Cormac Delaney was everything I hated about men—arrogant, smug and condescending, but he was also everything my body responded to—gorgeous, tall, brooding, and confident. Oh, and he happened to be a partner at the publishing company I was trying to get signed to. My book—“Fu*#$@Boys”—about how men are selfish, sex-crazed pigs—was one vote away from being published—his vote. But not only did he … hate my book, he asked me a question that would change things between us forever:
“How can you be an expert on men when you’ve never been in a real relationship?”
He had a point, but I wasn’t about to let him know. Instead I did what any self-respecting writer and podcaster would do—I proposed a radical social experiment. Cormac and I would live together for one month as boyfriend and girlfriend. If he could change my mind about men I’d withdraw my book. If not, he’d agree to publish it.
My only condition? No sex, or anything physical, whatsoever.
I never thought he’d go for it, but I guess I was wrong about him, in more ways than one. Don’t get me wrong, I hate Cormac Delaney, even if he is easy on the eyes. . .fine, he’s good looking. . .alright, he’s hot as hell, but still! To do this I’m going to have to remind myself of a few things: we’re only an experiment, nothing more. He’s not the most gorgeous man I’ve ever seen in my life, he absolutely does not have a body that makes me tingle in all the right places, and I’m never, under any circumstances, going to let myself fall for him. . .
Right?

Tori have learned to not trust men. Unfortunately her first real long term boyfriend was a big jerk. Her bestfriend Shosh is such a character. I love that she gave Tori the biggest dildo she could find. This book had me laughing so many times.
Cormac is a book publisher. He has had an author use him and then break his heart. He meets Tori at a pitch for her new book. As soon as they see eachother they have an instant attraction. He sees Tori as a woman who hates men and Tori sees him as another jerk. They agree to an experiment to try to change eachother point of view.
Christopher Harlan outdid himself with this one. Every book gets better and better. He understands a woman point of view very well. Thankyou for having me on your arc team. Definitely one of my favorite authors.
A fun romantic comedy. Tori and Cormac were great characters and they both had something to prove. I love Tori’s best friend, Shoshanna. She was hilarious. Tori’s fake boyfriend experiment with Cormac teaches them both more than they ever thought. A really great story.
Christopher has never let me down with one of his books. And this one was no exception! If you love a good romantic comedy then this is the book for you. The characters will have you laughing out loud on many occasions. The two main characters Tori and Cormac were perfect together! The chemistry they had burned up the pages. To me they were perfect together. He nailed his first romantic comedy! I’m definitely recommending this book!
Book Review: The Three Kiss Clause
Author: Christopher Harlan
FIVE STARS
A fun and snarky, enemies to friends, romantic comedy that will keep you enthralled with the happenings going on between these covers. The internet blogger turned author is trying to score a publisher. The publisher is not at all going to promote this book that is not at all flattering to men.
I can’t go into detail about this book without going into spoilers but just trust me when I say just read it. You will not regret it. I laughed out loud with this book.
KLH
Just loved this book!! Highly recommend it.
Every book gets better and better! Christopher Harlan is an amazing author who writes great stories that you don’t want to put down . Three Kids Clause had me laughing, worrying, and screaming with joy. Tori and Cormac were a dynamic pair that are relatable! You won’t be disappointed in this story or any of his books!
I love rom-coms and this one didn’t disappoint. Packed full of chemistry, witty banter, good characters and this book has it all. I loved Tori and Cormac and their whole fake relationship. I’m not gonna lie though I did struggle with this book at the beginning but I’m Pleased I persisted with it.
This is not Christopher Harlan’s usual style but oh my did he hit it out of the park! This author has proved he can write pretty much anything and this rom com was everything I could have wanted and more.
The story flowed effortless and the banter between characters Cormac and Tori had me laughing so hard!
I highly recommend this read!
This is a great story about how you should “not judge a book by its cover” and you should “not lump all men (or women) into a few stereotypical things”.
This was a story of Cormac and Tori. Tori was a blogger and an aspiring author who was trying to get a book published. It was a book about how she perceived men and women’s relationships in the dating world. Trouble is, she is basing all of her information off of one failed relationship. Cormac is one of three people on a team that has to vote unanimously to publish Tori’s book – and of course, because of it’s “man-hating content” he votes no.
The decided that they should get to know each other better and find out how Tori came to her conclusions about men and if Cormac can teach her that not all men think with their “little head” and are *dicks*. They decided to move in together, have a three-kiss clause, and see if he could not change her opinion about men, and if she could not change his opinion about how she was and the point she was trying to make.
I did have a hard time connecting with Tori at the beginning of this story. She did come off as man-hating and did not want to really hear any one else’s opinion about men and relationships. She did come off as a man hater. I have to say I LOVED the friend Shoshana. She was funny and spunky and really kept me engaged.
I would definitely recommend this book. Christopher Harlan is an excellent author and you won’t be disappointed!
I really enjoyed this book. All the characters were easy to get to know and I flew through the pages! I loved every word!!
The Three KISS Clause by Christopher Harlan was great Rom Com that will have you swooning and laughing. The chemistry between Tori and Cormac was hot and intense! They tried so hard to fight their attraction, but lucky for us they lost. Another amazing read by a great author.
OMG! I loved this rom-com book! What a funny and sexy romance story! It was such a great read, I laughed out loud more times than I could count, but also swooning over the handsome, tall, brooding, and arrogant Cormac Delaney. This book had so many fantastic lines, witty banter, and inner dialogue—this was definitely a breath of fresh air. This page-turning story completely encapsulates the madness of the first stirrings of love and lust when you can’t get enough of someone, and all the games between Tori and Cormac were well done—yet they each have challenges they need to face. Tori Klein—Feminist influencer, Vlogger, Podcaster wants to publish her book at the publishing company that Cormac is an owner. Tori is very distrustful of men, and Cormac wants to prove her wrong of men. Thus, a proposition ensues of three kisses. How would you like to have an experiment with the swoon-worthy, sexy as hell Cormac? The way Tori and Cormac come around to their realization at the end of the story was really well done with so many heart-wrenching emotions. There are several twists and turns within the story that makes it interesting. Christopher Harlan manages to weave humorous plotlines centered on romantic ideas with artfully developed main characters. I HIGHLY recommend this book if you need a great laugh as well as some heat!
What a fun story! Tori is trying to get her book published with a company that Corman works for. They can’t stand each other & he doesn’t like her book. They come up with an idea for a month long experiment to see if what her book about men & relationships says is true. If she wins then Corman will publish her book. If he wins then the book isn’t published. Tori has one condition that there isn’t anything physical happening between them. Christopher Harlan wrote a great story that hooked me from the beginning & I couldn’t put it down until the end. I loved the dynamics between them. Great story!
A great read by Christopher! I could not put this book down! I loved the characters!
This was my first time reading this author. I have a good friend that talks very highly of him so I gave it a try. Now, the first two chapters were kinda different for me but once I got into the story, I fell in love with the banter between Cormac and Tori. I will be reading more from this author. Thanks Mandy Demaree for introducing me.
This is one of the best books I have read by Christopher Harlan ! Carmac and Tori have great chemistry even when they hate each other. Tori is a YouTube and podcast star whose main topic of conversation is how crappy men are, when she goes to pitch her book to a publishing firm she meets Carmac. Carmac thinks Tori is a crazy man hater and wants nothing to do with her book. When Tori comes up with a crazy idea for Carmac to understand her viewpoint sparks start to fly and they see things in a new light . Three kiss clause was funny, sweet and sexy. Very much recommend!
Tori is a mega social media star who’s made her name telling tales of F**kboys, toxic men, mansplaining and all sorts of trendy hashtags she’s invented. But now we have our sights set on the BIG TIME…..A BOOK!
Cormac is the male in a three part partnerships of book publishers. If the vote isn’t unanimous there will be no book. What man in his right mind would back the crap this radical feminist is spewing. Especially since she isn’t an expert of anything, in fact Tori hasn’t even really been in too many long term serious relationships (she’s got 1 to her experience.)
The debating back and forth as each tries to make their case is funny and witty at times. At others it sounds like drivel we’ve heard before. And I will say this, I get why Tori is the way she is…..if that had happened to me I might hate and mistrust all men too but please….enough with the blinders on and feeling the need to be superior and right all the damn time. I mean Cormac says it within the first few minutes of their meeting..
“The only reason I’m still sitting at this table is because of how sexy this woman is. She’s bat-shit crazy if she thinks this book is getting published by us, but a body like that I’m almost ready to forgive her. Almost.”
Yea, so we know they have the hots for each other. Exes from hell. And tragic stories. Will this all change the relationship between the two of them. Guess you’ll just have to read and see
This is Christopher’s first romantic comedy but you would not know it from reading it! The chemistry between Tori and Cormac is awesome and the premise is fun and intriguing at the same time. For two people that haven’t been in relationships to take on this task has disaster written all over it but they find a way to make it work and find their happily ever after. Definitely worth the read!
Very enjoyable book: Great characters with amazing connections and a delightful story line makes this a must read. Cormac and Tori have trust issues and doubts, but together overcome obstacles they didn’t realize existed. Exceptional story!
I voluntarily read and reviewed this book; all opinions expressed are my own.
Wowzer! This book has been my 1st read of the new year and so glad too!! This book has EVERYTHING!! Humor, romance, and lots of steamy goodness!! It had me laughing out loud into the morning. Absolutely loved all the characters and the story it self is going to be one of my favorites forever! If you get any book this year THIS IS THE ONE!!!
