Romance novelist Brandy Jackson is not a one-night-stand kind of girl, but with Maximillian Benton, she’s willing to make an exception. Big mistake. Turns out, the charming, handsome man with a sexy British accent is a jerk who’s only interested in laying claim to Landon Castle, the inheritance Brandy received when her beloved grandmother died. But apparently through a cheating attorney, the … castle was purchased at auction by Max. When a judge orders them to both live at the castle until the legal matter is resolved, Brandy reluctantly agrees. As big as the castle is, it turns out to be too small for her and Max, who find themselves spending more and more time together. And even though Brandy knows Max isn’t her happily-ever-after, when the heat becomes too much she still gives in to her passion. Bigger mistake. Now she’s pregnant.
Max’s motives for wanting the castle are simple: revenge. A billionaire software designer, Max was swindled by the man who owned the castle, and now it’s sweet payback owning the thing his nemesis loved most. So when his plans are sent awry by a pretty American, he has no choice but to dig in his heels and make sure the castle remains his. Max tries, rather desperately, to ignore his attraction to Brandy and the way his heart expands whenever they’re together. Despite his cynicism about love, he can’t help wondering if Brandy might be different from all the other women he’s met. But when he believes he’s been duped by her sweet smile and sexy body, Max all too readily decides ending what they have is for the best. Happily ever after just isn’t for him. But he can’t shake the feeling he may have lost the best thing in his life…

I just loved this story. It’s well written, interesting characters, chemistry and an awesome storyline. Brandy Jackson and Maximillian Benton are both court ordered to live at Landon Castle until the the matter of ownership is declared. What will these two do? A fantastic start to the European Tycoon series.
The Tycoons Pregnant lover is the first book in The European Tycoon series written by Leslie North.
Max Benton and Brandy Jackson had a one night stand and did not expect to see each other again, but to their surprise they will be spending a lot of time with one another.
Brandy returned to her roots to claim her inheritance from her grandmother after she passed away. But to her surprise she was informed that there were two titles to the estate. She had no idea who the other person was until she turned around and saw the man standing in the room. It was Max Benton of all people. He claimed he had purchased the castle at an auction and he would not be letting it go for any reason.
They went in front of the judge and they were told that they both had to stay there for 90 days until it was resolved. Neither party was happy about the decision but agreed to it.
Will Brandy get her castle back or will she end up with a child and broken- hearted?

Who would have thought that these two unlikely people would meet in the lawyers office, both claiming ownership of the same castle.
When the judge orders these two to live in the castle together until he makes a ruling about ownership.

Highly entertaining, sexy, fun and action packed romantic journey filled with engaging charters, witty banter, heart racing twists and undeniable passion. Great read from beginning to end.
This is a sexy and sweet story, rich in detail and one that will keep you turning the pages right to the very last one. Another wonderful page turner from one of my all time favourite authors. Can’t wait to read the next book. Happy reading!!
Leslie does it again! The story line is entertaining and the characters are very likable with great chemistry between them. An enjoyable read and a great start to a new series.
Romance novelist has inherited the Landon Castle after a family member passes away so she moves to England to claim her property. Upon arrival she finds out that handsome billionaire Maximillian Benton, a software designer also holds claim to the castle after buying it at auction. Now a judge is ordering both of them to live in the castle until the matter of ownership is resolved. The castle is big enough for them to both live there so Brandy agrees to the judge’s terms.
As she and Max spend more time together, she realizes the castle may not be big enough for the two of them as they seem to be spending a lot of time together. When the heat and chemistry between them only increases, they give in to their passion.
Max is determined to own the castle and not let a pretty American sway his determination to become the owner of the castle. He tries hard to not be attracted to Brandy every time they’re together but the heart wants what the heart wants.
Brandy isn’t a one night stand type of person and she knows Max isn’t the right person for her happily ever after. Max isn’t interested in happily ever after and after a time of passion together, Max decides they can’t have a future together but will he lose the best thing that’s happened to him if he lets her go?
Will Brandy being pregnant with his child cause each of them to change their minds about a future together?

This is book one in the European Tycoon series. One night, that is all it is between Brandy and Max, at first. This romance writer ends up starting off a chain of events that she wants no part in but she is not willing to give up anything without a fight. Max is the not wanting to give up anything as well and he has a little revenge in his pocket. The courts have instructed them to live under the same roof, can they both live within the castle walls, will those same walls support them both? Can both Brandy and Max give up a little to get everything in the end? A really good with characters that have a lot of fire between them. Egos can be so large and yet so fragile. Enjoy!

I enjoyed this interesting story about Brandy and Max. I liked that they meet before Brandy finds out that the castle was incorrectly sold to Max. I also liked that they lived together in the castle while the judge decided what to do. I am glad that all the misunderstandings are cleared up.

Another quick, interesting read from Leslie North. Brandy has inherited a castle from her father, who had left her when she was young. She leaves the States to move into her castle, only to find that her ownership is contested by Max, a man she had a one-night stand with. Max is untrusting of anyone and wants nothing to do with Brandy. But they have to share the castle until the courts can determine who is the true owner. Drakar is a man who has caused Max a lot of pain over the years and he is one of the reason’s Max bought the castle. Now it seems he and Brandy may be working together with Brandy trying to steal a computer program Max is working on. When BrandThe y ends up pregnant, that seems the last straw for Max, but he also does not want to be like his father and dessert the child.
Brandy doesn’t want to return home to the States. She really has nothing to return home to. And she doesn’t want to put her daughter in a situation like she grew up in with no father. Can these two work out all their differences?

The American gets her castle! This is about Max and Brandy. Max is the billionaire that get what he wants and when he wants it. The story starts out with both Max and Brandy meeting in a hotel bar and flirting with each other. This go wild on that first encounter, but then she does not see him the next morning. Of course, she is there for one thing and one thing only, obtain the castle her grandmother left her to start a new life. She never expected to see her one-night stand only she was not so lucky because now she must fight to get her castle as he thinks he owns it. The judge in the case hears them out and realizes that that both have deed, one of them must be a real, so she will need to get an investigation started and orders them to live in the castle until this is resolved. Well is he is so into himself, that he set rules up of each taking half the place and to bother each other. The story turns out to be funny and as with all Leslie’s book – it does end beautifully. Now the question is who is next Gavin or Tony?

This is a fiery story. Max and Brandy start out as a one night stand until they realized they had ownership to the same property. It is a steamy story as these two cannot resist each other. The conversations are witty and sharp as they battle their emerging love.
It’s another North book.
It checks all the boxes.
Plenty of steam.
A wealthy guy.
And a pregnant damsel in distress.
Recommend.
Who will own the castle? This storyline started brilliantly, with the promise of many moments of tension and hilarity even. The stakes for both Brandy and Max were high, the ownership of a real English castle. Add to that the undeniable sexual attraction our main character still have for each other, regardless of them being on the opposite side of the fence, you should end up with a great book. I am however disappointed, as many of the tension points were left in mid-air, unexplained. How they both ended up with the deeds was not satisfactorily explained. Many of the relationships which led to conflict and emotional scarring were left unaddressed, merely mentioned. There was a grand ballroom, not to mention a secret passage leading from the vast library which should have given fertile ground for the imagination. However, when there is a baby, it very often makes people sort out priorities and childish insecurities and behavior are left behind. There is an HEA and good editing added to the experience. However, I would like to see this book rewritten in parts and missing facts added for clarity.

Can a writer and software tech make a go of sharing a tug-of-war castle to find the rightful owner? What happens when you throw an unplanned surprise in the mix. This love story is one that will keep you turning the pages, which is usually the case with one of Leslie’s books. You will not be disappointed. To be honest once I started reading it I didn’t stop until the last page.

A messy situation
Brandy is starting a new life in England where she plans to live in the castle left to her by her grandmother. She has a one-night-stand in a bar with Max only to learn the next day that he also has a deed. With no other place to live Brandy moves into the castle. Then it’s not only necessity but a judge’s order that has not only her but also Max living there while they await his judgment. She turns up pregnant, and it looks like things are going along well. How will the castle situation work out? Will they be okay both apart and together? As always great characters and writing in this wonderful read.

Now this is how you begin a series. Hot and straight out the gate, hard.
These two will get you going. I’m just excited to to see what’s next… or should I say who’s next…
