Having been raised as a military brat, she knows what it’s like to grow up in a home with a man who puts duty first and feelings last. But William is nothing like her father. He takes his job seriously, yet is good with the girls in a way she never could have anticipated. And when he’s alone with Cora, good doesn’t begin to describe how he is…
As an orphan with no idea how to be part of a family, being named guardian of three toddlers just might be William’s worst nightmare. Even worse is sharing a home with their stunningly attractive nanny-turned-mother, who’s made it perfectly clear she thinks he’s the wrong man for the job. But when it becomes apparent someone’s trying to harm the triplets, William’s protective feelings get riled up. Cora is riling up feelings too, ones he can’t ignore. Suddenly, being part of a real family may be what his lonely life needs—even if it’s only temporary.
As the danger to the triplets grows, William realizes all the warm and fuzzy feelings are getting in the way of his duty. To protect the triplets, he’ll have to put up a wall between the new family he’s built, but losing Cora and the triplets might just destroy him.

This was such a good read the storyline was a little unusual but it was also a lot of fun. I picked this up and could not put it down until the very last page. I really liked both Cora and William and the girls were just adorable This is a super read I really enjoyed it.

When William accepts the protection detail for the triplets, he didn’t expect to fall for them and with Cora. Having not having a family after the accident when he was nine, he was sent off to military school. After being in the SEALS he found the family he thought was all he needed, however after joining the security agency, he was hoping to find another family there.
As part of his interview to protect the girls, he had to have a play date with them which was another challenge for him in which he was able to succeed at. Through the following weeks providing protection and learning how to care for the triplets, William becomes attached to them along with Cora. With the increased attacks and accidents, William feels he needs to step back from the day to day interaction as he feels he is not able to protect them to the best of his ability and in doing so, the distance created causes everyone stress. Once the threat is discovered and taken care of, then Cora forces him to leave, but not without giving William a chance to explain why he wants to stay with them, at that point, he doesn’t know how to say it and leaves. Eventually, he realized he made a mistake and that he fell in love with Cora and the girls. Eventually she reaches out to him and they are able to be together.

I loved this story. A great story line about a Navy Seal trying to cope after leaving the seals due to an injury and Cora (nanny) taking care of triplet girls after their parents died in a fire. The girls were a hoot, loved them. But there in danger and William was requested in the parents will if something happened to them he was to be a guardian and a protector as well. Someone wants the girls dead. Lots of action, funny scenes and love all around. HEA.
A great SEAL protector romance. Another enjoyable book by Knight. Solid characters, endearing children, and an energetic storyline.

This book has all the things that make me love reading romantic suspense. There’s blazing chemistry between our leading couple. Even though they’re fighting it, we all know that eventually William and Cora are going to give in to that magnetic pull. There’s a compelling mystery that both brings our hero and heroine together but also makes it more difficult for them to stay that way. Bonus for it being a mystery I couldn’t immediately outthink. There’s pulse-pounding suspense and dramatic action that pull the reader deeper into the story. And there’s sweet, silly family moments that left me alternately giggling and saying “awe!” too many times to count.

The unusual story line in the book information is that first thing that grabbed my attention. I’m glad that I picked up the book because I did like it.
Paige, Melody and Haley (the triplets) were a handful and they are wearing Cora down to the bone. But she loves them with every ounce of her being and will do whatever it takes to protect them. Which brings her to the uncomfortable presentation of William being brought in. It’s more than a suggestion though that he be a part of their household. The girl’s dead parents had made it a part of the guardianship for the triplets. An unusual condition but it soon becomes clear just how necessary it is. It does take a while to get to the point where the danger really stands out. But during that time, “the girls” and Cora start to work better as a team with William. As you can expect though there will be some flare ups!
Each little girl has such a distinct personality. Paige is the leader with kind of an Alpha like personality. Melody is the smiling, cheerful one, who only pushes back when she needs to. Haley is the quieter, shy one, who is very tenderhearted. It was interesting to watch as time went on how other strengths started to show up as time went on. William is very secure in his ability to keep everyone safe. Not so secure when it comes to interactions with kids. We do find out through his actions that he has abilities in that area that he didn’t know he had. After a few things happen he begins to question those security abilities because of his split attention with Cora and the girls. More than once he cuts himself off from them to keep them safe. You can just image the confusion that causes and not just for them. One of the cute quirks that Cora had that made me smile was when she got a chance to read, she left odd bookmarks in a book.
I had someone on my radar as a suspect when it came to who was threatening the girls and it turns out that I was right. But that didn’t ruin things for me because curiosity kept me going. What other dangers are going to be thrown at the “family” and how does the villain get found out? The “why” is always a nice touch but not too hard to figure out. I wanted the “Who”,and “How” exposed and overcome.
Cora and Williams have their moments of “heat” as they struggle to overcome their baggage about a true romance.
It all ends with a smile-worthy Epilogue.

I have really come to love Katie Knight’s stories. She has a knack for being able to draw the reader in and never once lose their attention. If this story is any indication, Ms Knight has a super successful future ahead.
The book brings the reader in just after the deaths of Bob and Jeanie Lawrence. Cora Caspian is awarded guardianship of the couple’s triplet daughter, Haley, Melody, and Paige. But she must share guardian with an ex-Navy Seal, William Royce. The biggest catch, William is in charge of the girls’ safety and has never had contact with children. He was orphaned at the age of nine and has no real family to pull life experience from. On the other hand, Cora has been the nanny of the three toddlers from infancy and is still grieving the lost of the Lawrence’s as well. William is not only tasked with the safety of the Lawrence triplets and their nanny, but also finding out who wants the tikes dead. When he finally solves the riddle, he will stop at nothing to keep his girls safe. A beautiful HEA is the perfect climax to the wonderfully written tale. And although there were several steamy scenes, nothing was overly in-your-face.

Cora Caspian did not want William Royce an ex Navy Seal in the lifes of the three girls Haley, Paige and Melody that she became guardian of after their parents died, she had been their Nanny. But the girls parents had planned that he would be. I enjoyed reading how all five of them come together as a family. There is suspense, drama, danger, a very evil man, and love. A lovely story with a hunky man, sexy woman and three adorable toddlers. Cora has been left as guardian to triplets. She finds out she has to share guardianship with an ex Navy Seal, William. William really doesn’t want the job, but once he meets them he is enamored. As they bond closer the dangers keep coming. You will be delighted by the antics of the girls and swoon to see the SEAL get cornered by them. It is a great story about forming a family despite being not blood related. It takes openness and acceptance to get them all to a fairytale ending.
I enjoyed reading this. I like both characters, they are a bit stubborn but they have great chemistry and restraint but especially love their patience and diligence taking care of the triplets. This “job” opens up a new opportunity for William and he realistically portraits the difficulties that come along with that. Very heartwarming, the girls are sweet and rambunctious of course. It was interesting reading how these warriors worked out their differences, challenges and experiences and then compromise for the good of the family. It was kind of obvious to me who the culprit is but I love part that too, because I’d rather be captivated then analytical when reading fiction, lol. I love the whole story but Chapter 28 has a wealth of feeling and is a slam dunk, icing on the cake, drop the mic moment!!! Very well done Ms. Knight! Family comes in all shapes and sizes…
Family comes in all shapes and sizes. Is it possible for a woman with a bad history with a military man, an ex-SEAL and an set of orphan triplets to form a family? Cora is the caregiver of the most precious set of triplets you could wish for. William was chosen to by their deceased parents to be the protector of the girls. Watching William learn to interact with the triplets was not only sweet but sexy as he**. No wonder Cora couldn’t help falling for him. This story was a great read but it was the triplets- Paige, Melody and Haley- who stole my heart.

Cora and William butt heads from the get go but you get it, the girls mean soo much to Cora especially since they lost their parents and William wants nothing more than to do his job however finds it hard as Cora doesn’t seem to really get the girls can be in danger. There are some good twists as well as heart warming moments and sizzling attraction that both Cora and William fight that keeps you hooked and you just need to know who is behind the attacks and why they are doing it.

This is a well written book with strong characters and an entertaining story line. The author does a great job developing the story and pulled me in with Cora and William’s relationship. She brings the story to life with her detailed scenes and had me turning the pages as fast as I could to see how it ends. I loved and highly recommend this book.

This story is just simply said wonderful. It is really sweet and long enough for it to have good room for a few plots and solutions to those and then a bit more of good storytelling. The storyline is good and the characters are really well written out descriptive and one can just imagine and visualize them. Overall this is quite a good story and really well deserving of the four stars I am giving it here.

3.5 stars**** This is not going to be a run of the mill protection assignment. He has been hired to keep triplet toddlers and their guardian safe from an unknown source. I think he realizes that you don’t miss what you’ve never had. Little rugrats can get under your skin when you are not expecting them as do the two guardians when they fall prey to their feelings. The perpetrator is not an unexpected surprise and greed makes some push the envelope a little to far and it rips. His interactions with the girls is heartwarming when he is accepted and drawn into their lives. He is terribly shocked to face the fact that he has fallen in love, in more ways that one. Nice, enjoyable read.

I really enjoyed this wonderful romance. I thought that Cora and William were both very likable and I loved them as a couple. The story is engaging and it easily kept me focused and entertained. I felt that there was a really sweet feeling to this read. The story line is a great combination of deep emotions, drama, danger, action, suspense and romance.
I loved this book! Cora has triplets and William is in charge of security. The struggle they both have and the way they work together…

A page turner. I could not put it down. I couldn’t wait to see what happened between Cora & William. Cora is a nanny of triplets one day and the next she is the guardian of the triplets. William was in the service and due to an injury he now is the security team to watch & protect the girls & their guardian Cora. She makes his job hard because she think she can’t take care of them like he should. He is up for the challenge to prove her wrong. All 4 girls are starting to fall in love with him and don’t want him leave when the time comes. He comes back because he can’t stay away and the girls miss him horribly.
