The beautiful Lady Madeline and Lord Samuel, but as he is known to her, Sam.

Honest review!! Than you Elizabeth A. Lance for an enchanting romance!
Regency romance is my favorite genre, so I have read a lot of different stories by different authors. Ms. Lance is definitely becoming one of my favorite authors in this genre! She does an excellent job of describing the scenes so vividly that you feel as if you are right there experiencing the moment for yourself. That’s really important to me because it really helps me enjoy the book so much more. The storyline was wonderful, depicting a great love story with a happy ending. The characters were strong and had such great personalities and are portrayed very well. Lady Madeleine fights for what she wants and she wants the Duke of Wiltshire. They also had such great chemistry!
This is a really delightful read and I would highly recommend for a nice cozy afternoon!

This is a beautiful novella set in a time when everything is simpler much different than today. I loved the interesting characters and the way the author described everything from the characters to their surroundings. I love reading books about this era and I look forward to reading more in the future.
Madeline was a dreamer who liked to read romance novels. She was sent to her aunt to make her debutant showing in the ton. Sam was a bonafide rake. Madeline literally fell into Sam and it was love at first site for them both. But how would they convince her father who Sam had a past with to allow them to marry? Fun story

I love Valentine love stories. This one is about true love and even though our parents want what they think is best, it might not be. Love like there is no tomorrow and fight for your dreams and what you want. Great characters and story.

Lady Madeline Ryder has always wanted to spend an exciting life in love with a handsome pirate. But her aunt and her father have their own idea of eligible men they want her to choose from, and they have given her a deadline of Valentine’s Day to make her selection. At first, she is resigned to doing things their way. But she accidentally falls into the arms of Lord Samuel Powell, Duke of Wiltshire, and his mischievous blue eyes captured her heart!
With only two weeks before her required engagement, Madeline must convince her father that the former rogue is perfect for her. Can she do it?
With wonderful secondary characters supporting Madeline, this book is the perfect book to provide a HEA. The story line is great, and the characters are portrayed well. Grab your copy and see whether Madeline and have her dreams come true, or if she is doomed to select from the stuffy eligible men her father would have her marry.
