Although this book could have been written in our current times, it was actually written in 1996. So much greed, so much inhumanity, so little thought for life. Those are the workings of some of the main characters in this book. Because I like medically-related books, this book based on genetics experiments was intriguing. It was interesting to …
different
I loved it. A great story. Fun to read.
Ken takes you by the shoulder and pushes you through the story. Hes the best at this of any authot I read
Very interesting story line. I loved it, could not put it down.
A really good read… excellent plot and strong characters.
This is one of those books that you can’t put down. Could it really happen? With today’s scientific knowledge, yes. Is it really nature vs.nurture? Quite possible. Good read.
I have never read a Ken Follet book I haven’t loved. As this story unfolds it gets more and more tense. The fact that this could be real is even more scary.
Full of twists and turns Typical Ken Follett a great read.
Not one of Follett’s best.
Suspenseful
One of my first authors to catch me in a suspense state. Always coming with a tense plot, it does
Not fail with ” The third twin”. Interesting and intriguing to the max.
You can never go wrong with Ken Follette! It isn’t what I would image from him but if course very well written. Great characters, interesting story line that kept me turning pages. A huge fan.
It took awhile to get into it but was an interesting read.
This book should be a movie! I got so tense in parts of it that I had to put it down and calm down before I could bear to find out what happens next! Terrific book!
I tried to read this years ago so I don’t remember exactly why I quit reading fairly early but think there was something disgusting. I must have been pretty nasty because I can take a lot of that sort of thing.
Great read!!!!
An older thriller but still fun.
The first page had me!
In my personal opinion this book didn’t meet the “normal” Ken Follett type book. The basic story was good but had parts that were boring, which I’ve never experienced with one of his books.
