Truthfully I can’t believe I finished it. I only hung on because I thought Evelyn and Piper/ pippa ?! We’re going to find out they were mother and daughter. Too much for me – much too heavy on the God etc.
I loved The Sister Circle from beginning to end. There were so many important life lessons to encourage others & build a better life. Life IS better with Christ in our lives!
Great book about the friendship bonds of women.
Loved it
This is a book I’ve enjoyed enough to re-read
Characters were well developed.
I enjoyed this book immensely! I loved the characters and how the author wove them into the storyline but also kept their own unique stories, as well. I couldn’t put it down & read it in two sittings! Can’t wait to start the 2nd book in this series (& I probably will re-read this one again). 😉
I loved this book and characters.
It was refreshing, had a variety of characters, each with unique lives,. the story had a different sequencing than average novels, therefore less predictable.
It was great and I learned a few things from it too. It was neat how the 7 people got along and helped each other with their problems.
This is a great book. It would be a wonderful read for a book club group. The characters are wonderful and believable.
This book has it all. The author has a brilliant way of drawing you into each if the individual stories, and cause you to take a moment to focus on just how important your relationship with Jesus is especially to those around you.
I loved this book. The characters are real life and I know people who have been through similar situations.
This was a pleasant, clean read. I had read a later book in the series, so it was nice to read the first book to see how it all started.
I liked it enough to buy the rest of them. Good clean books with a Christian theme.
Very well written. It is easy to get involved with the characters.
Delightful read!
Great character development. Short of five stars because I couldn’t really believe the five year old’s over the top responsibilities. However, she was redeemed by her sweetness and did play a part in holding these boarding house ladies together. This is a good, clean read – not always easy to find these days. It’s encouraging to read about women …
Top notch.
This series was fantastic – so original and realistic at the same time. The characters came to life from the first page and their dreams and dramas were captivating as God wove their designs into beautiful tapestries. I was so sad to leave them all when the series ended – it felt like they had become good friends.
