I loved everything about this book! It’s interesting, it’s intense, and it’s got a big bad Alpha Spankmeister for the main character! He’s just sooooooo naaasssty hot! Recommend!
Loved this book to pieces, but it ends in a cliffhanger! The second book costs $3.99. No KU.
He’s a handsome dominating binder and a Spankenstein! Hot hot hot! Adults only! Recommend!
Lady Daphne Fairchild braves the journey from London to the wilds of Scotland alone with one purpose in mind: confront the man who purposely and methodically set out to ruin the men of her family. Adam the Earl of Kilmead has a proposal for Daphne thirty days and nights in his bed of this is the price she must pay to learn the truth of the dark lord’s vendetta against her family. Yet, when she accepts the offer.
This is the first part of a duology & I can’t wait to read the second part. I couldn’t put it down. The pace is fast, the characters so very well fleshed. The more time Daphne spends with Adam the more she learns why he set out to ruin her family & she also learns an awful lot about herself. He calls her his little dove & by the end of the book she tells Niall to thank Adam for setting her free. Adam is a alpha male but there’s so much more to him, Daphne is a strong stubborn woman, their verbal spars are interesting & the sex is HOT. I just loved it
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read
I loved this book!! I am reading all of Victoria Vale’s magnificent books!
Interesting story with some very hot scenes, but its a very readable book.
I loved the absolute strength of Adam. Can’t say that I’d like to be treated or subdued like Daphne was yet that was the main theme.
The story also shows very clearly how close family members can really mess up lives due to their own selfishness and irresponsibilities.
I’m looking forward to finding out what the second book in this series is about and from the title alone it looks as if its a follow on.
I’m only 20% of the way in, and I think Miss Vale has just become my favorite author. I downloaded this free via amazon from the link in one of my weekly free ebook emails and I am loving this story so far. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it’s written as far as being engaging, entertaining as well as lovely with the way the author vividly describes the scenery and builds up the chemistry between the two leads. Also hot hot hot! Pick this up if you want a steamy, dark read! Scotland, castles, sassy heroine, masculine and sexy lead male character of the Jason momoa variety (beefy, long hair, brown eyes!) and passionate character development (hate to love!) Also the female heroine is a fiery lass with red hair and blue eyes! Can’t go wrong with any of this! Highly recommend
Its something that make you keep reading cant put down till finish…
