Former Navy SEAL Colin Vale is looking for a woman. Not just any woman, though. He wants one who will be a good mother to his adopted daughter, Sofia. Someone steady and reliable who will give Sofia the kind of stable, happy childhood he didn’t have. That woman is not Lily Rhodes, Sofia’s new nanny—a free spirit whose top priority is chasing her dreams. But despite Lily not checking off any of … the marks for what he wants, Colin can’t fight his attraction to her. To Colin, who thrives on regimentation, Lily’s priorities seem utterly alien. So why does he find her whimsical nature so darned appealing? Even while he goes out on a series of dates to find the perfect wife and mother, he can’t stop thinking about Lily…
As the oldest of eight children, Lily’s early life was full of responsibility and expectations. The last thing she wants is to settle down before she has a chance to explore, to live. That doesn’t mean she isn’t wildly attracted to Colin, though. How could any red-blooded woman not be attracted to a man like him? He’s the hottest guy she’s ever met and a loving father to Sofia… but this gig as a nanny is temporary, just a way to make money until she can do what her heart truly wants. The problem is, the longer she stays, the more her heart is turning in another direction—and that scares the daylights out of her. She doesn’t want to be tied down, yet how can she even think of leaving?
So when she’s offered an opportunity that would bring her time with Colin and Sofia to an end, Lily is forced to make a life-altering decision and decide what her dreams truly are.

I really enjoyed this book. Lily and Colin’s story is a fun read filled with plenty of emotions, suspense, danger, heart, twists and romance. This book was very easy to get into and it held my attention well. A great read and an excellent addition to this series. This is my sincere, volitional review.
I really enjoyed the pull between the characters but how hard they fought it. They are complete opposites or at least at first glance they look like it. Lily was the oldest and took care of her siblings. Now she wants to take chances and let loose to find what she wants out of life. Colin is a hard worker with a young daughter who needs someone to look after her. They are trying to focus on the issue at hand. Lily is there to take care of Sofia. Lily is scared of the feelings she has for Colin. She doesn’t want to get tied down but what if this is where she is supposed to be for the rest of her life? What will Lily do stay or take the leap to leave?

Their chemistry leaped off the pages. This book has it all. Romance, drama, great characters and entertaining storyline. Cannot wait to read the next book in this series. Happy reading everyone!!
THE SEAL’S BEAUTIFUL NANNY (The Admiral’s Seals Book 2) By Leslie North
This is the 2nd story in the Admiral’s Seals series. They can be read as stand alone but I feel are more enjoyable when you know the history of the others. Colin Vale is a former Seal who is a control freak, single father of a toddler girl. He is needing a live in nanny to help him while he is working. Lily Rhodes is a former teacher who is a free spirit and would like to be an artist, who happens to need a new place to live. She isn’t sure, but is concerned about a possible stalker. Colin and Lily have drama, suspense, chemistry, danger, and passion in their story. I give this 5 stars.

Colin is working in security and has a daughter, a toddler. As it becomes more and more difficult to ask family to take care of Sophy while he works he is looking for a temporary nanny until he finds a suitable wife to be mother to his daughter.
Lily, the nanny he hires gets under his skin, while she is trying to help him find the perfect wife. But who really is perfect for him and his daughter?
A funny story mostly, with small scenes of Sophy’s wisdom, but also showing the struggle of giving up old goals and perceived dreams, realizing that dreams change…The characters are believable, the struggle seems mostly realistic and it is easy to identify with the characters in the book

This is the second book in the admirals seals series and is another fun read from this talented author
Lilly as the oldest of eight children didn’t have the greatest child hood she was basically a nanny to her younger siblings so now that she is in control of her own life she likes to live it free and if that means she comes across as a bit of a free spirit then so be it. That isn’t want Navy seal Colin Vale wants for the nanny of his adopted daughter Sofia he wants someone calm and stable So why his he so attracted to Lilly and why did he give her the job. Lilly only sees this job as temporary a way to make money so she can travel so why is the though of leaving Colin and Sofia killing her Can they admit that while they may be total opposites they are just what the other needs and build a life together
It Grabbed My attention and focus so strong I could not put it down. A word of advice when you get your copy. Grab a snack, a comfy seat, kick back and relax. You will not be moving until you finish this bad boy here. Remarkable job. Thanks for sharing.

An engaging boss employee romance read
Lily, a former teacher looking to find her true passion, answers an ad for a nanny placed by Colin, retired SEAL and a member of a security company. As the story progresses both of them are reshaped, old habits come in handy, and determining what actually is needed versus what is wanted may save them both in the end. Leslie North’s The SEAL’s Beautiful Nanny is an engaging boss employee romance read. There is danger, mystery, and fighting both against and for romance in this book of her The Admiral’s SEALs series. If Alex can find someone, then all three brothers might have a happy ending.

Leslie North never fails me! I love everything she writes! The Seals Beautiful Nanny has engaging characters, some action, and lots of steamy romance!
Lily Rodes is tired of being her boring, predictable, conventional school teacher self. As the oldest of eight children and a school teacher, she has done her due diligence is doing the expected. When she loses her job for standing up for a bullied school child, she decides it is time for a change in her life.
John Stout, a neighbor in her apartment building, gives her the creeps. He always seems to be watching her.
Carolyn accepts an offer as a live-in nanny to Colin Vale’s toddler. She jumps at the chance to move from her current apartment building.
Colin Vale, an ex-seal, comes back from his latest tour with a child. He decides he needs a wife who is willing to be a mother for his adoptive daughter, Sofia. He wants a full-time nanny but settles for Lily when she insists that she will only work temporarily. Having Lily present on-site will give him time to date and vet wife prospects.
Read what happens as Colin searches for a wife. Will Colin notice a good thing right under his nose?
What happens when someone seems to be watching Lily. Can Colin protect Lily?
Will Lily follow her dreams? Can Lily find herself?
I received a free ARC of this delightful romance!

The story of Lily and Colin is the second story of this series and it was even better than the first one. The author drew me in from the start and I couldn’t help but root for the two who seemed so different from each other. I really enjoyed reading this fabulous story!

Colin Vale, an ex-Navy SEAL working with family for a security company, needs a nanny for his adopted daughter, Sophia. Lily Rhodes is a free spirit whose life as the oldest of 8 children had always been full of responsibility and expectations. She certainly doesn’t want to be tied down at this point in her life. She applied for the nanny job for the short-term and connected right away with Sophia. Although the chemistry is there between them, Colin’s mental checklist of the perfect mother for Sophia does not match up with Lily, even though he can’t get her off his mind. He tries dating but his thoughts keep returning to Lily. And the longer she stays there, the more she worries about the way she feels about them both.
When it looks like someone is stalking Lily, Colin remembers seeing the guy hanging around. Can he protect her and find the stalker before she is put in any danger? Will he and Lily finally realize that they can each find what they need in the other to make their lives complete? Can he convince her to stay?
This SEAL story is just beautiful. It has a good storyline and very well written out characters, the good guys just as well as the bad guys. It is also a feel good story which in today’s world is not bad at all!!! Overall it is a good story and well deserving of the fabulous four stars I am giving it here.

Lily and Colin are opposites so you wouldn’t think they would be perfect but they are. Their differences actually complement each other but they try and fight it because it’s not what they expected. Fate works in mysterious ways though and I loved getting to read their journey and how they moved past their differences and fears.
