This ebook edition contains a special preview of Tess Gerritsen’s I Know a Secret. Not even the icy temperatures of a typical New England winter can match the bone-chilling scene of carnage discovered at the chapel of Our Lady of Divine Light. Within the cloistered convent lie two nuns–one dead, one critically injured–victims of an unspeakably savage attacker. The brutal crime appears to be … crime appears to be without motive, but medical examiner Maura Isles’s autopsy of the dead woman yields a shocking surprise: Twenty-year-old Sister Camille gave birth before she was murdered. Then another body is found, mutilated beyond recognition. Together, Isles and homicide detective Jane Rizzoli uncover an ancient horror that connects these terrible slaughters. As long-buried secrets come to light, Maura Isles finds herself drawn inexorably toward the heart of an investigation that strikes close to home–and toward a dawning revelation about the killer’s identity too shattering to consider.

This book kept me on the edge of my seat. I was able to figure out some of the puzzle, but most of it eluded me until the end. As usual, Gerritsen ended the book with a MAJOR hook for the next in the series…clever author that she it!
The Sinner is the third book in Tess Gerritsen’s Rizzoli and Isles series. The books can be read in any order, I’m reading them in order. Rizzoli and Isles investigate the violent murders of two nuns in a cloistered convent on Boston. As the investigation proceeds, a link develops with the missionary work the nuns are involved in outside the US. …
Every single one of the books in this crime fiction series has been phenomenal, and doesn’t necessarily need to be read in order.
Another awesome book written by Tess Gerritson!
This is just my 2nd Tess Gerritson book. I plan to read them all.
Tessa Gerritson is great!
Engrossing, Gerritson weaves a suspenseful story that I found hard to put down.
Third book in the series but I ended up reading it first. Just happened upon the book in a store. Got sucked in and never looked back. Love this book!!!
All of the Tess Gerritsen books that I have read have been most enjoyable!!
It’s a great book
i enjoyed this book, one of the early ones where Rizzolli & Isles are just getting to know each other. watching the series on tv where they’ve changed a few things for the screen play. Still enjoy reading the books. This was a tragic story in more that one way, the murder mystery & the personal lives entwined.
Tough story line but hard to put down.
Frightening
I always enjoy Rizzoli and Isles. This one is just as good as the others.
If you like Rizzoli & Isles you will love this book.
A little dark but entertaining.
Could hardly put it down. Kept my interest.
Another fine Rizzoli and Isles tale from Tess Gerritsen. The part I found most interesting was the subplot that dealt with Isles ex-husband.
Good story
I have read every book Tess Gerritsen has written and loved them all!
