Staff Sergeant Austin Hall has a brilliant record in the Special Forces—except for one disastrous decision that cost his best friend’s life. Now he’s heading home to Chance Creek, Montana, where he’d like to spend the rest of his days in the obscurity of his family’s ranch. Too bad Great Aunt Heloise won’t hand the ranch over unless all four of the Hall brothers marry and one of them produces an … an heir within the year. To the rest of the residents of Chance Creek, they’ll be a happily married couple. In private, they’ll just be roommates. In a year when she’d old news and the Hall brothers secure the ranch, she and Austin will quietly divorce and she’ll go on her way.
Or will she?

Fun story….enjoyed it!
The tension in this story was so much fun to read. I’m really enjoying the Heroes of Chance Creek series, about the four brothers, Mason, Austin, Zane and Colt. Austin and Ella have so much and so little in common, but they sure make for interesting story!
I knew I liked Cora Seton’s writing. I thoroughly enjoyed this story … I did get to a point of just skimming the repeat sex scenes. I really feel like I have read the story before, but with some differences. Maybe an earlier version. Not sure. But, in any event I enjoyed reading it.
I am addicted to Cora Seton books! The characters draw me in and I can’t stop reading. Best diet plan ever, read so much that you forget about food! Keep ‘em coming!
Great read
Great read. Never disappointed with one of Cora’s books. All the guys are good guys who need to find the right woman to love and all the women are independent who need to meet the right man who will let them be themselves and bring out their best qualities. Best of both worlds. Love our military men,
09/30/2020 “The Soldier’s E-Mail Order Bride” (nook) is another good read by Cora Seton. The main characters, Austin and Ella, come from different circumstances yet both have emotional issues from their careers. After ups, downs and, doubts they realize that they love each other. And, then comes a surprise. Yet the story has a HEA.
Love this story. Great series!
I loved this story.
It’s such an awesome small town romance book with steamy scenes and adventure.
It’s got sadness and hope all rolled into one book.
I look forward to reading the rest of the series.
This is the second book in the Heroes of Chance Creek series and it is just as good as the first. Sometimes fate plays a hand in when you meet “The One” and this is the case with Austin and Ella. This book is full of great characters, it is funny and steamy, and I can’t wait to see how the other brothers get on in their quest for a bride. I am sure we will see more of Heather and Richard.
Love it
I loved this hero series. Fun, sexy hardworking families.
Loved this book. Couldn’t wait to see how it ends. I found her other books and really enjoyed them. I hope that she will continue to write more in the same series.
Love it so much bought the whole Series
Does an email bride insure succes in order to keep the ranch? What happens when the sparks fly when this pair gets together? Steamy read with an amusing premise.
This second story about the Hall brothers is far more complex than Mason & Regan’s story. The characters are relatable as well as likeable. I particularly like how Ms. Seton dealt with survivers guilt and that whole aspect.
Ella and Austin
This is a well written book helping folks to understand the long term effects of serving in the military. The price of tragedy and survivors’ guilt.
While the characters are engaging and the premise fun, I had difficulty with these two people jumping into the sack first thing, then “never again” then again. I think the author missed the opportunity for the characters to develop a relationship first, which is a shame, because otherwise, I enjoyed the book.
Sex too graphic for my taste. And I would say unrealistic.
i love all cora setons books .her stories are entertaining and great reads
