Every time Natalie looks at her beautiful daughter, Iris, she can’t help but think about the passionate night she spent with a prince—and for good reason: Prince Iman Karawi is Iris’s father. Though Natalie longed to tell Iman about their daughter, unknown to her, Iman’s manipulative uncle hid the truth. Even as she goes on with her life, caring for her daughter and her dying mother, she cannot … cannot get thoughts of Iman out of her mind. Now, six years later, a chance meeting brings back all the feelings Natalie’s tried to forget. How could one-night haunt her after all this time? It’s clear Iman wants to continue where they left off, and it’s just as clear to Natalie that he might break her heart again. Especially if he ever finds out that little Iris is his.
For Iman, Natalie was always more than a one-night stand. He never understood why she left so abruptly, and even years later during a chance meeting, he’s still drawn to the blonde beauty in a way he can’t explain. Despite being promised to another by his parents, Iman can’t suppress his excitement—or desire—at seeing her again. But this time, Iman is not ready to say good-bye. He makes her a job offer she cannot refuse, and as he and Natalie spend more time together, it’s clear to Iman he cannot marry his fiancé, not when the love he feels for Natalie burns so deep.
As the past threatens to destroy their blossoming romance, it might be too late for either of them to find the happily ever after that has always been just out of reach.

WOW what a love story that not only involves a man and woman but a child as well.
Leslie North always knows what we readers want in a romance and she has exceeded expectations with this book.
Prince Iman Karawi had no idea he would fall in love with the fiery flight attendant but one night with her in an abandoned hanger on a flight strip that was no longer used.
For 6 years Natalie tried to forget the piercing eyes and the touch of Prince Iman Karawi, Crown Prince of Haamas but fear of her daughter being taken away by his scheming uncle was all the reason she needed to keep her mouth shut.
As fate would have it Natalie was assigned to a flight that replaced a plane with mechanical issues and the passenger was none other than Prince Iman.
From that flight a few days later Natalie received an offer to be the flight attendant for the now King of Haamas. The contract included Natalie and her child live in the palace.
Natalie’s daughter, Iris loved living in the palace and made fast friends with everyone she came in contact with including Iman’s own mother who quickly figured out Natalie’s secret.
This book was a fairy tale to end all fairy tales. There were twists and turns as Iman tried to come to terms with his situation which was quickly settled when he discovered Natalie’s secret as well.
I really enjoyed how Natalie and Iman met and that they didn’t exactly get along until something happened and then they had great chemistry. I also loved how they met again and she was worried about her daughter Iris. I am glad in the end everyone fell in love with Iris because she was very cute. Great story and I can’t wait to read the next.

Natalie and Iman had a one night sand 6 years ago. Iman’s uncle sent Natalie away 6 years ago with her thinking it was Iman that sent her on her way. After a chance meeting Iman has realized he never forgot that beautiful blonde. Finding that Natalie had a daughter, Iris, he was surprised yet he did not put the timing together, Iris is his daughter.
Iman offers Natalie a job in Karawi, a job she would be foolish to refuse. The feelings Iman has for Natalie are so strong and the longer he stays around her, the more he knows Natalie is the woman for him, not the woman, he is engaged to marry.
Can Natalie ignore the feeling she still has for Iman? Will Natalie and Iman find their HEA?
This is the first book in a 3 book series, each book is stand along

This story was ok. Didn’t get a connection or sense of chemistry between Iman and Natalie. I didn’t care for Natalie, and Iman was ok.
I liked Iris and the way people responded to her. When the truth was revealed BOTH times, I thought the reactions were disappointing and didn’t feel any real emotion.

A second chance fairytale romance
The Sheikh’s Surprise Heir by Leslie North full of great fairytale element with plenty of heat and heart. Between Natalie and Iman’s instant attraction and connection, the untimely and evil separation by a meddling, high-handed relative, the plot was fast-paced and engaging. This second chance sort story/novella is truly a fairytale in the end.
Overall, another wonderful read by this author, she never seems to disappoint. I really enjoyed the royal HEA and look forward to reading about Iman’s brothers soon!
Will Iman discover Natalie’s surprise?
Leslie is one of my top ten authors because I love her sheikh books. Natalie, a flight attendant is trying to keep things civil with her demanding client, Prince Iman aboard their private flight. Yet when the flight runs into trouble, Iman becomes the gallant prince and the two seek pleasure from one another. Will they get a chance to rekindle their passion? You have to read to find out and will love how Leslie brings these two together.
A Riveting Read! It is emotionally deep, steamy, and quite enjoyable. A flawless storyline that is well written, well-developed, fast pace, and consistent. There is humour, witty banter, ups and downs, and a beautiful little Princess that will keep you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. Likeable characters; their chemistry is undeniable and off the charts. Looking forward to reading the next book. Definitely recommended.

Sweet, unplanned/secret baby romance. Natalie’s concerns and emotions are warranted and understandable. This is a very well written story that leaves you wanting more as the story is so great.
Great read. Iris is a flight attendant who meets, and is not impressed by, Sheikh Iman on a flight she works. But things go wrong on the flight. She is injured and rescued by Iman. A sandstorm traps them in a building overnight, while they wait for rescue. Five years later, Iris receives an offer for private work for Iman. He agrees that she can bring her daughter and the dog. The daughter she had after returning from her assignment with him. Iman seems clueless but his mother recognizes Iris for who she is. Can they work out their differences? Will Iman marry a princess from another country to ensure a good alliance for his country? Reads quickly and is a sweet story.

Goodness this is such a sweet and charming story. I absolutely adore the wonderfully developed characters throughout the story. Natalie is this spunky and fierce woman that has you laughing one minute and cheering for her the next. Iman is this tough but kind and protective alpha type male that just adds to the story. My favorite of all is Iris. She is captivating throughout the story. It is extremely well written and full of drama and romance. It is definitely worth reading and doesn’t disappoint.

A plane crash has Natalie spending the night with the Crown Prince. When they get to the palace, his uncle’s dirty tricks separate them for six years. She struggles to raise her daughter Iris alone… his daughter. A chance meeting brings them together again, this time with him as her employer. Things get sticky when he begins to negotiate with another country for his bride. Thank goodness that his mother realizes her relationship to Iris, and doesn’t have a problem interfering. I loved this book – a nice story with a happy ending, not too long.

I thought that this was a good read. Lots of sparks and barbs fly between Natalie and Prince Iman. This couple has plenty of drama, twists, danger, surprises and deception to overcome and work through on the way to a HEA. In all a good romance that will keep you entertained.
