From USA Today bestselling author Meghan Quinn comes a deliciously delightful romantic comedy centered in New York City about falling in love with your best friend’s sister. How do you date your best friend’s sister? Easy. Step one: Pretend you want her to set you up with someone else. That will bring the two of you closer.Step two: Go on date with lots of random women, proceed to get stupid drunk … women, proceed to get stupid drunk and talk about your best friend’s sister, thus gaining the courage to finally make a move.
Step three: Randomly show up at her apartment and confess your love. Women love that, right?
It all seemed so simple. A fool-proof three step process that will guarantee the love of you life to fall madly in love with you.
At least–that’s what I thought was going to happen. But my attempts to win over Julia Westin backfired in more ways than I can count. The thing about Julia? She’s smart–really smart–and her wicked gaze cuts through all the charm I’ve tried slinging her way. She’s not interested in games, my gifts, or my stories. She might want me too; but she’s not giving in that easy…

5 What Do All the Questions Mean Stars!!!
Yet again Ms. Quinn has written a book that has heart, soul, swoonworthy moments and two people who couldn’t be more opposite. And while they always say opposites attract, for Jules, she’s not one that listens to her heart, she lives by what the data reveals from the results of a questionnaire people complete when wanting to work with her match-making service…yes, Jules is a match-maker…a beautiful nerd that Bram has loved from afar for years…you see, she’s his best friend’s little sister!
These two first meet at Yale at a Frat party where Jules is wearing jean overall shorts with tube socks…right then and there Bram is a goner!!!
“I catch a brief glimpse of beautiful eyes hidden behind black-rimmed glasses. Wavy blonde hair floats over her shoulders and I can’t help but glance down, taking in her ass, encased in a pair of denim overall shorts….are those white tennis shoes and tube socks she’s wearing?
Tube socks.
Freaking tube socks
Even though she popped out of an episode of The Golden Girls, I can’t help but stare. Her whole look is working for me in the best way possible. The frump look should scare me off, but hell, it just makes me want to peel her like an onion, layer by layer.”
Their relationship is definitely a love/hate combo until Bram finally decides to take the bull by the horns and sets out to get his girl…there’s a bet involved and a questionnaire that literally has no rhyme or reason to it…at least to the everyday person, but there’s science involved and our girl Jules is super freaking smart and she puts her degrees to good use!!
Watching Bram navigate his way through her do’s and don’ts and going on a few dates just to say he did while he works on getting Julie to realize that just because they may not seem to fit together they’re perfect for each other…and oh how spectacular they are together!! I loved the ease they have together and their chemistry is literally combustible!!
Ah but their love story has some definite bumps to it and my heart was beating so hard inside my chest when we come to a pivotal moment in the book and I swear I was going to be really irate if this situation didn’t get resolved!!!
In the end though, love and all it’s beautiful colors shine through and this is a definite must read for any fan of a rom-com with heart, soul, heat and a H/h that absolutely belong together!

4.5 Stars!
This was my first Meghan Quinn book and I’m hating that I’m just now reading her… like, I’ve been missing out on some awesome talent! She absolutely killed it in the hilarity department with these characters while making me swoon at the same time.
Bram Scott, frat boy turned real estate mogul, has had a thing for his best friend’s tube-sock wearing little sister Julia for years. She rejected him once in college and he’s been carefully plotting how to win her heart and the perfect opportunity strikes when he strategically plans on losing his fantasy football bet with his best friends, all because the loser has to participate in Julia’s dating program.
“I might not be serious about going through her program—it’s just a gateway to get to her—but I’m dead set on finding love. And I’ve picked the person I want to find love with.”
I adored Bram! He’s confident, absurd, sweet, caring, hilarious and all alpha – the perfect recipe for book boyfriend of the year. “I’m going to take my time easing her into the idea that Bram Scott is a relationship man and then . . . oh fuck . . . I’m going to throw her for a loop, catch her off balance, and then swoop in like a goddamn knight in shining armor and claim her as mine.”
It took a bit for me to warm up to Julia’s character, only because she was a bit neurotic with having to carefully analyze every single aspect of her life with pros and cons. But once she opened her eyes to see what’s been in front of her face the whole time, I felt like we saw a different Julia. Bram took her out of her element and broke her out of her shell. She was comfortable to just be when she didn’t think so hard with her head and started following her heart.
I basically loved every single moment of this book. The banter and the bromance between the guys had me in stitches, along with all the absurd dates and debates about dragons being real creatures from the dark ages, and the teasing comments made about Julia and her tube socks coming straight out of an episode of the Golden Girls. Their wasn’t any OTT drama or angst and the swoon-worthy moments with the toe-curling sexy times made me gush, making this book a highly enjoyable read.
Meghan Quinn, I’m going to be devouring all of your books in the very near future.
Meghan Quinn and her stories are worth reading, The Secret to Dating Your Best Friends Sister have to say was a hoot to read. It is more than a second chance for this sexy playboy but seeing Julia question all she worked hard for was great. These two share more than a past it is instant love between them only Meghan Quinn style. Not only was it great but Rath and Roark was funny to read and Brams well addiction of what Julia wears is totally not typical. All in all Meghan Quinn totally rocked in this book, loved it.
“I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.”
What a great book to end the year with. I hands down loved this one, I can not stop smiling. Omg Bram is the man! The man I tell ya! I just can’t get over him. Seriously, I’m thinking he’s my favorite male character of hers that she’s ever written. I also loved the hardcore bromance he has with his bestie, Rath. God sooooo many cute and funny moments between those two. I loved that Julia is all nerdy and a deep thinker. There’s no spur of the moment for that gal. The banter between her and Bram is so fun, so much entertainment packed in here! Gah, I’m just so happy that I ended my year with this one. It’s books like this is why I love to read!
“ … .”
‘ by Meghan Quinn is an absolutely charming romantic comedy that will surround your heart with ALL THE FEELS! It’s a delightful and entertaining friends-to-lovers romance that will make you blush, laugh, and swoon for days! Falling in love with your best friend’s sister might not be the smartest thing to do, but that fact doesn’t stop our hero from trying his damnedest to win her heart. OMG! Everything about Bram and Julia’s romance melted my heart. I was hooked from beginning to end and once I turned the last page, I wanted to experience it ALL OVER AGAIN! It had the best BROMANCE I’ve ever seen in a romantic comedy and the happily ever after was to die for! For me, Meghan Quinn is the true queen of romantic comedy!

Meghan Quinn is a must read author that always entertains and delivers a unique story. The cover is the first thing that caught my eye with all the bright colors. I loved this book and all the characters so much!
Bram and Julia met in college and were complete opposites. Bram wasn’t exactly your typical frat boy; he partied but also did well in school. Julia was more of a people watcher. She didn’t really party and felt like she didn’t fit in with that crowd. She would go to the parties with her friend and because it was her brother’s fraternity.
Fast forward years later and they are both successful but there is one thing missing. Bram is ready to finally get the girl of his dreams. This was such a s sweet heart warming story about going for what your heart wants. If you are looking for a fast paced all consuming sweet romance this is for you. I highly recommend this book.
Am so tired of hearing people say that nice girls finish last. Meghan Quinn throws that adage right out the window with Julia. She’s the girl that constantly gets overlooked, until the day somebody got caught looking back. It’s love at first sight for golden boy Bram Scott, when he sees his best friend’s sister for the first time. The guy with all the right moves, proceeded to fall flat on his face. Now that he finally has her in his sights, all bets are off. He knows what he wants and will use any means necessary to get it. Failure is not an option. He’s playing for keeps. The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend’s Sister uses humor to knock down stereotypes and deliver some valuable truths. Quinn is good at laughing her way right into a heart with her at times unconventional, but always irresistible characters.
You can never go wrong with a Meghan Quinn book. The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend’s Sister was funny, charming and sweet read and had one of the best male heroes in a romcom I have read!
Bram Scott has wanted his best friend’s younger sister since the first time he met her, tube socks and all. He loved how smart and sassy she was, even though around others she was the nerdy, quiet one. But in college it was hard for her to see past the popular frat party boy. But he knew she was worth biding his time.
So, ten years later, when the opportunity to spend time with her arose, he jumped right in and hired her dating services with the best intentions, sort of. He wanted her to get to know him and not just her brother’s best friend. However, Julia Westin was a woman who did not make decisions lightly. She was a planner and analytical about every aspect of her life. So, when Bram throws her life upside down, will she be willing to open her heart?
Bram stole my heart right from the start. He was sexy, smart, protective and so very caring, but also so very determined. I loved how he set out to woo and win his Jules. I loved their story so much! It was sweet and captivating. I have to say I also loved Bram’s best friends so much as well. Roark and Rath (Julia’s brother) were a hoot and I would definitely love to get their stories as well! Another great read by Meghan Quinn.

Happy reading!
The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend’s Sister is the perfect book to start the New Year with it will have you giggling and it will leave you smiling like a Cheshire Cat and it’s certainly a book that will be read and re read. I love rom com’s, friends to lovers and best friends brother or sister romances so this book was always going to be on my radar and it did not disappoint, it was just what I needed to get me out of the book slump I found myself in at the end of the year.
Bram has had his eyes on his best friends sister for a few years now but it was only when he conveniently lost a bet with his friends was it possible to make his move on getting close to Julia but first he needs to prove to her he really wants to find love and he really does take her dating business seriously. Will Jules let her guard down with the man she can only see as a playboy frat boy……
This was a funny easy to read book with loveable characters who have sizzling chemistry and who share lots of witty banter, this is a must read for romantic comedy lovers.
Cute story about Bram, who’s been in love with his best friends little sister, Julia.
I don’t want to give the story line away, I feel it’s best to read it and experience it yourself! I enjoyed the story, and what Bram went through, I’m sure you will enjoy it too!! Grab it asap!!! 4 1/2 stars for this one!!
Meghan Quinn has a way of giving us unique and interesting storylines filled with humorous moments and memorable characters combined with just the right amount of steam that keep the pages turning.
The Secret to Dating your Best Friend’s Sister is a sweet, friends to lovers romance that has been growing and slowly burning for ten years. Jules had no idea that Bram was slowly pursuing her since they met in college.
Bram is a closet romantic. He has been drawn to Jules and has wanted to date her for a long time but knew her well enough that waiting for the right time was the way to win her heart. So he continued to be her friend and a part of her life.
Jules sees the world of dating in specific colors, but has never figured out which color she is or who could be her perfect match. Little did she know that the perfect match has been there all along and is right in front of her.
What a great and quirky read. Bram and Julia aka Jules had me laughing and swooning so hard I couldn’t read this fast enough.
I loved Bram’s patients with her. She did give me a minor headache when she almost destroyed their HEA, but I can forgive her because she didn’t throw them away which just shows how smart she was .
I think this is my second book that has Meghan Quinn’s name attached to it and I’m a huge fan already. Can’t wait to see what comes next.

OMG Meghan Quinn almost killed me with the SLOOOOOOOW Burn with The Secret to Dating Your Best Friend’s Sister!!! I was ready to wring a certain heroine’s neck because come on, who could resist a man like Bram. I would have jumped his bones in seconds from his intro into the story. I was not sure what to think at the beginning. Would I end up loving or hating Julia. I am afraid to say I almost stopped reading the story multiple times. So why am I still giving this book a 5 star rating? Because even though I had major mixed emotions, Meghan gives us a lot of laughter and banter. She will not disappoint you I promise!
The steam factor comes along and it is off the charts good. I will say the author had me falling for her misunderstood heroine and I loved Bram just as much. My favorite secondary character was Julia’s brother. His relationship with Bram was so un-ordinary and I loved it! Especially when he defended Bram to Julia! What a hoot!
So all in all, this story will keep your emotions all over the place. You will laugh and you will sigh over and over. Perfect read to spend a weekend with!
5 star review of The Secret To Dating Your Best Friend’s Sister by Meghan Quinn
What a great read this one was; I was hooked from the first to the last page and could
I had so many laugh out loud moments reading this book that I am sure the people on my train thought I was stark raving mad.
I fell hard and fast for Bram, he was so swoon worthy and he really laid it all on the line. My heart was palpitating as he put himself out there when he admitted his feelings for Julia.
The chemistry between Bram and Julia was so intense that you could almost feel it as you were reading. Bram’s relationships with his best friends and their camaraderie and banter was so good; such a great group of friends.
This was one of those books I could not put down. All the characters were likeable and I totally found myself immersed in the story line. Meghan Quinn is one of the best authors in the romantic comedy genre and one I highly recommend.
One click, you won’t be disappointed.
Holy hotness!! Is there anything that Meghan can’t write with swooniness, heart and humor?!? I think not!
This story is about Julia and Bram.
Julia is the wallflower, she has resigned herself to this. But to Bram she is so much more.
Bram is the perfect compliment to Julia. Where she is shy and introverted, he is brash and bold.
Julia is so analytical that she fails to see what’s right in front of her. She couldn’t see the forest through the trees. And that could be a big detriment to her.
Bram is amazing in his ability to push Julia but to do so gently so she could finally see him in the way that he wants and needs.
As always, Meghan writes secondary characters that are amazing and could take the story from the main characters. Meghan makes you root for them just as much as the main characters! I am so hoping for Rath and Roark to have their own stories!
Another stellar story by and amazing author! You know you are going to go on a magical ride when you crack open one for her books! She makes you laugh, she makes you cry and she makes you swoon! The perfect trifecta in a story!
