After a mission where he exposed one of his team members as a traitor, Navy SEAL Alex Vale just wants to be alone to process what went wrong. But when he gets home, he’s anything but alone. His ex-girlfriend, Soledad Hayes, is in his house and… surprise! She’s in labor. With his child. Alex would never abandon his child the way his own mother did, so he vows to be there for his son, Luke. If that … that means inviting Soledad and the baby to live with him until she can afford a place of her own, then so be it. He couldn’t risk giving Soledad his heart, but he still cares for her. But soon after Soledad and Luke come home, Alex learns the SEAL he called out is set on revenge. The safest place for Soledad and Luke is far from him—even if she’ll never forgive him for pushing her away again.
Soledad grew up being taught that the Hayes women were cursed when it comes to men, and she’s no different. Falling for Alex was such a mistake. Even worse, she can’t stop thinking about the three of them as a real family, wondering what it would be like if Alex stayed around long-term. After all, it was his refusal to commit that caused their break-up in the first place. Alex might make her blood run hot and her heart sing, but she’s convinced he’ll also leave her. Soledad still loves him, but that doesn’t mean he loves her enough to stay. Even though she’d hoped—foolishly—that this time would be different, that the curse would be broken.
When Alex is faced with his worst fears, it will take some doing… but maybe he can finally reverse the Hayes curse, overcome his own demons, and win Soledad’s heart forever.
USA Today Bestseller Leslie North invites you to indulge in a heart-pounding military romance with a hot, super-alpha Navy SEAL protecting the woman he loves at all costs…

The last Vale brother finally finds love. Alexa had love in Soledad, but was afraid to tell her, they broke up, and while he was on a mission for months she has been pregnant with his son. He comes home on the day his son is delivered and gets to be there and cut the cord. But living together as platonic friends is hard for both of them. Especially when a Seal he turned in or peddling opium is coming after him, Soledad, his son Luke, and could even come after his brothers and their families. He distances himself from Soledad in fear for her safety and she thinks this is the same old Alex; afraid to show his emotions and his love. But his emotions are so strong right now all he can concentrate on his keeping his “family” safe from his enemy. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review
The SEAL’s Pregnant Ex is the final book in the Admiral’s SEALs series. Alex is the last of the Vale brothers to get his own story. Back from a mission gone wrong he is ready to just unwind when he finds his very pregnant ex girlfriend living in his home. Soledad discovered that she was pregnant weeks after she and Alex broke up she had a run of bad luck and ended up homeless. Since Alex was on a mission she decided to stay at his place until she got back on her feet. Unfortunately, trouble has followed Alex back from his latest mission. A disgruntled SEAL wants revenge! Not only does Alex have to watch his back he has to protect Soledad and their newborn son and prepare his brothers for the pay back. This was an intense book!
Packed into this spicy psychological thriller is a really sweet love story. Just like his brothers, Alex is carrying around a lot of emotional baggage from the way they grew up. It caused him to allow his ex, Soledad, to walk out on him. Returning after a rough deployment finds Alex confronting several unexpected surprises: Soledad in his home, carrying his child, and an enemy he once thought of as a brother who’s now bent on revenge against everything Alex holds dear. I loved watching Alex and Soledad bond over their newborn, and it was so beautiful to see both of them come out from behind their protective walls to fall deeply in love with one another. I also quite enjoyed the chance to catch up with the other Vale brothers and their families.

As he and Soledad are getting along, he had not told her of the threat against them. When threat escalates, Alex makes the decision on how to handle it which further pushes them apart after Soledad feels they are finding each other again. Alex returns from a mission and finds his pregnant ex girlfriend is living in his house.

Opening the door he enter and just manages to stop his ex-girlfriend from bashing over the head but turning to look at her he is shocked to see she is heavily pregnant. Soledad Hayes had broken up with him just before he had left for his last mission holding a pot plant that she had intended to hit him over the head with. He take the plant and as he does she curls up holding her stomach. She is in labor and he has returned in time to take her to the hospital to watch his son born. Then he is warned that there is a danger stemming from his last mission.

I really enjoyed this story about Soledad and Alex. Alex had just returned from Seal duty in Afghanistan when he sees his former girlfriend, Soledad living at his townhouse. She is in labor with his baby that he didn’t even know about since she had been unable to contact him when he was on his mission. She had ended up homeless and jobless and stayed at his place since she had a key and nowhere else to go. They had broken up right before he left because he was unable to commit to her. He been been treated poorly by his parents and he remained close to his brothers but wouldn’t commit in a relationship. Alex felt threatened by a member of his former Seal team that he had turned in to authorities for selling drugs and who wanted revenge on Alex and his family. Would Alex be able to protect his family and could he commit to a future with Soledad and their son?
This was an enjoyable story that had well developed characters who you could see why they acted the way they did. The suspense, emotion, and family love were great to read about. I recommend this fun book.

This is the third book in the series and while each one can be read on their own this is a great series and I would recommend it. I really enjoyed Alex and Soledad’s book it was a good well written second chance romance and had enough action and drama in it to keep me hooked and reading. I am really enjoying this series
Alex is the youngest Vale’s brother. He has a trust issues so when he find the woman in labour and dog in his house surprise is not really word to use. But his responsibility and training in action takes over. In few more hours he becomes a daddy.
Soledad, trustworthy, beautiful and ready to help everyone. This includes a abandoned puppy.
After giving birth to cute baby Luke, who looks exactly like handsome father, and living together she knew that he could love him if he let her . Just if he can open his heart.
It’s nice romance with some suspense twists . Somebody is coming to hurt Alex and to protect his loved one,he pushes them away. But in this process he can loose them…
I did enjoy reading. This book brings all brothers and theirs family back together. More love, friendship and more babies.

Opening Their Hearts For Family –
Alex Hale was similar in his brother’s previous thinking of living a solitary life, because of their difficult upbringing. However, his son’s unexpected entry into his life, threw a spanner into his well structured life. Solidad on the other hand, had accepted the fact she would be a single mum, until Alex returned from deployment and she went into labour. The suspense, angst, twists, insecurities, communication issues and amazing sexual encounters, makes this book one hell of a read.
Whilst reading this story, I felt the rollercoaster of emotions the characters went through, as Leslie North did an amazing job with the storyline so that it felt like I was watching everything unfold right in front of me like a movie. This book brought an intriguing and happy ending to the Vale Brothers lives.

Another excellent story about one of the Vale brothers. This is Alex’s story. He’s still active, but after finding out Soladad is pregnant with his baby he has decisions to make. But something happened on his last mission and it might endanger his little family. I love reading about Seal’s and what they endure and their loved ones. Plenty of suspense, some danger and a beautiful baby. HEA.
Another wonderful addition to the series! Alex finally gets his story and what a read it was. Just the right amount of danger, suspense and a heat level that will melt you. Likable characters, easy to read storyline, and a chemistry that sizzles made this a must read. I can’t wait to see what this author next series is and definitely recommend you start this series today.
The author has brought back some of our favorite characters and introduced us to some new ones. This story completes the series of the Vale brothers. We are given love, hope, danger, lies, suspense and action. This story has it all.

This was the third and final book in the series of “The Admiral’s SEALS” about the three teenage Vale brothers that Admiral Peter Anderson took in after his retirement from the Navy. Turning young men that had been abandoned by their mother and abused by a drunken father with tough love into men of integrity, responsibility, and the ability to trust again.
This particular one, Alex the youngest of three brothers just returned from his last SEAL assignment with a feeling of disgust over something that had happened during the mission. As he comes in his front door, he takes in several things at once a magazine, a purse, and a potted plant about to brain him, all of which belong to his ex-girlfriend Soledad. Then he noticed Soledad was very pregnant, but she was in pain too as she had just gone into labor.
A romance filled with discovery and suspense as Alex and Soledad navigate their way through their new relationship as they had originally thought they would never see each other again. Now they have Luke and Alex plans to be a part of Luke’s life. Then there was the problem with the last mission, and Alex has to protect both Soledad and Luke from his enemy. The story unfolds beautifully as Alex learns that from the lessons the Admiral taught him that he was capable of learning to love and trust.
Alex and Soledad have amazing chemistry together, and you knew from the beginning they belonged together as a team. As a couple they seemed to be more in sink to each other, when they went to do things. From the beginning they had a deeper unspoken communication, making for a richer story making this a jewel of a read.

I just love Leslie North! Navy Seal Alex loves Soledad but they broke up because he wouldn’t commit to her. But what he doesn’t know is he left a little surprise behind and coming home he’ll be surprised. Now he needs her to get far away from him as he’s worried she will get hurt especially when an ex seal is wanting revengeful for Alex calling him out as a traitor. You will enjoy this book!

Alex comes home after a mission to find his ex-girlfriend living in his house. And she has a surprise – she’s having a baby. Literally. Her water breaks before they get past the foyer. He didn’t even know that Soledad was pregnant; although she tried to contact him, the nature of his mission had him out of contact except for dire emergencies only. Her employer went out of business, then her rental unit was sold, leaving her jobless and homeless at 7 months along. Someone’s after Alex – another SEAL, angry at Alex’s actions, is threatening him, and anyone close to him. I loved this book – the romance (of course) is hot and steamy, but the suspense and action kept me on the edge of my seat. We knew who, but not when, or how, or who he would hurt. There is a really nice tribute to the Admiral near the end of the book. This is a terrific ending to the series.
