One wild night of drinking led to Catelyn Wolf marrying Sheikh Rami in a lavish, beautiful ceremony. At least, that’s what the pictures show.Turns out Catelyn faked the whole wedding with some photoshopped pictures in a desperate attempt to give her fledgling wedding planning business, Elite Occasions, a chance at survival. The Hail Mary worked, and now they have their first client—with a … a multimillion-dollar wedding to boot. True, her besties, who are also her business partners, weren’t happy with the elaborate lie, but even they had to admit that it worked like a charm…that is until Sheikh Rami himself shows up, demanding to meet “his wife.”
Sheikh Rami has no time to find a suitable bride, not with his huge contract with a Texas oil company on the rocks. So when news of his “wedding” is uncovered by his brother, Catelyn’s “joke” turns into the answer to Rami’s prayers. Catelyn is good friends with the owner of the oil company—the perfect way to get an in with the company. All he needs is a big rock and an even bigger divorce clause to officially marry by his deadline. The fact that Catelyn is hot as sin only helps matters…
Catelyn, however, does not go gently down the aisle, and Rami is forced to threaten the business she and her friends have worked so hard to build. If she doesn’t marry him, he’ll out their biggest wedding as a lie and she’ll be ruined. But as their business-only relationship turns decidedly passionate, the two become entangled both in the bedroom as well as in business. In the end they’ll have to decide if the marriage that began as fake is actually fate.

Loved this story. In order to draw more clients to her wedding planning business Caitlyn posts a royal wedding photo of herself and Prince Rami on her blog thinking he will never know about it. That is, until he walks in her office and asks to see his wife! A tender, heartwarming story that goes from blackmail to finding a happy ending. Totally worth the read!

I enjoyed reading about Rami and Catelyn. There was instant attraction between them when they met at Catelyn’s mentor and friend Lydia’s home party. Catelyn though desperate, was ingenious when she came up with a plan to save her wedding business. Rami being business minded person, used this opportunity so that both he and Catelyn would benefit professionally from it. From the beginning their chemistry exploded. It was off the charts and was hot and heavy. It was sad that Catelyn had agreed to a one-year marriage of convenience. As she spent time with Rami, she started dreaming of wanting more. Catelyn helped Rami with his communication skills so that he could win the contract from Lydia. When the time came to sign, Lydia threw a wrench into the deal. Rami was not having it and spoiled the deal. Here is where it befuddles me that Rami came to a conclusion after a mere few weeks with Catelyn he wanted forever with her. Everything in the story was going great until that point. It seemed too rushed with the problems of the deal and the problems of the relationship. It did however end with a happily ever after. I really enjoyed this story. This is Rami and Catelyn’s story. Rami needs a wife and Catelyn faked a photo on her website of her and Rami getting married. Rami decided to make the marriage real before he turns 30. So he blackmail Catelyn to get what he wants. Turns out that, they were exactly what the other person needed. He needed her to help him with his oil deal and she needed him to boost her business, I watching them fall in love. The book was fun to read, the love scenes were hot. I loved seeing Rami grow and his confidence building when speaking in crowds. The end made me laugh sometimes even Sheiks have to ask for forgiveness.

Rami wanted Morris International to distribute the oil produced in Al-Dashalid in the United States, and since Lydia Morris’ company had the best terms and connections, he was hopeful that he could charm her. But this party was so boring that he couldn’t take any more. He briskly headed for a door and crashed into someone! Catelyn Wolf had her cocktail glass knocked to the floor as the prince trampled her. It was sort of her fault for standing there staring at him and admiring what she saw as he headed toward her. Her mother joined them, trying to be a matchmaker. Then Lydia came up as if she were part of the discussions. So Catelyn excused herself and went home.
Catelyn had just started her wedding-planning business in New Jersey, but she still didn’t have many bookings over the past six months. As she is drinking wine, because it had been a rough day, she knows she needs something special for her blog, like a celebrity. She thinks of Sheikh Rami’s handsome face – yes, plan a wedding for a royal family member! So she decides to alter a photo, where she had been the wedding model, by photo-shopping a picture of Rami as her new husband. It turned out so well, that she used the fake photo to advertise her business on the blog. When Rami’s brother saw it, Rami used the false wedding implication to blackmail Catelyn into marrying him for real – temporarily – so he could meet the deadline for his own marriage requirement. Since Catelyn was friends with Lydia, and Rami needed to negotiate a business arrangement with her, this could work. Catelyn, in return, could continue to use their marriage photo for her own advertising purposes.
As can be expected, the two of them begin to develop real feelings for each other, and the fake marriage starts to feel real. Their attraction is very strong for each other. But when a misunderstanding makes Catelyn run away, what will Rami do? Does he truly want her back? Does he want to make the relationship work?
I thought this was a very clever story line and I really enjoyed the book. The main characters were definitely likable and the reader cares how it all turns out for them. The humorous touches were perfect in this well-written story. Grab your copy and see how everything sorts out.
This is the second book in the series and can be read as stand alone. It’s romantic and fast pace..and has a happy ending. I enjoyed the story and characters
Catelyn’s blog could be perfect for Rami to seal the deal
Leslie is one of my top ten authors and I love her sheikh books the most. Catelyn meets Sheikh Rami at a party and can’t forget him, so why not use him on her blog to give her company a boost. Rami’s brother discovers the blog and Rami decides to use it to his advantage to seal an oil deal. But when the contract comes with a stipulation, will Rami throw it all away? You have to read to find out and will love the steam between the two!

Here we have a complete abundance of whirlwind happenstance throughout the story. There is quite some romance involved as well. The story line is quite good and the characters are just simply said really good. Of course as this is quite a short story some better details could have been in order, but given the length of the story there was no room for any extras. So if you are looking for a story to read in just one evening or a bit less than that, a story that has a lot of romance in it and a whole lot of things happening despite the story being this short, this story just might be the one for you.

I enjoyed this romance. I thought the plot was fun and it held my attention well. I liked Catelyn and Rami and I thought the chemistry between them really sizzled. I could understand Catelyn’s desire to help her company succeed but I did think it was quite farfetched that she would use such a famous, powerful person. I mean definitely not smart. That being said, since that was the backbone that supported the whole story line, you just have to go with it and enjoy the characters, their attraction and the romance that blossoms between them.
I enjoyed this story. There were several parts that made me laugh. Although there were plenty of steamy parts, I found the romance pretty sweet. Rami and Caitlyn make a cute couple.

Oh what a sweet story this is. I loved Rami and Catelyn together. They have such chemistry that is good for each other. The story is a quick read but oh so good. I loved the suspense and drama in the story. It is extremely well written and the characters are exceptionally developed. I love that we see some of the characters from the first story. It just adds to the story and makes it so much better. This is definitely worth reading and doesn’t disappoint.

THE SHEIKH’S BLACKMAILED BRIDE (Sheikh’s of Al-Dashalid Book 2) By Leslie North
This the story of Rami and Catelyn. It is a good, fun story that is an enjoyable read. They unexpectedly meet when Catelyn, thinking he would never find out, photo shopped a picture of him into one of her photos shot during a shoot for her wedding consulting business of the 2 of them marrying. Sheikh Rami finds out when his youngest brother, who does security for the royal family sees it on the internet. Rami like his brother, is supposed to marry by the time he reaches 30 which is swiftly approaching. I am not going to say anymore, just give this book a try. Leslie North has another 5 star read in this one.
I always enjoy the “Sheikh” stories. Rami is a bit of a brooder and takes things too seriously but with this issue, he takes a more “softer” approach. You have to love the shyness that Catelyn shows towards Rami. These two are so into one another. I love that Catelyn jumps him all the time. I mean she goes for it. You have to love that she “takes no prisoners.” And Rami loves it. These two are off the charts with their chemistry.

Leslie North hit it out the ball with another one. A must read. Catelyn and Sheikh Rami met at a party for Catelyn mentor Lydia. Sheikh Rami is there trying to get a contract with Lydia’s oil company. Night ends with Catelyn going back to her office and working on her website “Elite Occasions” while drinking wine. She looks up the Sheikh on the internet and decides to use photos of Sheikh Rami within photos of herself. Photoshopping the photos came out beautiful before she knew it she had convinced herself he would never find out about the “Royal Wedding”. Catelyn post the wedding photos to Elite Occasions site. Her business flourish. Sheikh Rami brother find out about the secret webbing thanks to TMZ. Rami goes back to the states and blackmails Catelyn into marrying him. They leave the post up, they marry and she helps him with the contract with Lyndia. This takes you 1/3 of the way through the book. Steamy sex, lots of laughs and HEA as always. Enjoy!

Catelyn’s wedding planner needs a boost so she photoshops herself and Prince Rami putting in a blog posting. Needless to say, he finds out and makes her a proposition to be his wife for a year to help him secure a business deal. You know how those turn out. But that doesn’t get them off the hook for some drama. Entertaining short!

Catelyn decided to improve her businesses website one night while enjoying some wine, and ended up photo shopping some pictures of a wedding between her and Sheikh Rami. They were gorgeous pictures, and ended up spreading on the internet like wildfire.
Sheikh Rami saw the wedding as an answer to his prayers since he had to marry quickly, and seen this also as a way to help him close a deal that he had currently been working on. He approached Catelyn and offered her a deal that she didn’t really see a way out. She’d destroy her business if she didn’t take Sheikh Rami up on his offer, and how bad could it be being married to a Sheikh?
Another wonderful read by Leslie North!

Oh, Catelyn and Rami were so sweet and so hot together. What started as a business agreement quickly morphed into feelings for both of them. But again, without communication they both kept thinking of the agreement until no more. Finally together, it was so sweet.
