The epic and monumental love story Paullina Simons began with her adored international bestseller The Bronze Horseman comes to a breathtaking conclusion. The Summer Garden is the third volume in Simons’s magnificent trilogy—a Russian Thorn Birds—which follows a love that survived the terrible siege of Leningrad during World War Two, a heartbreaking separation and a glorious reunion in America, … glorious reunion in America, only to be supremely tested by the hatred, fear, and uncertainty of the Cold War. You will never forget the lovers Tatiana and Alexander and their story of enduring love and commitment, and you will cherish every moment spent in The Summer Garden.

Another highly emotional pitched, romantic story from the Russian-american author Paullina Simmons. This is the last of her trilogy. I found the writting and the plot situations a bit over the top in this novel. For this reason, I liked this book the least of her other ones in the series. However, that will not stop me from recommending a reader …
After numerous re-reads of the first two books and seven years later, I’ve FINALLY read TSG!! I am speechless. There were parts where I actually fell to the ground in grief. I don’t think I’ll ever forget where I was when I read certain parts. My heart was brutalized for lack of a better word. TSG went places I assumed it would and others I …
I have dark circles under my eyes and the world is shaking. Because I don’t even remember which sleepless night it’s already….
I finished this three-volume saga, but my “agony” has no end. I read again. And again. Everything from the very beginning.
I’ve never felt this way before, seriously, not a single time, it’s so ingrained into my every …
Es el cierre de la trilogía. Entretenido.
This one of my favorite authors.
While this was the most difficult book in the trilogy to read, it was also my favorite.
After two books that had so many of Tatiana and Alexander’s problems stemming from war, it was exciting to see how well they would (or wouldn’t) cope when their problems became much more simplified. Simons wrote a couple that met on the day war was declared, …
I wrote a review on the first book that should’ve included all three books. The bronze horseman trilogy was by far, the best books I have ever read in my life. I absolutely loved them. There was so much heartache and love in these books. I was pulled in and couldn’t get enough of their lives. The author is so good that it’s like you are right …
Alexander went very dark in what we would now call PTSD after everything he lived through. I’d hoped over the years with Titania he would communicate better with her. Sometimes he was too harsh. But the ending was wonderful and made the entire journey worth it all.
I just finished reading this book ten minutes ago and I’m very close to tears. This was the the most romantic, amazing, memorizing book I have ever read! Paullina Simons, you are amazing!! Thank you so much for writing such a fantastic series. The Summer Garden is a fantastic ending to a fantastic series. Thanks to Paullina Simons, I will always …
