Another woman that made a ridiculous choice of a mate. Her husband wasn’t interested in her from the moment she arrived at his plantation and she just could not see it. I really thought she was a dimwit and he was just strange. Did not finish because I did not care.
A total rip-off of another story set in the American south during the 1800s. Zero originality here. There oughta be a law!
