You can’t go wrong with several authors I love, including John Grisham!
LOVED IT
by Grissom, great
I really enjoyed this book. I read it back a few years ago but I felt that it was easy to just sit down and read it.
I enjoy most of Gresham’s legal thrillers, and include this on the list. He focuses on the flawed and corrupt, individuals and institutions, and thinking which seems to increasingly born out by lawyers caught up in today’s, and past “–gates”, political news.
This is one of my favourite Grisham novels because it just keeps you glued to the last page. The characters are neatly sketched but the plot keeps twisting so it is hard to see a conclusion until the final pages.
Grisham NEVER disappoints
The Testament is one of John Grisham’s novels which has a inspirational aspect. Both I and my husband enjoy novels which are wholesome and family friendly, yet not predictable. We write novels inspired by our careerls, which were full of surprises and that’s what I liked about Grisham’s ‘The Testament’. There was nothing gratuitous about the book, yet I was pleasantly surprised by the ending.
The Testament is one of my very favorite books. I love the main characters, the location of much of the story and the struggles of the main characters. I have read it twice……I do not often read books twice.
One of my favorites of Grisham!!!!
I like John Grisham what can I say?
John Grisham is my ALL time favorite author. He cannot write fast enough for me to read!!! As soon as a new one comes out….I’m on it!
Grisham never disappoints. Every time I think I have things figured out, he manages to show another twist, another complexity that I had not imagined. This book is no exception. The heirs show the typical greed, distrust, manipulative behavior that is the worst that can be imagined when someone dies. This book is an exceptional read.
