What happens in Vegas…apparently can follow you forever. At least that’s Clementine Llewellyn’s experience who, after a night of drinking and partying, ends up married to a sheikh. A night of passionate romance? Sure. Marriage? Not so much. Clementine wants an immediate divorce, but Sheikh Samir bin Salam’s country’s divorce laws require them to stay married. For three months. Samir may be the … months. Samir may be the hottest guy she’s ever seen—never mind spent time under the sheets with—but she learnt a long time ago that relationships were for other people, not her. But as the two of them spend more time together it doesn’t take long before Clem’s feelings for Samir go from lust to love. However, she’s sure Samir doesn’t feel the same—although admittedly it’s hard to read past his dark, brooding gaze.
Samir isn’t looking for a wife—definitely not a stubborn American one. He’d wanted a woman traditionally raised, focused on family, flowers (his country is known for them), and who would give him free rein to live his life the way he wanted. What he got was a woman who spoke her mind at every turn (and was generally right, much to his dismay), who seemed to kill all living plants she came into contact with, and who utterly fascinated him. In fact, most of the time he spends with her—the talks, the laughter, the way she completely embraces his people—is bliss.
When a baby becomes part of the equation, all bets are off as Clem and Samir take a gamble on love.

Another well written ,drama filled romance by Leslie North. She once again brings strong characters with a hot chemistry, adds tons of emotion and a bit of humor and delivers a sweet story going from a one night stand to love and marriage. I enjoyed reading Samir and Clementine’s story and am looking forward to the next book. I would recommend this book.

The Sheikh’s Accidental Wife, by Leslie North
What will happen to a Vegas wedding couple when they have known each other for less than a day?
The instant attraction between Sheik Samir and Clementine was irritable. After a fun-filled night, they wake up to find that they are married to each other. Unfortunately, the sheik’s marriage traditions decree that Clementine must go with him to his country.
What will happen when opposites join forces? Find out when the sheik mixes it up (in and out of the bedroom) with a feisty woman whose job is hooking up businesses that help each other.
Can they overcome their misunderstandings and differences to find a happily ever after?
This story is part of a trilogy; however, each book is standalone. Some characters are reoccurring.
A great read. Stay alert for the next book in the series. It is a winner.
Clementine and her best friend, Heather Newell, were in Las Vegas for a convention. Heather kept telling Clem that a handsome man was looking at her. When she finally turned around, she saw it was true – he was gorgeous – and he was talking business with Heather’s father. Howard Newell was hoping to do business with Sheikh Samir regarding his export and import business. When Samir thinks Clem is Howard’s daughter, they spend the night together having too much to drink, only to discover they had gotten married and remembered none of it!
Clementine immediately wants a divorce, but the laws in Samir’s country have a 3-month period before divorce is permitted! But as they spend more time together, he finds he loves talking with her, laughing together, and the way she embraces his people. She is ready to fall in love, but she doesn’t think he feels the same way about her. By the time he is ready to tell her that he wants to stay married, she is gone! Will he go after the stubborn woman? Or will he cut his losses and go ahead with his life as it is?
I love these books – they are always such a joy to read, especially as miscommunication is a common theme and results in a hilarious situation. The characters are excellent and their interactions are real. Grab your copy and enjoy a great story line that will keep you eagerly reading on to see how things turn out for these two.
Here is the second book of Omirabad Sheikhs series. This is about Sheikh Samir and Clementine. The story starts in Vegas, as the Sheikh is there to negotiate business with Clementine’s best friend, Heather, father. The Sheikh is pleased with what he sees in Clementine, but when meeting with Howard, Heather’s father, he is thinking that the beauty he is looking at is his daughter. When he approaches them, Heather leaves her alone with him and next thing you know they wake up together and with a marriage certificate. He looks at the form and thinks that it will be void as Heather signed on the wrong spot as the witness and not the bride, but at brunch Howard is congratulating his daughter for marrying the Sheikh, this is where the story takes off. The Sheikh and Clementine agree to allow the marriage the 3 months it needs in order for the divorce to take place, but then he takes her to the palace. As outspoken as she is and have ruining the business dealing he previously had with Howard, will she manage to stay the full 3 months?

After a mix-up at a convention in Las Vegas, Clementine and Samir end up married. According to the laws of his country, they must stay married for three months. They stop in New York briefly and then head to Paris overnight, before going to Omirabad. His family greets and accepts her, but Samir reminds them that this is only temporary. But do they really want this to end? There are some surprises, a bit of drama, and a lot of passion before they’re heading to their happy ending. I enjoyed this book, and watching Clem and Samir move from a physical relationship to friendship and true love. I’m looking forward the the last book in this series.

This is a beautifully realistic story about a couple that has instant attraction and a little too much fun. It was well written with beautifully developed characters. It was wonderful to see more of our married kingly couple from the first story. That added so much to this one. Samir was stubborn but sweet and protective. Clem was smart and intelligent with a side of feisty. Their chemistry was strong and felt throughout the story. It has drama and beauty all rolled together. It is definitely worth reading and doesn’t disappoint.

The Sheikhs Accidental Wife introduces us to Samir the second of the Omirabad sheikhs. For Samir what happens in Vegas says in Vegas or does it! In Vegas for a conference Samir meets Clementine who he first thinks is Heather the daughter of a pushy businessman. After a crazy night Samir and “Clem” find themselves married! After finding out that they really were married Clem and Samir who can’t remember getting married are reassured by Heather that they are legally married. Wanting a divorce Clem discovers that Samir has to remain married for three months according to the rules of Omirabad. So off to Omirabad go Samir and Clem to explore their sudden marriage and relationship for three months or so they think. Watch what happens as the two of them get to know each other and Clem begins to get comfortable in the desert with Samir. However, maybe too comfortable and getting sacred because Shamir does not want forever or does he! As for Clem she is beginning to like her new life and becomes nervous about her future add an unexpected news she runs!
This is the 2nd book in the Omirabad Scheikhs series. It is a fast paced, fun read with humor, a drunken night and an accidental marriage which has a time limit and two people from entirely different worlds. Entertaining storyline and I loved the characters and we caught up with cameos of Rashid, Nora and the other members of the royal family. At first Clementine is insisting on an annulment or divorce but according to Omirabad law they would have to remain married for 3 months before they could divorce. The more time Clem spends with Samir, the more she wants the forever but she doesn’t think Samir feels the same way. He wants more of a traditional wife and Clementine is the opposite. Looking forward to the youngest brothers story!

What happens in Vegas sometimes doesn’t stay in Vegas. I knew Samir was going to have a hell of a time when it was his turn for marriage and this just threw him for a loop. If you read the first book, this starts off during a part mentioned in that story so it’s easy to connect the two. Samir and Clementine are so different from each other but sometimes what’s different is exactly what we need. Loved reading their story.

This is a very sweet story. Even with the accidental marriage, they have a chemistry that is undeniable and their relationship may be strained, but they have a romantic ending. Love the story and I can’t wait to see what’s next.

What starts in Vegas, stays in Omirabad
Leslie’s sheikh stories are my absolute favorite and Samir and Clementine’s story is perfect! At a conference, Samir wants to sign an export contract for his country’s flower with an American, but is unsure over the added pressure to marry his daughter. Clementine is at the same conference trying to work connections for business for her own company. When Samir meets Clementine at the bar, he mistakes her for the American’s daughter. What starts out as a few drinks and dancing, ends up in the marriage bed the next morning. Clementine wants an immediate divorce, but by Samir’s country law, they need to remain together for 3 months. What starts as an attraction, becomes more for Clementine. Upon Clementine’s return from the desert, she decides to cut her losses. Will Samir realize the mess he made of things with Clementine? You have to read to find out and won’t put the book down until you turn the last page!

This is the second book in the Omirabad Sheikhs series, it’s fast-paced and well-written, this is a wonderful little lunchtime story.
Sheikh Samir is in Vegas on business but one little slight of mistaken identity leaves him married to sweet and sassy Clementine, they have incredible chemistry but their Vegas marriage has an expiry date, can Clementine win the heart of the man she wants and have a HEA?.
Wonderful story, thoroughly enjoyed it, I can’t wait to read about the last brother.
This is the second book in the Omirabad Sheikhs series and was another really good well-written read. I just love Leslie’s books so this was a must-read for me and it did not disappoint I thought Samir and Clementine were great together they had chemistry right from the start and I really enjoyed watching their relationship develop.
There is being a business man and there is pimping out your daughter to get business, Howard clearly had no scruples.
Cant help feeling empathy for the Sheik as he is caught between a rock and a hard place, broken heart and a surprise package in Clem.
Quite an interesting read

Temporary marriage but maybe a lifetime with the right person
The Sheikh’s Accidental Wife is another great story by Leslie North. This time the story if about Clementine, Clem, and Sheikh Samir. Samir is in Vegas for a convention to try and strike a deal for a shipping company to partner with to help his country’s tribes become more financially stable. Clem owns her own company which brings together companies and shipper/distributors who better match their “green” goals and also consults to make companies more green. She is there with her best friend and college roommate Heather. Heather’s father, Howard, owns a shipping company that has been trying to land a deal with Samir for over a year, which brought them to the conference together.
At that bar on the last night of the conference Samir is talking with Howard and spots Clem, not knowing who she and Heather are at that time. Howard thinks he is looking at Heather and basically offers her up to ensure there is a stronger alliance between the two………..like nice one dear old Dad. Shortly Samir and Clem are alone and they have an “interesting” night waking up the next morning together in Samir’s suite. But what happens in Vegas does not always stay in Vegas as there is the little matter of a wedding ring and a huge engagement ring on Clem’s finger the next morning, along with the marriage license tucked into the corner of the bathroom mirror. After what happened after the wedding no annulment will most likely be granted and according to Omirabad laws no divorce can be applied for until after three months of the wedding. So Samir and Clem must have a temporary marriage. Clem accompanies Samir back to Omirabad, as a Sheikh cannot get married in Vegas and not show back up without the bride for appearance sake.
This story has a lot of wonderful elements to it – Oops we got married in Vegas, temporary marriage, two very different people coming together with unintended results, fun, wit, smart and vivacious women, strong men who learn that what they thought is not always right, and so much more. Clem and Samir have fantastically amazing chemistry, both in and out of the bedroom (or other places). Their relationship grows over the short time they spend together into a friendship, supporting each other and then into love. I really fell in love with Clem as she has had a rougher life, having grown up in foster-care for years and being moved around a lot. Her heart is scarred and she is scared of what she feels but yet she is still able to jump into any situation with both feet and try to make the best of it, taking on the challenges that life deals her. Leslie North has really written this character with a lot of care and empathy but not in such a way is overwrought.
I highly recommend The Sheikh’s Accidental Wife and this series to other readers. I am really looking forward to the last book in this series, Sheikh Khalid’s story.

Samir finds his challenge.
Samir is very traditional and wants and expects a traditional wife. He’s about to meet his comeuppance with Clementine who is the antithesis of his dream girl. It a quick marriage in Vegas May just mean he’s got the wife be needs, though he’s certainly it going to make it easy on her!
