Good book
Don’t know how a guy can be so stubbornly messed up for so long, but it was a good read.
The story line had a twist that was different from the other cowboy books I have been reading. I thought this was just another simple romance but I was wrong. The moral was a hard lesson learned and one that relates to a lot of us. You never know how deeply your past can effect the present and future until you really apply your feelings and the effect you have on others.
This is a very sweet romance. While this couple have known each other all of their lives, they don’t seem to have matured or really known themselves or each other at all. Not sure why she was so self-absorbed, or her sisters had prior problems, cause her parents seemed like good people. But, both of them had a lot of growing up to do … and this is the year and story of how they both got past being brats to having a loving relationship.
For those who hate descriptions of sex in romance, there is none of that in this story.
A real story line with a happy ending. New meaning to compromise with young love maturing
Second or third chance romance
Oh to meet a cowboy!
Good quick beach read
“The Southern Bride” (nook) is a quick lighthearted read with a happily-ever-after.
Very good read. The author did a excellent job bringing the storyline together.
Great 3rd Book
I love how each book carried over the chat and brought each of the sisters happiness. Melissa is finally going to get her true love.
Not for me
Good easy summer read !
After about 4 chapters I gave up. the characters are unrealistic.
Liked that it was a romance without all the heavy breathing.
Loved this book. Very easy read and easy to follow, and of course, a happy ending.
A story about on again, off again romance over the years. Melissa and Judson have finally matured and learned to talk and listen to each other. As he recovers from a bad leg fracture he demonstrates his love for her. She learns to be her own person and to look at their relationship in a new way.
This book is an excellent portrayal of building and/or rebuilding healthy relationships and the importance of open, truthful communication.
Meh.
I would not recommend this book. If a book is good I can read it in a day. This book took me 2 weeks.
