CamillaI longed to believe my bond with Ellis was impenetrable, but in reality, I held secrets that could blow open the tightly woven seam of our newfound relationship. Would he understand how we were both victims in his brother’s betrayal, or would he take his anger out on the one person still alive–me? Could the words my sister spoke about Liam’s father be true? If so, how would Ellis and I … Ellis and I recover from what was lost?
Christopher’s jealousy was intensifying as a future with me became even less attainable. No, I belonged to one man only, and I was going to prove to Ellis that we could overcome the past and share an amazing future. I had two important roles in life: being a mother and a submissive, and I would fight to keep them both.
Sasha
Once I left rehab, the thought of living alone during my recovery scared me, but being told I had to move in with Ellis’s attractive cousin instead of going back to my apartment was terrifying. My sister, Camilla, ran a tight ship, but she wasn’t nearly as intimidating as Greyson and the terms he laid out for me.
The reality that I was borrowing space amongst his superior existence didn’t need to be spoken. For that reason, I was blindsided when his gaze began to undress me and his touch became more than a brush of the shoulder. Greyson Burke saw something in me I was struggling to see in myself, and that meant he held the power … it also meant I had to run.

Emotional and heartwarming.
This series just got better and the love affair of Camilla and Ellis just intenfies. This was the second and final book in this duet. The story line gets more involved as the romance starts developing between Sasha and Greyson. Lots of suspense and drama as the FBI comes into the picture, the whereabouts of Sasha and Camilla’s parents is finalized and the paternity sets are released. Emotional and heartwarming. A great story that I hope will be expanded on in the future.
I was so glad that I had this book waiting as soon as I finished Part One. I don’t think I could’ve waited long after the cliffhanger of Part One. This book is the second in the duet, so naturally part one must be read first. Part Two has two purposes: wrap up Camilla and Ellis’ story and then begin Greyson (Ellis’ cousin) and Sasha (Camilla’s sister)’s story. So, we get the conclusion of Camilla and Ellis in this book. We read from 4 different POVs which got confusing sometimes. But, overall I loved this book just as much as Part One.
LOVED this duet! I really enjoyed the relationships between all the characters (Ellis and Liam especially made my heart melt), the secondary storyline developing with Sasha (which I hope will continue in another book), the hot, steamy romance, and the unique ideas explored in the plot. I plan to read all of Ruby Rowe’s books!
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. OMG! I absolutely loved The Terms Part Two! I loved how the story picks up from where the first book left off. This book was full of suspense and mystery as well as some really steamy and hot scenes. I really enjoyed Ellis and Camilla’s story. The other characters in the story: Greyson and Saasha were just as interesting. And how could you not fall for Liam. What an adorable and smart little boy. This book had me guessing to the end about how Christopher fit in all of it and what really happened to Tony. The love story of Camilla and Ellis was brilliantly written. I loved how once Ellis realized that he had met Camilla before he understands that she is as much a victim as he was. I also liked that Camilla was not going to let anyone get her and the man she loved. I highly recommend this wonderful read!
Absolutely fabulous Ruby Rowe!! Loved every minute of this story and l was entertain the whole way through!! So this is part two of The Terms where we get to find out the secrets and truths and we also had some drama in this story!! We get to find out what happens to Ellis and Camilla!! This ending was awesome!! Love Sasha and Greyson in this story!! Sure hope we get to hear more about their story and more about Camilla, Ellis and Liam!!!
Wow, this book is jam-packed with thrills, murder, mystery, secrets, lies, deceit, intrigue, suspense, and passion that will continue to have you on the edge of your seat in this fascinating romantic suspense! From the very first page, I was spellbound by these fantastically described characters that you will find yourself falling in love with. This suspenseful story was well done; it pulled me in and held my attention from the beginning and did not let go—kudos to you Ruby Rowe! When reading the story, it may make you feel sad, confused, appalled, and even euphoric. I was enthralled with the characters of Camilla Rose, Ellis Burke, Sasha Rose and Greyson Burke. I was not expecting the turn this story just took—it has a few unexpected surprises and a spectacular conclusion with some happy announcements—adding a touch of flair and depth. In the end, can love conquer all or will secrets, lies and deceit get in the way? There are several twists and turns within the storyline with murder, mystery, suspense, sex, sex—did I say SEX that is off-the-chart hot, and intrigue that makes it very interesting. So, if you like your romance with a dose of sweetness, a dab of the erotic and a pinch of fun, you will love THE TERMS. The scenes are well written, fast-paced and flow smoothly from one scene to the next. This book will pique your interest and draw you in from the beginning to the very end. So do yourself a favor and buy this series, you will not be disappointed.
This was an okay story. The first book must be read before starting this one. Christopher has ulterior motives and secrets that will eventually be revealed. I couldn’t believe he took it that far with Liam. I finally found out what caused Camilla and Sasha to run away from home and I hated what Sasha went through at the hands of her parents. Greyson is dealing with his own situation with Whitney and it amazed me how everyone knew the “secret” but him. I’m glad he went after what made him happy because both he and Sasha deserved it. The ending was okay but I expected a little more. The thing with this duet is that the flow of both books was so slow and it made the story drag. It wasn’t a terrible read but it also wasn’t a favorite. This duet was definitely a one time read for me.
I am always very excited to find a new author that becomes a must-read for me. Ruby Rowe & Scarlet Wolfe have been added to that list. After the ending we got in The Terms: Part One, I just had to have more of this duet; NOW! I have become a Ruby Rowe follower for life, as well as a Scarlet Wolfe one-clicker! Her writing as either pen name has been so phenomenal, its pulled me into everything I have read. I have become emotionally connected to these characters she has developed and presented to us, in a way very few authors can accomplish.
First of all let me say, I have loved everything about this story of Camilla and Ellis. Their journey started in a very unusual and unique way, but has developed into such an amazing relationship with the two having such a strong connection! In The Terms: Part Two, we pick up right where we left off. Many things are panning out for Camilla and Ellis as we get into book two, and we get many things resolved right away in this book. There are many things I just can’t even put into words without giving too much of the plot away. But let me tell you, this book is packed with just as much passion and suspense as the first book. We get answers about Tony, Liam’s father, and what the future will hold for Camilla and Ellis as they navigate their way into a family neither of them could have ever dreamed would piece together. Their chemistry in this book is just as hot as it was in the first one, and throughout the book they become even closer as things align with their past setting them up for their futures.
We get to see a relationship between Ellis and Liam develops into one that is just an emotional pull at your heart. I also fell in love with the supporting characters, Sasha and Greyson and am crossing my fingers for a spin-off someday. We see Sasha and Greyson work to overcome their addictions while trying not to become addicted to one another. Questions that went unanswered from the first book are finally answered in this conclusion. I only wish there was more. Ruby ended the book in a perfect way, but whenever I am attached and connected to characters I can never get enough of them. I was overall very pleased with everything that occurs between all our favorite characters and was so impressed with how Ruby took this story and made it so unique. We don’t typically get original stories now days with as many romance authors that are out there, but Ruby stands out yet again and shines with the conclusion of The Terms duet. Bravo!
OMG, what a way to bring this Story full Circle. The story picks up where Book 1 ended. Ellis have trust issues and when he finds out the truth of the pass connection with the Love of his life Camilla, to him the trust is broken. can their love be strong enough to bring then back together.Their problems are only more complicated if you add in Christopher is up to no good.
Sasha is trying to take it one day at a time to stay sober but with the kindness of Greyson , she isn’t use to men being.nice to her without a motive. Greyson is running from his own demons but when he first held Sasha in his arms he felt something for a stranger like no other. With a reckless move of offering he a place to stay after rehab that something becomes more.but his time is running out where he has to fulfill a promise he dreads to keep. With the help from his cousin Ellis it opens his eyes to what he truly wants and needs. I have to say that little Liam stole my heart he is the perfect added character to this story.
Camilla decides that it’s time to let Grayson know that she remembered him from before, she doesn’t expect him to turn away from her and send her to a hotel. Although Grayson turns up later and knows he can’t live without Camilla and Liam.
With Camilla’s sister Sasha living with Grayson, she decides to move out when she finds out about his engagement to Whitney, she can’t be there and fall in love with someone who is marrying someone else. Everything seems to be going well, for them, until disaster hits that they don’t see coming, and Grayson learns why his father wants him to marry Whitney.
Camilla and Ellis have to work through a lot of issues, and learn to trust each other again, and let go of the secrets they hold to get to their happily ever after.
Can’t wait to see what happens next with Grayson and Sasha in their story.
A beautiful ending to this story!
First of all, this is a continuation of The Terms: Part One. I don’t think you will enjo this book unless you read the other one first!
I LOVE so many things about this book. It was like a two-for-one bonus! I got to read not only Camilla and Ellis’ story, but I learned the outcome of Sasha and Greyson too. While I would have eagerly read their story in its own book, including Sasha and Greyson gave this book like a “soap opera” feel; I was INTO what was going on with Camilla and Ellis, then boom! The story switches to the other couple. The anticipation I felt was awesome, and this aspect was very well-orchestrated 🙂
Ruby writes the best characters. They are all smart and realistic, even little Liam. Her writing is so thorough, too. She doesn’t just gloss over scenes, nope! She writes just the right amount of actions and details, emotions and dialogue that actually puts you IN the story.
And, true to form, SMOKING HOTNESS is sprinkled throughout. Yes, Camilla and Ellis enjoy very non-vanilla recreational activities, but even during these scenes, the love between them is front-and-center.
I can’t wait for more books from Ruby!!!!!
(I received a copy of this book in consideration of an honest review)
Book two is when all hell breaks loose.
Secrets are unleashed, truths no one expected come to light.
While Sasha and Greyson’s story is interwoven and keeps this from being entirely focused on Ellis and Camilla, it only adds to the story.
I got the ending I knew was coming, well I hoped. I had issues with Christopher almost from day one so his eventual behavior wasn’t a shock in the least, his secrets were though.
This one moved much faster for me than book one, there was so much more packed into this volume it kept me reading straight through in one day.
I look forward to more from this author, this duet has introduced me to an author I think I could love.
4 stars.

HOLY COW! Another absolutely amazing story by Ms. Rowe!
I received this ARC from the author for a completely honest review, and that is exactly what I am going to give you.
First of all, I have been anxiously awaiting this book after the first one ended in such a cliffhanger. I haven’t been able to think of much else! I received it yesterday and it was EXACTLY what I had been waiting for. I ended up finishing it in just a few hours.
I LOVE that it picked up exactly where we left off from the first book. That way there was no confusion or chance of getting lost. Especially considering that the story is very fast from the very first page. I would also like to say that at least one of my assumptions had been right and it was the one I was hoping for all along.
You really can’t help but fall in love with these characters and the story. They are so complex and so well written, it’s hard not to relate to them in some way or another. Ms. Rowe is an absolutely incredible author and I am so happy I was introduced to her.
I also really love that the book isn’t all about it the sex. Yes, there are definitely some massively hot and steamy sex scenes in this book, but the story line is also incredible and even has some action! I really wish I could give this book more than 5 stars. However, 5 is my limit. Definitely a must read!!
