Who would have thought one little kiss would throw Maia Kurtz’s orderly world into complete chaos? It’s Christmas time in Maatkare, and it’s Maia’s job to make sure the Sheikh’s palace is decorated for all the holiday festivities in this tiny, Orthodox Christian kingdom. The decorating is the easy part. Yonas Yared, the youngest son of the family, is a bit more of a challenge. Maia knows she’s in … she’s in trouble when she sees how wonderful Yonas is with her young son, and how his seductive smiles cause her to go warm all over. Protecting her heart from the one man who makes her think naughty thoughts she shouldn’t is proving more difficult than she thought.
Yonas will go crazy if he’s forced to spend the entire, endless, holiday season with his family. He’d much rather be partying the nights away than stuck in the palace helping their new razor-tongued decorator. Still, Maia’s got something irresistible about her, and he certainly hadn’t planned on getting his socks knocked off by one simple kiss. As events transpire to keep him in the palace, he’s surprised to realize he’s glad to be home—and equally surprised to find that getting his serious little decorator into his bed is becoming more and more important. The problem is, once she’s there, he doesn’t want her to leave. And nothing in his life has ever scared him more.

Maia has to meet the challenge of her work and Yonis, the youngest Yared in this Christmas tale. Enjoyed returning to this family and country for another Christmas tale.
Ebook from Netgalley and publishers with thanks . Opinions are entirely my own.
The Sheikh’s Christmas Family (Christmas with the Yared Sheikh’s # 2) was a great book by Leslie North. Maia finds herself at the Royal’s palace to decorate for the holiday festivities. She meets Yonas who quickly becomes enamered with Maia’s young son. I loved reading Maia and Yonas’ story.
The Sheikh’s Christmas Family is a fairly pleasant but lackluster story about a playboy Sheikh who falls for a single mom and her young son. Yonas doesn’t do anything in the form of work that I can tell and is decidedly “un-alpha” like. Maia, hired to decorate the palace for the holidays, is quick to jump to conclusions and unwilling to listen to any explanation, not to mention she’s a bit of a snitch, reporting to Yonas’s father about his plans. The story isn’t bad, it just didn’t generate any excitement.

Maia has two passions: Her son and being an interior designer. She is in Maatkare to design the palace throughout the Christmas holiday for the Sheikh. All is well until she clashes with Yonas, the youngest child of the Sheikh. Yonas and Maia’s story gets hotter as their chemistry builds, and makes for a fun sexy romance. With a Christmas HEA, it is a heartwarming read for all ages. I would like to thank NetGalley and Relay Pub. for gifting me “The Sheikh’s Christmas Family”. My opinion is my own. This is mine. 4.25 Stars!
It was quite good read creative with amorous scenes and challenging scenarios as the plot unveiled and journey through their relationship.
He did not want to at home for Christmas as all he wants is to party. She is employed to get the palace ready for Christmas and she meets the younger prince. He seems to get on with her young son. The more time they spend together, the more glad he is to be home. Will he finds love with her? See how they will get on

Leslie North’s second book in the Christmas with the Yared Sheikhs Series which is well worth reading. The books can be read as standalones but are so much richer by reading them in order as important characters appear in all of them. In this book we meet Maia and her young son. She is in the Kingdom of Maatkare and is decorating for the royal family in this Christian state. She is determined to do well and doesn’t expect to catch the eye of the royal family’s youngest son, Yonas, but she has! Yonas has noticed her and likes what he sees very much. He hadn’t expected to be in the palace for Christmas and so she is a delightful surprise but she’s not staying. In fact, she and her son will be going soon and he doesn’t want that. He’s even made ‘friends’ with her son which has enamoured her. Leslie has created some wonderful believable characters for us to enjoy in this storyline. The way Yonas is with Maia’s son and the witty banter between the two of them. But she has to think that her first responsibility is to her son. A fling with a member of the royal family is going nowhere so why risk her heart? This is read in one sitting and will be re-reading it as it was so enjoyable. Nothing like a wonderful holiday full of surprises…
I enjoyed reading this book. Was a wonderful read throughout. Perfect holiday book to read and enjoy while snuggled up with a hot drink and slowly sucking on the candy cane shaped spoon. The characters pull you in and make you want to read more. I want to know more of what’s going to happen as I continued to read this. Keep it coming…

Leslie North’s 2nd book in the series – The Sheikh’s Christmas Family fits perfectly with the Christmas season. It’s a great story to relax and get snared with this heartwarming Sheikh story. Yonas, the King’s son, is home to fulfill his father’s wish for him to help with the holiday parties while his wife is away. Maia is the decorator. She brings her son with her. Yonas and Maia must work together per the King. Yonas does not want to be home and is in a hurry to leave. But Maia captures his attention. The chemistry sizzles between this couple.
The chemistry becomes more intense the more time they spend together. Yonas ends up fallng in love with her son and Maia. He finds himself loving being a part of this family. Maia and her son have a major impact on his emotions and his feelings about settling down with what he thinks may be the perfect wife and son for him. This is a wonderful, heartwarming read that I recommend!
A well written holiday themed romance with wonderful characters. The storyline pulls you in and will keep you turning the pages.

Ana Rizzo is desperate to prove she has what it takes after her first restaurant fails but knowing that it was her ex’s fault and not something she did wrong. So she nabs a high paying job in the tiny Kingdom of Maatkare where the royal family needs a chef for the holiday period.
Noel Yared, is the oldest son of the King and although he is mesmerized by Ana he is skeptical due to the insinuations of one of the head cooks, Segal.
And as luck would have it Segal wins out or so it seems until Noel sets out to find out for himself if Ana had him fooled because the Ana he knows would never do such a thing. Turns out he was right but it may be too late.
This is a fast paced little book with heat between the two main characters and evil trying to have it’s own selfish way.
Will Noel be able to get Ana back or will Segal win after all?

Maia Kurtz needs order. Yonas Yared needs chaos. When chaos and order come together, get ready for fireworks. Can the organizer and the party boy, be a perfect match of the heart? The Sheikh’s Christmas Family is steamy with a hint of warm and a fuzzy. North puts a little love in your heart with this tempting read.
This is a steamy, sweet, romantic, entertaining and amusing story. Yonas is a charming, funny, impulsive and outgoing playboy, until he realizes that he is completely taken by Maia and her son. Maia is a caring, snarky and impatient professional, until she gets her hands on Yonas. What starts as a hot and intense kiss quickly turns to love, because deep down Yonas is a sweet and romantic man. And Maia is exactly what he needs to be himself.

Will Maia turn’s Yonas’ view of the holidays around?
Leslie is one of my top 10 authors and her sheikh stories are the best! Maia is hired to decorate the Sheikh’s palace for the holidays. Yonas, the youngest son of the family has avoided the holidays in the past, except this year his father has commanded Yonas to oversee the decorator’s tasks. Will the two get romantically involved while they are working together? You have to read to find out and will love Yonas’ interactions with Maia’s son.
Yonas is seen by his family as being a playboy. Yonas wants nothing to do with his family at the holidays, he wants to escape Maatkare and there a woman who is willing to “entertain” him. Maia is an American decorator who has been brought in you Yonas’ father to decorate the palace for each upcoming party. Yonas, after one night or partying decides to start “helping” Maia by pulling down her decorations, but when Maia stumbles upon Yonas, the sparks fly. Yonas is intrigued with Maia and is very attracted to her and when his father “punishes Yonas for his rude behavior of pulling down the decorations, he is ordered to work with Maia and help her decorate. Can these two work together, will they be able to keep the sexual tension between them under control? What about the woman Yonas was suppose to meet, she keeps texting him and sending him pictures of herself, what would Maia think of that? Leslie North has a way to draw you into her stories and the characters.
