Easy read. Cannot put down!
The book had a good plot and characters and developed well.
Great Book. Continued to read all the books in this series to follow the characters and plot. Hope the author continues this series.
LOVED IT
I loved this book and may read it again.
It’s a good yarn, and while I enjoyed the plot line, the grammatical errors distracted me. I had to wonder if it had been edited, and if so, by whom.
The usual Action hero saves the day. Not bad but predictable. Going rogue and approaching situations head-on without any real planning was unbelievable.
A bit over-done rescue by a retired seal. But his heart was in it.
Not too realistic, but a fun read.
Senator John Keller, a Presidential candidate, is kidnapped and you are immediately drawn into the story. You wonder if it is terrorism or a kidnapping for ransom. He was supposed to be given security by his own hand-picked agents Blake Jordan and Jani Davis of the Department of Domestic Terrorism. The kidnapping was carefully planned and the security did not work. The Senator had been Jordan’s mentor, preparing him to become a Navy Seal as the Senator had been. The FBI dismisses Jordan, taking over finding the Senator. Jordan has to work around them. You wonder if Jordan will be successful or if the FBI will arrest him for interfering with the investigation. The Senator has to be rescued before the kidnapper kills him as he had broadcasted on television.
Moved along well enough to hold interest. The “Hero” wasn’t the brightest crayon in the box. Without being bailed out he would have been dead several times.
Not a particularly good premise . Wasn’t impressed with the characters very much either. Didn’t finish the book.
I had never read this author before but loved him from the first page! Read it in one day and am currently on his 2nd book. Equally excellent!
The author developed a good plot; an while his main character is a former Seal, he is presented a very computer literate and more analytical than the macho vision of Seal. The end result of the story left enough danglers for a follow on book which I for one intend to read.
Loved the book. A real thriller.
i felt it was a good read, it kept you wondering and thinking what can happen next.Very enjoyable.
the hero was an idiot, but still a fun read.
Predictable and unrealistic.
Great book! Kept my attention as it was suspenseful
