Ancient law dictates that Sheikh Fatim Safar has to marry or be disinherited by his 30th birthday. Fatim isn’t worried—he married years earlier and had two children with his wife before she died. But there’s a catch: the law states he must be married at age 30. Two weeks from his 30th birthday, there’s no time to change it or fight it…it’s more expedient to marry.Calla Clark is out to prove her … is out to prove her parents wrong. Instead of marrying well like her mother wanted, Calla’s in the Middle East to prove her design prowess. And what better way to do that then becoming seamstress for the royal family and getting to drape fabric over the sexy Sheikh’s rock-hard body. She can’t act on her temptations, of course. She’s got goals to crush. Still, when she watches the way the Sheikh commands his tribe, and cares for his kids, she can’t help but feel an undeniable attraction.
Fatim has taken a liking to Calla, too. She’s smart, thoughtful, and good with his children. With his birthday right around the corner, Fatim offers her the position as his wife. It’s only temporary, and in return for marrying him and helping with his children, he’ll give her everything she needs for the upcoming Fashion Week. Calla agrees…so long as he helps keep her dream alive.
With so many differences between them, Fatim and Calla’s powerful pairing could raise the tribe up to modern heights, or send it to the bin like last season’s cast-offs.

The Sheikh’s Wife Arrangement by Leslie North. Fatima and Calle story. I really enjoyed this story. Fatima need a wife and Calle was his seamtress/ nanny. He made arrangements with her to be his wife but the more he is with her the more he knows that he has feels that he was not willing to accept. I love how Calle finally had to stand up for herself and that she was able to follow her dreams. To watch Fatima fall in love with Calle and he made her his forever Queen. Fun read with good characters.

Leslie does it again. This is about Sheikh Fatim and Calla. The beginning of the story is hilarious, Calla is the royal seamstress and she is fitting Sheikh Fatim his pant and is on her knees in front of him, having wild thoughts that she should be doing. Of course, nothing happens, but she is then interrupted by the nanny manhandling his kids and his attorney needing to talk to him.
Sheikh Fatim is a widow how is about to turn 30 in a few weeks and has two children whom he loves dearly. He doesn’t tolerate anyone disrespecting his loved ones especially his children. He fires his nanny and Calla offers to care for the children while he tends to his lawyer. After his lawyer informs him that there is a clause that states that if he is not married by the age of 30, he will no longer have the throne.
Calla is a western civilian and is there to prove a point to her mother that she will not marry anyone to live well, she goes there to find herself and as her love is fashion, they are going to have a fashion week which she wants to enter in order to make a name for herself. She obtains the job as the Royal seamstress and is then promoted to Nanny as well. She needs the money that the King offers, so she takes it, well the King now needs a bride for a year, so he makes her deal she cannot refuse.
The story takes off from there as now she is the beloved Queen and becomes an instant mother, but the problem they have is that even though their chemistry is there, the King doesn’t allow himself to love anyone that is not his family (children or siblings). Can Calla accept that for a year and move on afterwards? This is really a sweet story, some steamy scenes but well worth the read!

What a wonderful novel to read. From the beginning, you are drawn into the story and you feel the love between the two blossoming. Even though Fatim tries to deny it, when Calla withdraws he only knows what he is missing. And what a great way to say that getting married, even in a royal wedding, does not have to stand in the way of your own career.

The storyline was well written, the plot flowed effortlessly throughout the entire book and the characters were written with such great detail that I was totally enthralled as I turned each and every page until the very end. This book is just another thousand reasons why I will never miss a Leslie North romance book.
I have fallen in love with this series. Leslie does a fantastic job with her writing that you don’t want to put the book down until you finish. Strong and well developed characters that are engaging and a great story line that’s entertaining and fun to read. Small decisions can have a big impact on the characters futures, admitting to the love they fell can bring them an unexpected joy they didn’t see coming. You won’t want to miss the chance to read this book.

This is a really good sheikh story with good twists and turns. This is the first one in a trilogy of the three Safar sheikhs. What could describe it would be the one true sheikh romance… The storyline is there, the characters are well written and overall the story is simply good. So for this one I am giving it the beautiful four stars.

Accepting her love!
by sewsummore
Fatim was devoted to his people, determined to be the best Sheikh his people deserved. When faced with the choice of remarrying or abdicating, it was no choice at all. With little time to spare he proposed to Calla, a woman of his employ, promising to help make her dreams come true if she agreed. Their marriage was to be a short one but when their feelings for one and other got in the way it became so much more than an arrangement. Together they were able to make changes for his people that were long overdue and he realized that loving Calla made him a better Sheikh than the lonely man he had been before. I loved the romance of this story, accepting love and being in love is something everyone needs.

What can it hurt? Sheikh Fatim Safar needed to marry by his 30th birthday in order to inherit. He was a widower with two children and thought he was safe. Sadly, he had to be married @ 30! Calla Clark rebelling against her parents, is the seamstress for the royal family. She is crushing on him. He admires her relationship with his kids. He offers a temp marriage for a year, in return for supporting her during Fashion Week. Does Calla fall in love? Does Fatim remain as friends & no love? Does Fatim feel no love? Nice romance with a little spice thrown in. Nicely done. I received an ARC from Booksprout for a review.
He needs to be married when he turns 30.
Fatima wasn’t worried about the law that says he has to be married by thirty. He was married young and has two kids. Except, he is not married when he turns thirty.
He’s attracted to Calla, a young designer fledging her wings.
He makes a deal with her.
Temporary wife, to further her design career. Will it last?

First book in another great trilogy by the very talented Leslie North somehow she always manages to make her stories pop of the pages at you keeping you engaged until the very last page and this one is no exception

She agrees to be his wife for 12 months to solve the problem and so that he doesn’t have to abdicate but as they spend time together could it grow into so much more. You will have to read to see
Love these sheikhs who think they can fight love by making deals but end up falling the hardest. You keep writing and I will continue to read them.

Fatim is the King of Amatbah. He has hired a seamstress to help with his wardrobe and that of his household. He has two small children. Calla is the seamstress. She has come to serve as the royal seamstress but also to produce a line of clothing to enter into the Fashion Week. If she can do well, she can make a name for herself and launch her clothing line. Calla has big dreams of Fashion Week with her original designs. Until then, she’s the royal seamstress, but that job comes with it’s own type of stress – working so close to the gorgeous, well-built king is truly torture. Sheikh Fatim’s wife passed away, leaving him with two precocious children, and nanny problems. When he sees how good Calla is with them, he offers for her to be the nanny as well. She accepts, thinking that the extra money will get her closer to her goal. But then another much bigger problem arises – the Sheikh must be married when he’s 30 or abdicate. Again he turns to Calla with another business proposition. She agrees to be his wife for a year so he can fulfill his royal obligation. Just business. No hanky-panky. No falling in love. I really enjoyed this book. Calla and Fatim had an enjoyable banter between them, and his children absolutely love her. Can’t wait for the rest of this series.

Calla gets a job for the King of Amatbah as the seamstress for the Royal Family. At one point while fitting the kings trousers his nanny comes running in with the children. He sees the nanny dragging his little girl and he fired her on the spot but, it was the man behind her that got his attention. Calla told him that she would watch his children so he could do
his urgent business. His business was that he had to be married by thirty
or step down from the throne. He asks Calla if she could also be the kids nanny. Fatim asked Calla to marry him as a business proposition he could help her further her dream of showing her designs on Fashion Week. Married to Fatim and his 30th birthday on their wedding day

he would not to do anything to her unless it she told him it was okay.
Fatim really did want Calla and he was wondering if she would ever say no to him. Calla accidentally told him that she loved him which freaked him out and he stayed away from her as much as possible. A journalist comes to interview her about the Gala but the Kings daughter Nara was there. She then goes on to tell the journalist that her dad and Calla like
to dress up and kiss. The next day the Fatim sees the headlines and

business. Will Calla stay long enough to present her designs at Fashion Week? Will Calla back off from her duties getting ready to leave the palace as soon as the year is up which couldn’t come soon enough.
Will Fatim lose Calla as his Queen
Leslie is my #1 author and her sheik books are my absolute favorite! Calla is the royal seamstress for King Fatim, but that’s not to say that she doesn’t think about other things when she is hemming his slacks. Fatim has his own thoughts on the matter of Calla and how easily she falls into the role of nanny for his 2 children and then wife with his offer of help launch her fashion design career. But will Fatim push Calla to the side to be the best king to his tribe? You have to read to find out and won’t put the book down until you turn the last page.
Calla Clark is working as a seamstress for the royal family with the ultimate goal of proving her talent to her parents. She would like to enter her designs in the upcoming Fashion Week competition since the notoriety would most likely help her launch her own design business.
Sheikh Fatim Safar was a good king and thought he had things covered as far as the ancient law that he has to marry or be disinherited by his 30th birthday. Since he and his now-deceased wife had two children, he met the legal requirements. But he actually didn’t! The wording of the law was that he had to be married “at age 30”, and that would be in two more weeks! Since he was unmarried now, he would have to step down because he had no time to change the law’s wording. Or… he could arrange a marriage of convenience to satisfy the law, and dissolve it later.
Fatim asks Calla to take the job to act as his wife for a year to fulfill the legal requirements. If she is willing to marry him and care for his children, he will provide what she needs to compete in the Fashion Week event. Calla, who already had a crush on Fatim, accepts the deal. But falling in love for real was not part of it! What will they do when it’s time to dissolve the “fake” marriage?
This author writes wonderful Sheikh stories! The story line is good and fairly believable. The characters are good together and very likable. The reader can see that they would make a good family for real since the children are well cared for and loved. Will they take a chance on each other? Or will they stick to the terms of the agreement?
Nice storyline and plot. Characters are well described and they develop nicely through the story. Has some steam. It started out just an arrangement but they fell in love on the journey.
