BOOK ONE in the PAIGE COMBER MYSTERY series
more
It turned into a feel good read. I find I am enjoying that kind more and more.
Started slow and kind of meanders.
The girl seemed to depend on the cat too much. You can have luck once or twice but not all the tome. That’s just too lazy of a story. But otherwise it’s interesting enough so i kept reading until i finished
I really enjoyed this books, can’t wait for more deals on this series.
5 stars
Easy five stars kept your attention until the end. You will be guessing who did it up until the end.
I can gladly recommend this to my advanced reading preteen friends no sexual references or language
Very Entertaining.
Enjoyable cozy mystery.
a fun little mystery
A fun, witty and entertaining “who dunnit” set on the seashore. Paige is smart, strong and smitten with a young man who came to the small town to help his Uncle when his Uncle dies. Paige uses her intelligence, wit and bravery to unravel the town’s secrets which led to the Uncle’s death in order to save her new Beau.
Fun read, kept me interested
I really enjoyed this book. Kept me on my toes. Never knew what was going to happen next. Great characters.
Good story, an enjoyable easy read
I read this book in one sitting. It was an easy read with an interesting mystery. I loved the main character and her interactions with everyone in this small sea side town.
Lots of action and a great read!
I was excited to find a cozy mystery with a young sleuth – even better one that takes place in a small coastal town. I was imagining Nancy Drew at the beach, but unfortunately, the story fell flat for me. The narrator wasn’t believable as an early-twenty-something, and the small-town setting just didn’t have the charm I was hoping.
Was definitely a quick summer read.
takes time to get into the plot. ok read
An entertaining and quick read. Likable characters.
This is about a woman who takes a summer job in a small beach town and investigates a murder with the help of the victim’s nephew.
