Loved it Hard to put down
Would make great book club read
This is an engaging story of six women and a little girl who find friendship and faith living in a boarding house. These ladies are of varied ages, backgrounds, and opinions, but bond quickly and deeply, as females often do. It is an uplifting tale about how faith is found uniquely by individuals who are very different, all looking to belong to …
The authors caught the essence of female bonding, wrapping it carefully in faith, love, and understanding. Great characters, well developed and relatable. A good clean story that will have you fall in love with each character.
I am still reading this but love flamboyant Mae. I hope the author is going to show how Evelyn develops into her own as the story unfolds. Have already had several audible chuckles at some of the conversations thus far.
I was looking for a funny easy reading book. This book is great for an easy read. All the characters are realistic. Love the book and I’m planning on getting more of this writer’s.
A little slow to start but good story line. Dissatisfied that I was left hanging unless I bought book II but I guess that is why it is in a series.
A funny fun read
Delightful read. Characters were so endearing and the premise of a circle of sisters in Christ was heart-warming.
Enjoyed every page.
This book has turned out to be a surprise read. I love it and can’t put it down. The characters are believable and I can identify with some trait in each of them. There is a subtle work of God in each of them as they are all at different places in life; it is as the Bible say, “Iron sharpening iron.” I highly recommend this book and can’t …
Very religious but I enjoyed the characters. I enjoy Bible quotes.
Good mix of characters in a meaningful Christian theme.
Great story
I loved this series. Real life characters who dealt with life’s challenges. The idea of dealing with problems with the help of friends reminds one of how communities in the past were able to overcome.
Reading this first book of the Sister Circle series, and loving it, prompted me to read books 2, 3 and 4! Though not a widow there are many life experiences in these books I can relate to, and learn from! Weaving the lives of women both older and younger together in ways only us gals understand (well, maybe guys might, too), Nancy Moser and …
We can all learn new things.
Great book. Enjoyed the characters. Clean fiction
Light and a pretty good read. I like a bit deeper story, but the messages in this book are wonderful, and right-on! The explanations, as I believe, of the Truth, are excellent.
Stayed up half the night finishing it. The characters became very real to me
