In Sheikh Kishon’s small kingdom, it’s tradition that older sons marry before the younger ones. Problem is, his younger brother desperately wants to get married—and marriage is the last thing Kishon desires. Lucky for him, artist Chloe Sanderson is intrigued by his offer of a marriage of convenience. He’s been flirting with the sexy American on his visits to the US for months, admiring her spunk … spunk and easy way with people. Knowing her desire to travel, he offers her a world tour if she’ll be his fake wife. To Kishon, it’s the perfect plan. Not only does his brother get to marry the woman he loves, but Kishon gets the elders off his back. He just has to make sure no one discovers he’s marrying for business, something that would put him in a bad light with the elders.
For Chloe, marrying this sexy sheikh isn’t much of a sacrifice, especially since it’s all a farce. She’ll get to see the world and paint all the beautiful sites she’s always dreamed of. Sure, actually marrying Kishon is a bit surreal, but passion-filled nights and romantic days soon make her realize that nothing is fake about her feelings for Kishon, even though his feelings are pretty clear. No love. No future. Once his brother marries, her romance with the hard-headed sheikh will be over.

They first meet just like any normal couple and their “courtship” before Chadil tries to turn her into the perfect Princess was amazing. I loved their interactions and how they grew to love each other. I was mad when he tried to change Raina into something she wasn’t. And for no good reason. He fell in love with her just as she was. Why wouldn’t everyone else. Thankfully true love wins out.

The Sheikh’s Fake Marriage is the second book in the Sheikhs of Hamari series and is the one I enjoyed the most.
Kishon is the a strong leader, but his country has a law that says he must marry before his younger brother can. Not wanting to give into love and appear weak, Kishon struggles. While in D.C. he meets Chloe, there is something about her that draw her to Kishon. Chloe is a strong women with dreams of traveling and painting, but first she needs to save for it. When a grabby customer put his hands on Chloe, one thing leads to another and her world is no longer what she know it.
I loved Chloe’s character, she was able to change and adapt to those around her or as the situation arise. She not only had a passion for art, but to see the beauty and possibilities in things. She wanted to do what she could to make things better. Kishon was a strong King and a good leader. He need to understand that love did not make him week but could make him strong. I loved that he decided to go with his heart and fight.
Now there where some parts in this book that made me cringe. I understand the arrangement of the Marriage was so that Chakri and Hannah could get married, and they did not understand Kishon and Chloe’s hearts, but the way they so easily dismissed the weeding and then announce their date so close after Kishon and Chloe’s wedding made me want to growl.
I loved that Kishon and Chloe finally were able to have their HEA.

This is the second book in the Sheikhs of Hamadi series by Leslie North which has characters interconnected from the first book in the series. By tradition, King Kishon must marry prior to his your brother, Prince Sheikh Chakir, who desperately wants to marry. Kishon proposes a fake marriage with an American, Chloe Sanderson, who he has met on his diplomatic travels. Chloe is dreaming of traveling the world and Kishon can make her dreams come true. I recommend this great royal romance which is definitely a five star read.

When a marriage of convenience becomes anything but
The Sheikh’s Fake Marriage is the second book in the Sheikhs of Hamari series by Leslie North. This is the story of Sheikh Kishon and Chloe in a marriage of convenience story. Kishon is in need of a wife and when he happens across Chloe who is in need of a bit of rescuing herself he proposes a deal of a fake marriage of convenience. The only problem will be that they are each attracted to the other, even as they try to deny the attraction to themselves. But as things progress the attraction between them becomes harder to deny and soon things are moving in a way neither had was planning on but which is no less satisfying.
Kishon is the King of Hamari and Chloe is an artist and a bartender. Kishon has been coming to Washington DC for a few months now and always finds himself in the bar Chloe works at. Chloe and Kishon have great conversations and they have built up a great friendship, she sees him for himself because he can relax his traditions. On the night before Kishon is leaving from this trip to DC, he leaves the bar where Chloe works but something draws him back, back in time to see some jerk grab Chloe like she is someone to be toyed with. Kishon gets enraged and pulls the man out of the bar. As the man’s friends gang up on Kishon, asking who does he think he is, he blurts out that he and Chloe are engaged. As the fight continues and cell phones are out recording the event, no one knows he is a king but when the videos go viral, what is he to do.
Chloe, who just lost her job when she punched one of the men from the table, leaves the bar with Kishon, only to be met outside by reporters asking if it is true that they are engaged.
Back in his hotel room, before a night of passion, Kishon explains to Chloe that as the eldest son he needs to marry first before his brother can marry and Chakir has found the woman for himself and tradition says they can not marry until he is married. He proposes that the have a fake marriage and after Chakir is married, they will quietly get a divorce.
The chemistry is hot between Chloe and Kishon but can their marriage be real? No, Kishon knows that falling in love is a sign of weakness, and he will not be a weak leader.
Can these two friends and lovers recognize love does not make you weak but rather it makes you stronger before it is too late?

Fantastic story.
Oh my word I loved Kushon & Chloe’s story so much I couldn’t put it down. What was supposed have been a fake marriage turned out to be anything because Chloe was pregnant & he was a King who needed a bride. They’d already known each other for a few months when he visited the US but over a short period of time Chloe had fallen in love with him but he just wanted to be married until his brother was married & then divorce Chloe,it took his brother & the normally strictly traditional elders to make him see that he did love Chloe. At times mainly towards the end I couldn’t stop the tears rolling down my face I definately recommend reading this book & can’t wait for the next book.

Second in this new series. Not a bad read, however this story lacks interest. Easy read, steam, a small amount of romance and not much else. Truly a “don’t think about anything” read.
Highly entertaining, sexy, fun and emotionally thrilling journey filled with engaging and exciting charters, witty banter, heart racing twists, exciting turns and undeniable passion. Was a great read from beginning to end, really enjoyed this exciting adventure.
The Sheikhs Fake Marriage by Leslie North. This is K7shon and Chloe story. Kishon use to stop by and see Chloe every time he was in town. They would talk for hours. Chloe always wanted to travel the world. Then one night changed everything. In protecting her he called her his fiancee. He saw his opportunity to help his brother. He suggest they marry for real and he’ll pay for her to travel around the world. But he was only fighting what he felt for her, she has always liked him but never thought she had a chance. But what started off fake quickly turned real. I really enjoyed this story. They made me smile.

Kishon likes to speak to Chloe, who works in a bar, as if he was a normal man. However, he is not; he is the king of Hamari. He should be thinking of looking for a bride so his brother could marry. According to tradition, the king has to get married first.
All that Chloe wants is to travel and paint, but for that, she needs to save money. So when Kishon proposes a fake marriage, she jumps to the opportunity.
One of the best things in this book is when Kishon tells the elders about his marriage. Who would have thought that of them?

This one is an emotional rollercoaster, it has the attraction and heat along with the pre-planned divorce.
Standalone with no cliffhangers.
Chloe has been crushing on Sheikh Kishon for 6 months, but she’s a bartender and he’s a King.
Kishon needs to marry first so that his younger brother can marry for love. Chloe should fit the mold as a wife for now.
What happens when emotion get in the way of tradition?

The tradition in his small kingdom is that the older brother must marry before the younger brothers can marry, and marriage is the furthest thing from Sheikh Kishon’s mind. Kishon has been traveling back and forth between his country and the United States. During his time in the States, Kishon has struck up a flirty relationship with Chloe Sanderson, an artist and bartender. When Kishon intervenes as Chloe is being harassed, Kishon announces Chloe is his fiancee. When news breaks all over the world that Kishon is engaged, Kishon offers Chloe the chance to travel and paint if she will be his fake wife. Kishon believes this is the perfect plan to get the elders off his back and allow his younger brother to marry his true love as long as no one learns that his marriage is a business deal. As Chloe and Kishon spend time together in and out of bed, Chloe’s feelings for Kishon grow, and she realizes that she loves Kishon. For Kishon, he vows not to show weakness by loving Chloe. Will Chloe call an end to her marriage to Kishon when he can’t tell her that he loves her? Will Kishon realize that loving Chloe doesn’t make him weak but stronger and a better man? Can Chloe and Kishon find their happily ever after? I really enjoyed The Sheikh’s Fake Marriage by Leslie North. The chemistry and passion between Chloe and Kishon is explovsive. I would recommend getting The Sheikh’s Fake Marriage and the other book in the Sheikh’s of Hamari series by Leslie North.
