Three former top ten books, expanded and together in one sizzling special edition!I’m just a piece of candy to the women I entertain and I love it. That’s until she walks into the club. Suddenly, I want more.I want her.Nobody knows my real name. On stage, I go by Candy. And when I dance, I go all the way. Women scream my name and throw money at me. I take home any woman I want. Sometimes, I take … way. Women scream my name and throw money at me. I take home any woman I want. Sometimes, I take two.
Carolina is the stuck up neighbor who drove me nuts with her prissy ways and big blue eyes. Sure, it was high school the last time I saw her. But our families have been going to the same church for generations.
I always had my eye on her.
She was the most beautiful girl in town but it was more than that. She was also the smartest. She knew it too.
We had one night. One kiss. I fell hard, and she moved away. Even back then, she knew I wasn’t good enough for her. Now she’s here, in my club for her bachelorette party. Her friends push her up on stage. And I decide the bride-to-be deserves a very, very private dance.
I’m not letting her get away twice. Especially when I find out the man she’s planning to marry. Little Miss Perfect has no idea what’s about to hit her. Or how far I will go to get what’s mine…. Her.
The Tequila Trilogy tells the story of three best friends, all bad boy Marines who are dragged kicking and screaming into love. These three scorching romances (formerly the Man Candy Trilogy) have been unpublished since 2017 and extensively rewritten and expanded with even more heat and tug-at-your-heartstrings angst. These stories are not available anywhere else!
My books all contain a guaranteed happy ever after! There is no cheating, although Chandler does steal his lady away from her dishonest (and downright scary) fiancé! Enjoy!

This book has everything you want and more. Right from the beginning Chan and Coro take you on an emotional beautiful, intense with a hint of danger and romance. Trent and Lexi will also take on a sweet and emotional, interesting read full of everything. Joss and Trista will pull you heart all over the place and with all the twist and turns make you want more and more.
Each of these stories are beautiful and unique will have you close to tears and keeps you wanting more of it all. Can’t wait to read what she has next
This trilogy had it all I love Joanna books and this one didn’t disappoint me it was a page Turner for me very well written I devoured it a must read ladies xx
These stories were quite a disappointment to me. I haven’t read the Man Candy series so my opinion is based solely on this rewritten version. Unfortunately there were too many errors left behind that were distracting enough to somewhat ruin my reading experience.
All three stories were light on details and backgrounds and somewhat simple in terms of complications. The couples did have chemistry which was good.
I liked Trent and Lexi’s story the most. Lexi was the strongest of the three heroines. That rounded up my review to 3 stars.
The Tequila Trilogy, by Joanna Blake, is a compilation of three previously published books; now with additional and expanded content. I received an ARC of the book so I won’t include spelling/grammar/continuity errors in my review as I expect them to be fixed prior to publication. I had purchased all three books when they originally came out and, while there are new scenes, each book in this trilogy has the same overall plot as the originals.
The books revolve around 3 ex-military friends who are back in the US. Chandler is the manwh*** one, Joss is the strong, silent, practically-lives-like-a-monk one and Trent… well Trent is a porn star. Yup, Joanna Blake wrote a hero who is a porn star and she wrote it well.
The heroines, Caroline, Lexi and Trista are very different from each other, but are all strong, kind, intelligent and very likable characters. Even though I read these books when they first came out and remembered them pretty well, I still found myself rooting for these ladies.
My favorite hero was Joss, but I did like them all. The loss of 1 star comes from the plane scene between Trent and Lexi. No spoilers, but I just found it hard to take that Trent would behave like that towards Lexi and it was the only thing that didn’t completely ring true for his character. I thought all of the ladies were great.
These are all safe reads with no OW/OM drama and no cheating; although Caroline does have an evil fiance at first, but I didn’t have a problem with that and I really hate cheating. There is explicit language and sex in the book, so please be warned if you’re offended by either one. There is also some drinking and drug use, before the love of a good woman stops that nonsense. There is also some talk about God and faith as Caroline is religious, but I didn’t have a problem with that either and I usually dislike religious references in reading matter. I really liked these books when they were originally published and I like them even more with the additional scenes. I definitely recommend this trilogy.
I received an ARC from Booksprout in exchange for my unbiased and honest review.
What a wide range of characters there are throughout this book. You hands a male dancer, a porn star and a security expert so you can’t very more different then that. Also doesn’t hurt that they are ex-military men. You won’t be disappointed with this book in the least.
This is a well written group of very different but connected stories.
The trilogy was a super fun read about three ex-marines and how they find love at the most unexpected times.
The storylines feel real, are action packed, fast paced, page turners filled with wonderful characters.
The epilogues at the end were the perfect way to wrap up the stories
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Three wonderful books in one! Each and every book in this fantastic collection had great character and storyline development that kept me totally engaged throughout each book in this must have trilogy!
This was a really nice box set. I loved all the stories. I loved that Chandler’s nickname was Candy. I also loved the variations of nicknames Joss hand for Chandler. It made me snicker every time.
I really liked this book. Each story pulled me in for different reasons. The characters were amazing with their chemistry and the story surrounding them.
I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book.
The Tequila Trilogy follows a set of three ex-military men after their service and their lives and relationships. Wonderfully entertaining stories. Well-written storylines, wonderful characters.
Three amazing stories rolled in to one, There’s is plenty of sizzling chemistry between Chandler and Carolina, Trent and Lexi, Joss and Trinity. Theres some twists along the way for all of them, Want to no more well you have to ONE-CLICK NOW. I’d highly recommend this trilogy, Loved it Joanna.
These stories were entertaining but not earth shattering. The story that I liked the most was Trent’s and Lexi’s because it was different. Most male leads have what most would call “normal” jobs so being a porn star was different. I liked that Lexi wasn’t as young as most of her female leads even though she was still pretty innocent. I do feel that the lack of condoms being used was lacking especially in the porn industry. The other two stories were entertaining but the female leads were innocent and young, (which for me is a turn-off). Others might like that. I do like Ms Blake’s writing style which makes them easy to read.
Sheer fun: that is the Tequila Trilogy in a nutshell. I adore Joanna Blake, she always delivers. I discovered her through her MC books but a few of her earlier stories have made it onto my e-reader and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The Tequila Trilogy is among those. Ms Blake has basically done a director’s cut and added to them, combining them into one volume, score! These boys are a little different from her bikers, former Marines who finally find their happy ever afters. Entertaining with all the sexiness you expect from Joanna Blake, what more could you want?
Another hit for Joanna Blake.
She has taken Grind, Deep and Heat re-wrote and added some extra enjoyment.
This author has never disappointed me and I am positive you will enjoy this book as much as I have.
Joanna Blake is one of the first authors I got obsessed with. I would read everything from her, and I loved everything. I love how her writing has changed for the better with time, and this book proved just that. This trilogy is amazing. Three men who find the perfect woman for them. Men who went on different paths after their time together in the service but who remain really close friends. When it comes to Joanna Blake, you can expect a HEA with a few twists along the way that only make her books even better. I really enjoyed reading these fantastic books, and as usual, I am beyond excited for what will come next.
I absolutely loved this trilogy by Joanna Blake! I loved the original three stories so when I realized this was characters I have fell in love with before but expanded, I jumped on reading as soon as I realized it was on my kindle. Joanna Blake didn’t disappoint! Can’t wait to see what she gives us next!!
If you love steam in your romance then this is a must read book. Alpha guys who will do anything for their women and sassy women who make the guys work for it. Amazing read, each couple is so easy to love.
A stripper, a porn star and a Marine walk into a bar…
A great trilogy following 3 best friends as they find the loves of their lives. Trent, Joss and Chandler have been friends since their time in the Marines… after their time was up in the service Chandler went back to being a male stripper, Trent went the porn star route and Joss started up a private security company.
– Chandler have been in love with the girl next door from his childhood but as adults won’t give him the time of day. They run into each other again and reconnect at Caro’s bachelorette party… when Chan decides he’s going to keep her.
– Trent is a strung out pork star who is existing rather than living his life when he wrecks his motorcycle after a bender. Lexi is his nurse in the hospital who does not know he’s a porn star… he just has to make her love him before she finds out.
– Joss is the hardass, super alpha head of his own private security firm. The same form that is hired to protect the worlds biggest pop start from a dangerous stalker… Joss just never expected to fall in love with her alone the way.
As always, I’m a huge fan of Joanna so these were a great read for me… humor, suspense, romance… you can’t go wrong with this complete trilogy.
This was a very well written book. It’s based on 3 men who were friends from the military. Each book is about each one of the men finding love that they wasn’t necessarily looking for. Very interesting book with great characters. Each book end in happily ever after. Great book written by a great writer.
I had already read Heat and Grind and adore Chandler and Trent. Joss and Trinity’s story is great. I absolutely adore Joss now too! He’s the serious, quiet, mysterious kind guy that just melts your panties. Trinity seems a bit of a pushover for her age and profession. But she also seems like a sheltered, misunderstood woman. This was a great Trilogy. Hope you enjoy!
