USA Today Bestseller Leslie North invites you to indulge in a steamy billionaire romance with an unforgettable bad boy billionaire and the smart-talking woman who tames him…Reclusive billionaire inventor Gavin Burrows still thinks about Sarah Hanson—the woman he had a brief but memorable fling with three years ago. So he’s shocked when the pretty American woman shows up at his castle door … door pleading with him to not end his contract with his gardeners, who happen to be Sarah’s aunt and uncle. Sarah is desperate to complete the garden, but Gavin is desperate, too. He’ll do almost anything to get his mother to stop playing matchmaker—even if that means making a deal with Sarah to pose as his fiancée. She gets her garden, he gets his mother off his back. At least with Sarah posing as his fake fiancée, he can avoid all his mother’s marriage prospects. Coming from a large and rambunctious family, all he’s ever really wanted was to be alone to work on his inventions. He certainly won’t let one gorgeous gardener get in his way.
Sarah would never tell Gavin this, but that summer three years ago? She’d fallen hard for him. As an only child, Sarah has always wanted a large family, so when she learns he considers having a big, loud family akin to having the plague, she now realizes Gavin is definitely not the man for her. Still, she can’t resist the opportunity to restore Gavin’s historic garden to its former glory, so when he offers, she reluctantly agrees to pose as his fiancée and prays she can shield her heart. But even though she knows it’s temporary, she surrenders to their smoldering attraction and falls hard all over again. When Gavin’s parents throw them an engagement party, the guilt over all their lies begins to weigh heavy—as does the realization she’ll once again be left heartbroken.
As the garden she’s created turns out to be a spectacular achievement, Sarah can only wonder if her love for Gavin will wither or finally bloom into something just as grand…

A wonderful well written second chance romance. This engaging storyline had me glued page after page with a beautiful story full of emotions and feelings as these reunited years later entering a fake arrangement. A wonderful journey as these two interesting well developed characters who are opposites rediscover love. I voluntarily read and reviewed this short arc.
Leslie North books are sinfully heartwarming and intensely engaging right from the start and always hits the spot perfectly. Always guaranteed a fabulous story to read which this book is and more. Will have old and new readers coming back for more. Happy reading!!
An enjoyable and intriguing fast pace book two in the European Tycoon series! It is well developed, emotionally deep, witty, funny, and intriguing with drama an ups and downs. Loveable characters; their chemistry is amazing. An exciting read and is definitely recommended!

Highly entertaining, sexy, fun and action packed adventure filled with engaging charters, witty dialog, heart racing twists and undeniable passion. Emotionally thrilling journey from beginning to end. Great read.
The Tycoons Fake Fiancee is a romantic quick easy read. Sarah and Gavin find each other again after years apart. It is a sweet love story and I enjoyed it. I usually love everything Leslie North writes, but this one is set in England and the flair for the English made it hard for me to follow at times. Even still I enjoyed this one.

The Tycoon’s Fake Fiancee is the second book in Leslie North’s European Tycoons, and the story of Sarah and Gavin. Three years ago, they met, had a passionate encounter, and went their separate ways. But fate is a fickle thing, and an unexpected meeting leads to an unusual and intriguing proposal, that will reignite the passion that they both thought dead and forgotten.
I liked Sarah and Gavin, and even though he started out rigid and uncompromising, Gavin showed he had a tender heart and a longing for something he didn’t realise he needed. Sarah is sweet and wary, but her reservations are secondary in the big scheme of things, and she decides that this short-term arrangement will benefit them both.
This is very typically Leslie North; and everyone who enjoys her quick, drama-packed and passionate stories, will devour this one too!
The Tycoon fake fiancee is book 2 in the European tycoon series written by Leslie North.
This was such a wonderful book that I hated to put down. Gavin Burrows and Sarah Hanson had a brief affair 3 years ago and he broke her heart. Gavin was about to let her aunt and uncle go from their duties of being his gardener unless Sarah did a huge favor for him.
He wanted her to become his fiancee so his mother would stop being a match maker. Sarah only agreed to do this for her aunt and uncle, not for his benefit. She had to save herself from having her heart broken by this man a second time.
Will Gavin and Sarah get past the lie and live happily ever after or will they get caught?

Gavin and Sarah were lovers three years ago. They barter up a contract to rehire her aunt and uncle and in return she would pretend to be his fiancée to get his mother to top her matchmaking ventures. The feelings they thought had long since been buried, are back regardless how much they deny it. Nicely written and a totally enjoyable read. Not too long, but long enough. It’s a lightweight romance and steamy stuff!

British Romance Series Continues to be a Winner.
This is book two of the European Tycoon Series and features Gavin who is part of a trio of male friends, Max, Tony, and Gavin who are all British billionaires.
The love interest is Horticulturist, Sarah! Who Gavin had a fling with three years ago and is now unexpectedly back in his life at the same time he’s bought a castle.
They have agreed on a proposal that will help both of them by agreeing to a fake engagement. This is the storyline that their emotional roller coaster hangs on and rides it smoothly until the end.
The characters are well developed and entertaining. The length of the book was just right so now I want to know what happens to the third friend, Tony.
I’m definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and pleasure. While this can be read as a stand-alone, I also suggest reading book one, “The Tycoon’s Pregnant Lover” which features Max. Peace.

I love the fake relationship troupe. This one doesn’t disappoint. Sarah is determined, driven and very mature about her circumstances. I love how she handles herself. Gavin is the typical stubborn billionaire, he gets a wake-up call this time around. Also like his family. I really love this series so far. The characters aren’t perfect but I love that the stories mainly say focused on them working on their relationships. The drama is maintained and low key, love that too. The emotions feel real, I prefer that to all the dramatic uproar and I love the chase. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
The last of the 3 tycoons to fall Tony can be a little cruel and a little hard to love. When he see Diana again he sees an opertunity that he feels would benifit them both. He got more than he bargined for and fell for her.
This is book two in the European Tycoon series. Gavin and Sarah have some differences but due to other events Gavin strikes a deal with Sarah, they become engaged. Can this fake engagement work out positively for them both? The trick is not selling the relationship to everyone but guarding their hearts from being broken. Do they throw caution to the wind and take a chance? A great shorter length story with a HEA worth it all in the end. Enjoy!

Gavin hasn’t forgotten about Sarah who he had a fling with three years ago. He is surprised to answer the door of his new castle to see her. Sarah is there to speak with the owner about her Aunt and Uncle’s job as gardener to his estate that he cancelled. Gavin mother is planning a party with a lot of young eligible women. She is ready for him to get married. He talks Sarah into pretending to be his fake fiancee. Very good story. If you enjoyed the first European Tycoon you will love this one.

Beautiful love story with a touch of drama.
Oh my word I loved this book of the second chance at love story. When Gavin & Sarah meet up again after 3yrs when she went to ask him to let her families garden business have job of looking after the gardens in the grounds of his castle he refused not wanting anything done to the garden he hated. After finding out his mother was inviting women as potential girlfriends for him he made Sarah an offer that she couldn’t refuse by agreeing to her having the job of working on his garden if she pretended to be his girlfriend/fiancée to keep his mother off his back. Their agreement came with terms one being that it would nothing more than a business arrangment that would only last 6mths & no feelings from their past affair would come into it as he doesn’t do marriage or want a family which they both agreed, only it wasn’t as easy as it seemed. Keeping the secret was hard for her mostly as she had become part of his family & the feelings she had for him in the past came back but it was not recepricated in the romantic way but he couldn’t let her know he did have feelings aswell insisting this was just business. At times this story got quite emotional & I had tears down my face desperate for Gavin to see what everybody else could & that he was in love with Sarah but whether he would realise it & tell her before it was too late & he would lose her forever.

Getting close to Mother Earth centers you. Sarah, American whose aunt & uncle work for Gavin as his gardeners. Gavin’s Mom overwhelms him with her matchmaking schemes. He enlists Sarah to pose as his fiance. Gavin comes from a large boisterous family and does not want the same in his life. Sarah, is an only child and wants a large family. This relationship will take some work, or a lotta love! Sarah & Gavin had a fling three years prior and Sarah, fell in love. Sarah helps with the garden design and creates a masterpiece. Will she and Gavin fool his Mom? Will Gavin admit the love seed was planted 3 years ago? How do the lies affect their relationship? Nice story development. Gavin and Sarah are absolutely likeable. Well done! I received an ARC from Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Does he deserve a second chance?
Three years ago, Gavin and Sarah has a three month fling. It ended. They meet again when she tries to get him to reinstate her aunt and uncle’s garden contract (he just bought a castle).
To avoid his matchmaking Mother’s plans for him, he coerces Sarah into a fake relationship and he will hire her aunt and uncle again. Gavin hates gardens and large families.
Sarah loves gardens and wants a large family.
What I liked? Sarah. Gardens in England and castles. Gavin’s social awkwardness.
What I had issues with?
Gavin is so much under his mother’s thumb. At 31, he’s not his own man.
But I did like that he wasn’t a player and he was scientifically inclined.
Recommend.
Gavin needs a fake girlfriend, so his mother will stop playing matchmaker. Sarah needs for Gavin to renew the gardening contract with her uncle’s business. And voila! We have an engagement. Fake, of course. Once they hammer out the rules of their agreement, they think that this will be a walk in the park. Nope. They have a past, and while they would like to forget, their hearts have other ideas. This is a really nice variation on the fake relationship theme. I like these characters together, especially considering their past. Gavin was sometimes difficult and unwilling to compromise about things in the garden. But when I read his explanation about why he hates gardens…

Gavin and Sarah had a wonderful time 3 years prior, but they could not make it last. Now, looking to save her family business, she stands in front of him, shocked at seeing him. The same for him. Neither had forgotten the other. To protect himself from his mother’s pushy ways to make him become a more social person he suggests a fake relationship. To get the contract, she agrees. But of course, feelings flare up again.
A good story, funny at times, a little sad at times. A well-written story, realistic despite being set in the billionaire world.
