexy bad boy biker. Justin has wanted her from the moment he saw her a year and half ago. When they finally come together, their chemistry is off the charts. This book has so much to offer. Friendship, loyalty, family, sweet dogs, and so much love! Justin has to be one of the best boyfriends ever. The things he does for Chloe are the best! Loved this book!
At first, I wasn’t sure how an opposites attract romance for Chloe Mallery and Justin Wicked would work. Chloe is the epitome of the perfectly dressed, perfectly organized, perfectly polished professional while Justin is a tattooed sculptor who rides a motorcycle. Melissa Foster’s voice shines in this novel which captivated me from the very first page.
A Little Bit Wicked is a character driven novel. Although Chloe is attracted to Justin and they are friends-she has decided he’s not her type. She’s looking for a clean cut, button down shirt, khaki wearing guy—the total opposite from Justin. I loved it when Justin observed Chloe and her date and took an opportunity to end it. He knew he wanted more than friendship and gave Chloe the space and time to get to know him.
Family is at the center of this novel .Chloe and her sister had a tough childhood; there mother was more interested in herself than her daughters. Chloe stepped up and help to raise her sister and made sure to celebrate every milestone with her. Chloe and Serena are very close—loved the honest sister conversations. Justin was raised by the Reba and Preacher Wicked who taught Justin the values of respect, honesty and love and importance of family.
Melissa Foster writes an amazing story for Chloe and Justin. It truly has all the feels. It’s emotional, heartfelt, sexy and romantic. Loved it when Justin visited Chloe late one night to finish their dance. It was perfectly written and so very romantic. I really wanted Chloe to see past Justin’s bad boy image and see him for herself. She needed to stop thinking and follow her heart. Loved that Chloe understood the importance of Justin’s art – his creative side was a huge piece of his character. Loved that the author included an important office politics thread and the themes of family and friendship throughout the novel.
Can Justin convince Chloe that he’s her happily ever after? Pick up a copy of A Little Bit Wicked and find out.
First things first, where in the world do I need to search to find my own Wicked man? A Little Bit Wicked was a captivating, sweet, sexy and fantastic feel good read that I couldn’t put down.
Chloe’s rough start in life left her guarded, determined and fiercely loyal to those she loved. Swearing off bad boys never left Chloe with a thought of finding her own biker boy but Justin Wicked was determined to patiently wait for his favorite uptown girl to take notice. Their teasing, flirting and witty banter kept me constantly grinning and when their walls start coming I rooted harder than I realized was possible for these two. I absolutely adored Chloe and Justin together and the relationship they developed is one many of us dream of being lucky enough to have one day.
Being wicked never felt so right as falling for this amazing Bayside Dark Knight!! Brimming full of family, friendship, love, loyalty and love A Little Bit Wicked was a fantastic start to this new series that left me eagerly anticipating what’s to come for the Wicked and Dark Knight family.
I Loved it! Great story line, well written, so easy to get attached to all the characters in the story. Sometimes people aren’t as they appear, and that is absolutely the case with Justin Wicked he looks like the wicked biker type but he has a very loving heart of gold. I loved how Melissa paired up the rugged biker with the girly girl and made their story amazing. Justin eventually proves to Chloe that they are really made for each other. Can’t wait for the next book in the Wicked series.

A Little Bit Wicked is the first book in The Wickeds: Dark Knights at Bayside series written by author Melissa Foster. This is another Dark Knights MC series, although it’s set in a town not too far from Peaceful Harbor (The Whiskey series). One of my favorite aspects of Melissa’s books is that many of her stories are set in nearby locations. So, it’s normal to see some characters and/or couples from her other books.
A Little Bit Wicked tells the story of Justin Wicked and Chloe Mallery. Justin and Chloe have been friends for a long time, but Justin has real feelings for her. Chloe dreams about finding a man that checks off all of her criteria to be the perfect boyfriend, but it’s not who her heart really wants. Luckily, Justin is a patient man, and he’s confident that they’ll find their way to each other when the time is right.
Both Chloe and Justin have had a difficult childhood. As they both learn more about each other, it ultimately brings them closer together.
Another fabulous story by Melissa Foster! This is a definite add to your TBR list!

This is a new series about the Wicked family involved with a motorcycle club – not a gang. The Dark Knights do wonderful community work and protect people. Justin Wicked has wanted to date Chloe Mallory for a long time. She keeps putting him off because he looks like a typical bad boy with tattoos and riding a motorcycle. Chloe has a lot of problems in her past that will take a lot to overcome them. Justin hopes he can be the one to help even though he has problems to overcome, too. This story has a lot of emotional ups and downs. Will Justin and Chloe be able to work together and overcome the problems when a difficult situation happens? I’m looking forward to reading more in this series by Melissa Foster.
A Little Bit Wicked is a romance between two unlikely characters. Justin, a bad boy biker, has had a thing for Chloe from the moment their eyes met. Sure it took over a year to gain her trust, but to him it was well worth the wait. He patiently broke down her misconceptions and helped her build her trust. Chloe has had a rough life. Watching her mom bring in man after man, she’s had to protect herself and her sister from men like Justin. Or so she thought. Once she got to know the man behind the bad boy attitude, she was all in. Together their love knows no bounds and I’ll have fun seeing them in the future.
As with every Melissa Foster book I’ve read, I loved A Little Bit Wicked. It made me swoon, giggle, tear up… Every emotion under the sun. Yeah I almost didn’t read it for personal reasons, but I’m so glad I did. With Melissa, not only do you get to fall in love with different couples in each of her books, you also get to catch up with old friends. A Little Bit Wicked is the first book in a new series, so it might be a bit confusing if it’s your first Melissa Foster book. Don’t let that persuade you from not reading it. Trust me, once you’ve read one of her books you’ll be hooked. What’s not to love? Bad boys, strong heroines, sizzling chemistry, and fabulous writing.
Ever since Justin Wicked met Chloe Mallery, he’s known she’s the one for him. However, he’s got his work cut out for him to convince Chloe that they were made for each other! She’s a business woman and has sworn off bad boys like Justin, who are in MCs. She dates through apps and winds up with boring men. There’s a major spark when she talks to Justin, but not her dates.
The teasing and flirting between these two is off the chart! I loved them so much!! No matter how hard Chloe tries to ignore the teasing and flirting, Justin is a good guy and is starting to get under her skin. Can she continue to stand strong with the thought that she doesn’t care for bad boys?
A wonderful friends to lovers story!
What an amazing story. Mrs. Foster delivered another excellent book.
Loved everything about Chloe and Justin
AWESOME
I absolutely adore Justin & Chloe! I swear, each new couple I read from Ms. Foster becomes my favorite.
She has a way of showing you what a truly wonderful relationship should look like and how we should treat each other. I love how much she puts family dynamics into her stories and shows that family isn’t always about blood relatives.
Another fabulous book!
Since I’ve met the Whiskeys in True Blue, I adored these characters and also The Dark Knights, a Motorcycle Club, members who stick together as a family, helping and keeping their communities safe. In the series, we get to discover a new member of this family, showing that blood isn’t only what makes a family but the individuals who are part of it.
This time it’s about The Dark Knights in Bayside and the men and women who will find their match, and for this first installment, we meet Justin Wicked and the woman who tries so hard not to fall for the Wicked charm, but there is nothing to stop a man determined to win the girl.
I have to say, he is definitely not subtle about his attentions, flirting and expressing his feelings just like that. This is my kind of favorite hero.
The woman who captures this wicked man’s heart, is definitely not what she seemed to be. She is a bit cold and judgemental with him firsthand but when I get the whole picture about her reasons, I could understand.
Anyway, sweet and sexy with a sassy side, a dangerous combination for Justin and he isn’t even trying to hide how she made him feel. Constantly reminding her where he stands and how patient he is, trying to break down the walls she has built.
Since the beginning these two created such a fire, with this intense pull and connection, developing a friendship first of all. They made me smile, seeing how Justin couldn’t hide his crush on her to anyone, and the natural banter and chemistry they shared. Le freaking sigh!
Justin and Chloe had both a hard upbringing and had dealt differently but those scars still ran deep for these two. I was waiting for the moment when Chloe would put her guard down because that man would do anything to protect her and never take things for granted, showing everyday that it was worth the risk and to share their burdens, to support each other. I enjoyed their story albeit it was at times a bit dragged out at times, especially about Chloe’s issues with her past and how it took so long to see what was in front of her.
However, this story is full of charm, undeniably sexy and passionate. I felt so many emotions while reading it. I adored the supportive characters and they created such an amazing dynamic to the whole story.
A great start to introduce the Wicked family and I can’t wait to read more!!
I have only read a few of Melissa Foster’s books in the past and as a result I did struggle at the beginning of the book with the different characters but it does all become clearer as you continue to read. I really liked Justin & Chloe. I thought they had great chemistry and their relationship develops slowly from friends to lovers. The story was enjoyable and had plenty of steamy times. I did, however, sort of feel that the middle section could have been condensed some. Overall, I did enjoy this book and I will look forward to more to come from this series.
I was provided with a copy of this book from the publisher; there was no inducement or obligation and I opted to leave a review.
When Justin Wicked finally decides that he’s done with Chloe Mallery denying the feelings between them, Chloe does not stand a chance at resisting the dirty talking man with a heart of gold. Her heart, her all, will be his if she just allows herself to trust that he’s not like the bikers in her past. Can Chloe allow herself to open up to Justin, allow the chance of getting hurt again?
I cannot tell you how much I loved this installment of the Dark Knights world. It’s full of heat, full of even more heart, and the big extended family in this world just keeps getting better and better. Justin is a BBF for the ages – sweet, protective and swoony with a dirty mouth and a tender heart, and Chloe is strong and independent and more than a match for her own Wicked man. I so cannot wait for more Wickeds!
I have been looking forward to this book for a long time.
Chloe Mallery has always been the responsible one and tried to avoid being like her mother – jumping from one bad boy to the next. So when local bad boy Justin ‘Maverick’ Wicked starts to show interest in her she tries to avoid him at all costs, even though she would mind a little bit of this Wicked.
Justin Wicked hasn’t had it easy in life but once he became a wicked and a member of the dark Knights he grew to be a man modelled from his future not from his past. The one thing that’s been keeping him busy the last 18 months is his interest in a certain ‘uptown girl’.
This story of Chloe and Justin had all the feels you need in a great HEA. There are struggles along the way but with a family like the Wicked’s and Dark Knights behind them, they can overcome anything.
I just loved this story – definitely one of my favourites from Melissa Foster and as I’ve read all her books that says something.
I was completely consumed by this incredible story. I loved the characters and the secondary characters really added more depth to the book. The writing keeps you hooked and has just the right amount of humor mixed in to make it even more enjoyable. This was the perfect book to begin this series and I can’t wait to read more.
I love starting a new series because it’s like opening the door to something that elicits a nervous sort of excitement. The thing is, Melissa Foster isn’t a new-to-me author, although I’ve yet to work my way through her entire back list, so I’m familiar with how well she’s able to weave these stories that highlight romantic love as much as it does love for family and community. With this series starter, we have a new family but there’s that sense of familiarity as well because of the setting and the fact that some have appeared in past books and there are cameos from past couples and characters. Chloe and Justin were well-developed main characters and I adored their story, making me fully invested in their happy ending. All this while my curiosity was piqued about the other Wickeds and Dark Knights of Bayside. Now that’s what you call a fab start to a series, and I can’t wait for more. Five stars for A Little Bit Wicked.
The Dark Knights have rolled into Bayside in A Little Bit Wicked which is a wickedly sexy friends to lovers, opposites attract love story told in the third person point of view and is part of the large Love in Bloom world.
Justin had a rough time growing up after his mother passed away and his father turned into a thief. Rob “Preacher” & Reba Wicked took Justin into their home, raised him as one of their own and taught him the true meaning of family. Chloe had a rough upbringing dealing with her mother and her revolving door of boyfriends as well as make sure her sister, Serena was safe. Justin has wanted Chloe since the day he saw her but Chloe has put him in the friend zone as she does not want to get involved with someone who looks likes they just walked out of her past. Justin is determined to prove to Chloe that he is not who she thinks he is and that they are meant to be together.
Melissa Foster has come through again with another heartwarming, funny, big family romance. A Little Bit Wicked is the beginning of The Wickeds series but also interconnects with The Dark Knights at Peaceful Harbor and the Bayside crew. I was so happy to see Justin and Chloe finally come together and get their HEA as it has been a long time coming. Whenever I heard Justin’s Dark Knight name, Maverick I kept hearing “Highway to the Danger Zone” in my head and had the urge to watch Top Gun, lol. As always I will now be patiently waiting for the next addition to Melissa Fosters Love in Bloom world!
