Former Navy SEAL Colin Vale is looking for a woman. Not just any woman, though. He wants one who will be a good mother to his adopted daughter, Sofia. Someone steady and reliable who will give Sofia the kind of stable, happy childhood he didn’t have. That woman is not Lily Rhodes, Sofia’s new nanny—a free spirit whose top priority is chasing her dreams. But despite Lily not checking off any of … the marks for what he wants, Colin can’t fight his attraction to her. To Colin, who thrives on regimentation, Lily’s priorities seem utterly alien. So why does he find her whimsical nature so darned appealing? Even while he goes out on a series of dates to find the perfect wife and mother, he can’t stop thinking about Lily…
As the oldest of eight children, Lily’s early life was full of responsibility and expectations. The last thing she wants is to settle down before she has a chance to explore, to live. That doesn’t mean she isn’t wildly attracted to Colin, though. How could any red-blooded woman not be attracted to a man like him? He’s the hottest guy she’s ever met and a loving father to Sofia… but this gig as a nanny is temporary, just a way to make money until she can do what her heart truly wants. The problem is, the longer she stays, the more her heart is turning in another direction—and that scares the daylights out of her. She doesn’t want to be tied down, yet how can she even think of leaving?
So when she’s offered an opportunity that would bring her time with Colin and Sofia to an end, Lily is forced to make a life-altering decision and decide what her dreams truly are.

I loved reading The Seal’s Beautiful Nanny by Leslie North because it was a sweet and very steamy book about Colin and Lily. Colin is a single dad to Sofia and needs a nanny, so he hires Lily. Lily is not sure what she wants to do with her life. She is not looking for a long term position and she told Colin that. Colin found it very easy to talk with Lily and his daughter loved her. But Colin needed to find a wife and a mother for Sofia and so he started to go on dates, but it seemed that he was starting to have feelings for Lily and she was having feelings for him. Unfortunately, it seems that there is another man interested in Lily and it has her freaked out. Lily also has the opportunity to work as an intern at a comic book company and not sure whether she should take it. I wondered if Lily would take the internship and wonder what would happen with her and Colin and Sofia. I hoped she would realize that her dream is to be with Colin and Sofia. I like the cover of the book. This is how I pictured Colin would look like and he is hot looking!!! I highly recommend reading this book. It is fantastic!!

Love that they colored the Seal’s Life Forever!!! Love this book. This is about Colin, Sofia and Lily. I love a book with a child in it and this one was special. Colin adopted Sofia and now needs a nanny as his business in security is taking off and he needs someone that lives in so that he doesn’t feel obligated to come home and let someone drive late at night. Lily is trying to find herself as she has always been the odd one of the family and doesn’t really know what to do expect color everything around her. Lily goes to interview for this position thinking that living in will allow her to save enough money to travel around, but as time goes by something else happens. There is action in this book, and she is determined to put up a fight to protect those she loves even if she doesn’t recognize it yet. As I won’t give this away, do note I love the PROM scene especially as in today’s world many will not be able to enjoy one. I hope many get something similar!

Leslie writes outstanding stories about finding love where you least expect it
Colin offers Lily the live-in nanny position, even though Lily has her sites set on finding her next career path. Lily is happy to leave behind her old apartment and the creepy neighbor across the hall, and she soon rediscovers her love for art. So when Colin starts dating, why is it that all each other can think about is the other. Add in Lily’s dream job offer, a suspenseful plot twist and you’ll be wondering how it will all end!
Leslie North has written a 5-star book that will keep your interest until the last page. Lily doesn’t have a clue about what she wants to do with her life. She sees an ad for a live-in Nanny and she goes to apply. She is not too sure about the non-color guy at first. When Colin meets Lily for the first time, he feels an attraction to her and she tells him that the job is only temporary. At one point the attraction is too hard to fight and they sleep together and things don’t go well the next day. Asia finds out someone is after her and she and Colin try to find out who it is. The more time Lily and Colin spend together, the harder it is for Lily to think about leaving him and Sofia.
Will Lily realize that what she has been looking for is right in front of her with Colin and Sofia?
Can Colin get Lily to stay with him and Sofia for good?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

A wonderful romantic read from Leslie North with a touch of mystery and intrigue to keep you engrossed until the very end. The plot was somewhat two told with the mystery and the love story, but Ms. North brought them together flawlessly. The cast was somewhat smallish with three main characters all being well developed with chemistry. These people were the father, Colin Vale, his adopted daughter, Sophia, and the nanny, Lily Rhodes. Colin was very analytically minded, while Lily was more of a free spirit, but they were attracted to each other. Talk about opposites attract it was these two. Would they be able to bend enough to see the good in the other one and realize the danger before it was to late. Start early as you will not want to put this book down until you are finished.

Colin and Lily’s book was a little unexpected. What do you get when put two opposites together? Will they actually find love with each other or will she leave him and his daughter?

The Seal’s Beautiful Nanny is the second book in Leslie North’s The Admiral’s SEAL’s Sons series and another exciting story. Both Lily and Colin’s lives are missing something but neither are sure of what. Colin is a former SEAL he knows what he wants but not what he needs. Lily is still looking for her passion and both roads lead to the same location.

Learning To Live A Full Life:
By Korkoi –
OMG! This is such a beautiful story, even with the added feeling of uncertainty and trepidation. Colin’s life was structured due to his chaotic upbringing and military experience, so you would think that employing Lilly, whose life was unstructured and filled with colour as his nanny, would create conflict. However, it appears they were able to give each other something, that they weren’t aware they needed. The combination of drama, sizzling chemistry, life changing decisions and love, shone through the pages and made this story one you WILL NOT want to miss reading.

This is the second book in the series and I enjoyed it just as much as the first one. This is Lily and Colin’s book these two meet when he is looking for a Nanny for his daughter Sophie the chemistry between Lily and Colin is there right from the start, but there is plenty of misunderstandings which leaves them both getting hurt but when Lily ends up in danger he and his brothers are determined to keep her safe.
The author has given us characters that think they know what they want in life. The story pulls at our emotions with action, suspense and love/lust.

Another great book with twists and turns. Colin has retired from the Seals and has an adopted daughter from one of his missions. Lily is a free spirit who hires on as his nanny. Two exact opposites. But Sohpia (daughter) loves her. But Lily’s stalker causes a problem for them all. Excellent read. HEA.
Colin employs Lily as nanny for his adopted daughter Sofia then finds himself constantly thinking about her.
Lily has left her teaching job but needs a job so she applies for the job of nanny to Ex-SEAL Colin Vale’s adopted daughter Sofia and is surprise when she is offer the position. It is a live in position and Lily is glad to be moving away from the creepy man in the apartment opposite. She hopes this job will give her time to figure out what she wants to in the future.Ex-SEAL Colin Vale has decided to hire a nanny to give him time to start dating and find a woman to be a wife to him and a mother to his daughter Sofia but as Lily moves in and find her feet that he is thinking about her more and more but Lily has made it clear she will be moving on at some point.

The SEAL’s Beautiful Nanny is another fabulous book by Leslie North’s The Admiral’s SEALS and sees Colin Vale make the unprecedented decision to become a single dad. This second book in the series is packed with the unexpected, drama, laughs, romance and messiness too. I loved the dynamic between Colin and Lily and watching this rigid SEAL evolve from existing in a sterile and ordered environment, to embracing colour, light and cheerfulness, was heart-warming. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and look forward to the next in this series.
Really liked this story & the characters were great. When Lily took the job of nanny to Sophia it was only supposed to be temporary but she didn’t plan on falling in love with Sophia & her dad Colin. They tried to deny the sexual chemistry between them for as long as they could him even going out on dates with other women but when they finally gave in their night of passion seemed to be like a one night stand as they both knew her stay was temporary. However, it took her Auntie telling her about a fantastic job opportunity in New York & Lily’s phyco stalker Stout to make them realise that they didn’t want Lily to leave that they both loved each other & wanted to be a family with Sophia. Although this could be read as a stand alone it was great the way his brother Zach & his family were in parts of the story aswell, I’m hoping there’s another story about Alex the other brother as I’ve loved this book.

The Seal’s Beautiful Nanny is a amazing story that once you start reading, you can’t put it down. I love reading how the character’s dreams and wishes grow and change throughout their journey.
Colin, being in the military, likes things to be neat and in place. Lily grew up being responsible, now that she is on her own she wants color in her life.
Wanting time to find a wife and mother for his daughter, Colin hired Lily to be his daughter’s nanny, knowing it was temporary. Lily is trying to figure out what she really wants out if life, but being a nanny is a start. Over time they can’t ignore their attraction, but will the give up their dreams?
This story tugs at your heart while keeping you on the edge of your seat with the twist and turns you don’t expect.

Colin is a single dad who hires a nanny to help with his daughter. Lilly is so unlike Colin and, where Colin is analytical, black and white Lilly is bright and vibrant. Will these two be able to get along? Can something else come about from them being in close quarters.? Will Colin loosen up or will he not bend. This is the second book in the Admirals Seals series. I loved Colin!
