Ancient law dictates that Sheikh Fatim Safar has to marry or be disinherited by his 30th birthday. Fatim isn’t worried—he married years earlier and had two children with his wife before she died. But there’s a catch: the law states he must be married at age 30. Two weeks from his 30th birthday, there’s no time to change it or fight it…it’s more expedient to marry.Calla Clark is out to prove her … is out to prove her parents wrong. Instead of marrying well like her mother wanted, Calla’s in the Middle East to prove her design prowess. And what better way to do that then becoming seamstress for the royal family and getting to drape fabric over the sexy Sheikh’s rock-hard body. She can’t act on her temptations, of course. She’s got goals to crush. Still, when she watches the way the Sheikh commands his tribe, and cares for his kids, she can’t help but feel an undeniable attraction.
Fatim has taken a liking to Calla, too. She’s smart, thoughtful, and good with his children. With his birthday right around the corner, Fatim offers her the position as his wife. It’s only temporary, and in return for marrying him and helping with his children, he’ll give her everything she needs for the upcoming Fashion Week. Calla agrees…so long as he helps keep her dream alive.
With so many differences between them, Fatim and Calla’s powerful pairing could raise the tribe up to modern heights, or send it to the bin like last season’s cast-offs.

She’s in over her head and it might just cost him his heart. Calla has something to prove to all the doubters that reside in her world, including herself. When that determination puts her in a foreign land working for the royal family, she gets more than she could have bargained for. Fatim could be an answer to a prayer, if her emotions don’t screw everything up. North takes on tradition with tons of steam and more than a little heart. The Sheikhs Wife Arrangement proves itself to be a mouthwatering delight.
I enjoyed this story. The characters are interesting and have great chemistry but they are night and day . I enjoyed how they came together the storyline is interesting and well developed.
Wonderfully written storyline with a plot that flowed smoothly from page to page hooked me right from the start! However, the well developed characters kept me totally captivated until the very last page!
This is the story of Calla and Fatim. He must be married at age 30 or lose everything. Calla is a seamstress for the royal family. With only two weeks before he turns 30, Fatim strikes an agreement with Calla to be his wife and mother to his two children for one year. They are attracted to each other and the more they fight against it the more in love they become. It’s a romance that has me wanting more. Great story. Can she sew her way to happiness?
The Sheikh’s Wife Arrangement is book one of The Safar Sheikhs series by Leslie North. This is the story of Sheikh Fatim Safar and Calla Clark. It seems that Fatim must be married before his 30th birthday, which is fast approaching, or he will be disinherited. Fatim thought it was all covered as he had been married and had 2 kids but unfortunately she died. But there is a slight wording in the law and he must be married “on” his 30th birthday…………oh oh!!! So what does any rich sheikh do when faced with such an issue but to look around the palace and see if there is an appropriate woman he can have a marriage arrangement with.
Calla is an American designer who is working as the family’s designer and seamstress. She had fled her family and their expectations, especially her mother’s, and come to the middle east to try and prove herself and her talent.
One marriage arrangement later and these two might have just gotten way more than either ever anticipated or were looking for.
I received a free ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
Emotionally thrilling, action packed and engaging journey filled with exciting twists and witty banter.. I really enjoyed all the interesting charters, fun situations and exciting turns this story takes you on as the journey progresses. Great reading!
These two have feelings for one another immediately, but neither share those feelings. The arrangement brings everything to light and makes for a beautiful story. I can’t wait to see what happens with the other brother.

Fatim and Calla had an interesting start. She was hired to be the royal seamstress and often finds herself on her knees fitting his pants. That opens up all kinds of possibilities but alas nothing happens.
Then Fatim fires his nanny for manhandling his daughter so Calla volunteers to take over while he finds a more suitable one.
Then Fatim discovers that not only does he have to have been married by age 30, which he has been and is a Widower with two children but he must actually be married on his 30th birthday or forfeit the throne.
So now he offers Calla a lot of money to become his bride and stay married to him for a year.
Little did either know the other one was having the same sexy thoughts as them but they discovered it on their wedding day.
But alas Fatim did not have time for love but could he live without Calla in his life?
Sheikh Fatim Safar is a widower with two young children who has ruled his tribal nation since his father died. An ancient law dictates that Fatim be married has to marry by his 30th birthday or be disinherited. Fatim believes he has already fulfilled the requirement since he has been married and has two children, but the law states Fatim must be married at age 30. With two weeks until his birthday, it is too late to change or fight the law. Fatim has two options: step down as ruler or arrange a marriage of convenience that can be dissolved at a later time. Calla Clark is the seamstress for the royal family. Calla is chasing her dreams of becoming a world famous designer by mixing modern sensibility with traditional designs. Calla wants to enter her designs in Fashion Week in hopes of launching her own design business. Fatim asks Calla to pose as his wife and take care of his children until the legal requirements of the law are met. In exchange, Fatim will provide all that Calla needs to compete in Fashion Week. Will Calla accept Fatim’s offer? What happens when feelings of love come into play? Will Fatim’s unwillingness to open his heart drive Calla away? How will Fatim react when Calla tells him how she feels? Will Fatim realize he is a better ruler, man, and father with Calla by his side, or will Fatim let Calla walk away? I really enjoyed The Sheikh’s Wife Arrangement by Leslie North. The chemistry sparks between Calla and Fatim. I would recommend getting The Sheikh’s Wife Arrangement by Leslie North.

Sheikh Fatim believes to be a good leader he can’t fall in love. There wasn’t love in his first marriage and he never planned on a second marriage. He finds out because of an ancient law he must be married on his thirtieth birthday. Calla is the royal seamstress at Sheikh Fatim’s palace but it’s just a stepping stone to get what she want her own fashion line. Fatim only has two weeks to get married so he makes an offer to Calla she can’t refuse. I always enjoy the books by this author.
This was a cute quick read. A great read to pass the day at the beach.
I loved that Calla met King Fatim through her job as his seamstress and was very attracted to him. When Fatim asked Calla to be the nanny and then his wife I liked that Calla wanted to help but also kept in mind her dreams. Even though they had issues and she did slow down on her fashion I loved that she did it to be what Fatim and the kids needed. I am glad that even though they had started as an arrangement they found themselves in love and got their happy ending with both getting what they needed.
