Still not sure if I liked it or not. The tone sounded like it was for young children, the subject matter almost adult, the action more middle grade. Pages ran out before the story was even close to being over.
Couldn’t get into it. Never finished it. Seemed like it was forced and unreal, in a bad way.
Completely different characters with a completely different story, just the same names. We get very little out of their resemblance to the original Peter Pan, so it needs to be judged on its own merits. Which is meh. Not awful, but not exciting either
Rather trite…I actually haven’t finished it…didn’t hold my interest.
Thoroughly enjoyed it until the end. I felt it totally left out the last half of the book. I don’t recommend starting it until the sequel is out.
An interesting concept of the Peter Pan classic story but I just wasn’t able to keep reading. I was confused by the different roles played by characters.
It is not holding my interest. Will try to finish it later.
