Sheikh Issam doesn’t have time to find a bride. He’d rather a sign would appear to him, signaling the perfect woman and save him the trouble of finding her. However, he didn’t foresee the sign being the sister-in-law of his rival nation’s president crashing into the holiest temple in his country. Now, he and the fearsome beauty must find a way to circumvent the ancient religious law that demands … demands her death—or he’ll face war on three fronts.
Mackenzie came to Al-Dashalid with a mission: save the women’s shelter that had taken root in a disputed fort between Al-Dashalid and her brother-in-law’s country. With war growing more likely every day, she doesn’t have time to waste arguing her way out of an unjust death sentence. She’s ready to sit down with Sheikh Issam and make sure he understands that the safety of the women and children in the shelter is more important than his alpha-male posturing.
What Mackenzie isn’t ready for is Issam offering her the perfect out: marriage. Members of the royal family are exempt from prosecution of holy law. He’ll meet his marriage deadline, and she’ll have his ear about the disputed fort and its vulnerable occupants. It seems perfect.
Now if only she could get him to listen…

Book three of Leslie North’s Sheikhs of Al-Dashalid series, is finished off perfectly with The Sheikh’s Fierce Fiancee. Issam and Mackenzie are a dynamic couple, who exhibit strength and commitment while pursuing their perspective causes. But sometimes you need to take a step back, re-evaluate your beliefs, and allow others to share the load.
This is another example of a well-rounded story by Ms North with charismatic characters, a strong foundation and passion that ignites a fire so hot it scorches the pages. Once again I thank the author for providing readers with a fast-paced, easy to read, thoroughly enjoyable tale. I wait with bated breath for the next exciting adventure.

I found this book to be a real joy to read with the well written storyline and the well developed characters that kept me totally captivated throughout the entire book! I always enjoy reading what this author writes!
A fun exciting read. This storyline had lots of political drama, insta lust, and steamy hot goodness. An entertaining enjoyable read from start to finish.

This was a great end to the series. This story was interesting with realistic characters. The storyline is interesting and well developed it holds your attention from beginning to end.
He saved her from an ancient law, which would sentence her to death.
She saved him from a bleak loveless future.
MacKenzie and Sheikh Issam were perfect for each other. Both are passionate for their causes yet are practical as well. He needs her to marry him before he turns thirty so he can have his fortune and position and she needs his power and influence to settle the land dispute.
What the two don’t count on is the chemistry between them. Passion grabs them from the beginning and the safe somewhat boring union they thought they might be sharing is out the window.
Both are strong characters and with the cultural divide, they have plenty to overcome yet they do so spectacularly.
I enjoyed The Sheik’s Fierce Fiancée and give it 5 stars. I can’t wait to see more of this author’s work!

Mackenzie was in town to meet Sheikh Issam. However when a car runs a light and almost ploughs into her she ends up crashing into part of the mosque. Issam rushed to get to her and his nephew only to be stopped before he could get them to safety. Someone from the mosque says because she destroyed the mosque that she must be put to death. Issam is stunned that ancient practices are still being upheld and finds out that the only way to save her is to marry her. What starts out as a business arrangement between them quickly becomes more. Will Issam admit his feelings for Mackenzie before its too late?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Let me say right off the bat that I have read other books by Leslie North and I liked them. I also liked that this book had a strong female lead like Mackenzie in it. I enjoyed that Issam’s family was part of the story. However, this book just didn’t do it for me. It felt like it was a book with sex being the main dish with some story built around it. I had high hopes for it in the beginning because I had read this book excerpt in a different book. It sounded like it was going to be really good. While it had some good points, it didn’t totally get there…for me.
Doesn’t that mean that I won’t be reading any more books by this author? No, it just means I couldn’t connect that well to this one. It was just Okay.
“I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.”
A wonderful ending.
Stubborn men…or just men in general just dont know when to listen to the women.
Issam is no different.
With a pwerful partner lik Mackenzie by his side, they will be invensible.
Im not sure if their will be another book for Adira, but wither way, I would recommend this book.
Happy reading!

Mackenzie went to talk to the Sheikh Issam about a shelter and ended up on trail for something that was not her fault. The only way to get her off a death sentence was to marry her. It is a battle for them because they both have things that need done and Mackenzie knows she can help out on a few of them but Issam won’t let her.
It all works out in the end for these two.

It is a well written story that is mixed with drama, ups and downs, witty banter, humour, and so much more; the plot is consistent and realistic. This is an emotionally thrilling read with lots of heart pounding action and thrilling twists and turns. It is an entertaining romantic adventure filled with danger, guarded hearts, mysteries and lots of undeniable passion.. great reading.
This is a quick easy read. There is plenty of political drama, instalust and a marriage of convenience. MacKenzie is an intellectual powerhouse of an attorney. She has beauty, brains and heart. She is steadfastly devoted to the cause of rescuing a women and children shelter. She tried to intercede on the shelter’s behalf only to be rejected by one country and dismissed by the other country. She never gave up. Sheikh Issam is head of security for the royal family and the country of Al-Dashalid. He is too intense and takes his job responsibilities without question. But even he is only human. He rescues MacKenzie from the death penalty and she rescues him from being ousted by the royal family by marrying him before his thirtieth birthday. With war looming between three adjacent countries over a strip of land used by the women’s shelter, MacKenzie hopes to make an impact on their behalf. Issam does not listen to her and she leaves him knowing the threat of death is still upon her. An unusual romance. This is very entertaining and a good read. I absolutely love every book Leslie North writes sex men and strong women.
This is the last final book and it was fantastic, I read the book in one evening
I couldn’t put it down once I started. This is everything we love from Leslie North
Stubborn men, fantastic story, passion, romance and love.
I really enjoyed this story. Issa and MacKenzie made a great couple. MacKenzie was on her way to see Issa but before she could meet him to avoid a wreck she ended up crashing into one of the holiest buildings in his country. IssaM turns out to be hero in more than one way. He needs a wife so to protect MacKenzie from the death penalty he makes a deal with her to marry him so that she could live. MacKenzie turns out to be the ister in law of the Sheik bordering his country. They have all been in dispute. Mackenzie was trying to save these bused women that have been living in this fort that is surrounding all three countries, These two make a strong couple. I live how they both didn’t t give up and I loved watching Issam, the all work and no play fall in love. Once he realizes that sometimes you need help.

This book is the final in the Sheikh’s of Al-Dashalid and like the other two was full of chemistry and strong a strong willed woman.
Leslie is in the top five favorite artists for me and I have read more of her books than any other author.
Issam needs a bride but has not time to look for one then one is practically dumped in his lap when Mackenzie plows into the mosque where he is there to pick up his nephew.
This book is well written with great characters filled with great chemistry.
She was almost out of control to me. She was outspoken and confident. Perfect match for him. They actually complemented each other. It was funny how they weren’t stressed with each other yet stressed everyone else out for being overboard. They actually made a great couple.

There are many ancient laws at play and Mackenzie is not one to sit around for then to get the best of her. This is a sexy and sweet romance that is so much more than a marriage of convenience. I like that characters from past books are still present and you get brief glimpses of their lives.
