Navy SEAL Demetri Lewis is used to danger. So when he receives threatening notes, he brushes it off. But when his former squad leader is murdered and Diana Addison, his best friend’s little sister—and the girl Demetri spent an amazing night with four months ago—is threatened, things become personal. Demetri immediately rushes to Diana’s house to save her and gets even more shocking news. Diana is … is pregnant. With his baby. Now, keeping Diana safe has taken on a new and monumental meaning. After losing his parents as a child, Demetri has tried to never care too much for anyone, which is why he’s terrified of his growing feelings for Diana.
All Diana ever really wanted was a normal family and a happy home—picket fence and all. Being single and pregnant was never in the plans, but Diana is willing to do what it takes to give her child a good life. Hopping from hotel to hotel, trying to lose whoever is after them, is terrifying—but it’d be far more difficult without someone like Demetri by her side. He’s kind, strong, sexy, and his kisses are decidedly swoon-worthy. When they finally settle in at Demetri’s childhood home to use it as a safe house, it’s impossible not to picture them becoming a family. But with the threats on her life intensifying, Diana is stunned by a decision Demetri makes—one that will tear them apart forever. She knows she can trust Demetri with her life, but can she ever trust him with her heart?

I really enjoyed this book. The chemistry between Diana and Demetri was undeniable. And watching them work through all of their personal baggage while trying to evade a madman made even my jaded little heart sigh. I loved Diana’s independence and quiet patience. Demetri is everything I expect from a military hero: noble, brave, and fiercely protective. It was a joy to see him learn to come out from behind the walls guarding his heart. However, there were some continuity issues, particularly in the final chapter, that threw me off. But, since what I read was an advanced copy, hopefully those issues were corrected before publication.

The Seal’s Accidental Pregnancy by Katie Knight is an absorbing tale of a seal and his woman friend on the run … from whom he is not sure, but one person is dead and several more have been threatened. Diana’s house had been burned to the ground. She barely missed being in it. The guy is smart. He sure knew where they were every minute. It all started when Demetri, doing his friend, Peter, a favor had escorted Diana to a formal ball. He didn’t like being dressed in the tux, but it all seemed to right itself when he saw her. Diana sure wasn’t the same girl she had been the last time he had seen her: ten years earlier. They danced, they ate, they drank, and when it came time to leave they were both overwhelmed with each other. It lead to an extremely fulfilling night and then he returned to the Seals, and she to her life as a Kindergarten teacher. Now, 4 months later, he was worried. His aunt had been threatened and he had seen her to a safe house. His former commander and friend and been threatened and then turned up with a bullet through his head. His thoughts turned to Diana so he figured out where she was and went there. Later he wondered if he had led their stalker to her.
Demetri was an emotionally damaged man. Strong and brave: a Seal, but he had no friends, he had no relationships with women. Even his aunt, who had raised him, was not close, although he loved her. He was a good man, but closed off, silent, overly rational. Diana was the opposite in every way. She was friendly, outgoing, kind, and loved children. They were wrong for each other in every way. Spending time with here while they were hiding had broken down his walls and he was beginning to feel. They problem was, his lack of experience told him that he was no good for her; that she was better off without him. Knight did a wonderful job with these two characters. Every emotion either of them felt, the reader felt. It made me cry when he sent her away. This was a good book, full of angst and fear, both literal and emotional. I recommend it.

Who wouldn’t love a big strong seal? Diana is in danger and pregnant with her brother’s best friends baby. Demetri knows he’s in danger as his former squad leader was murdered. Then he finds out because of him Diana is in danger and he has to protect her and apparently his baby. This is sure to be a ride he won’t forget.

Accidental nets an HEA
The SEAL’s Accidental Pregnancy by Katie Knight is a well written military romance featuring a couple who deny and deflect, but deep down want the same thing. Demetri and Diana experienced the loss of love at very early ages and those lessons learned have stayed with them long into adulthood. Demetri is a SEAL through and through, alpha all the way and a master at masking emotions. Diana has become so self reliant, she doesn’t even know what to do when offered assistance. Despite all that, these two have chemistry and a connection that rivals even their desperate attempts to ignore what is real between them.
In the midst of all this, the plot weaves in and out with plenty of suspense and danger, adding those alpha hero elements with Demetri saving the day on more than one occasion. It kept me on the edge of my seat and anticipating the next twist.
Overall, a very well written military romance with suspense and action ending with a really enjoyable couple to read about getting their HEA.

4.5***** stars. The only slow part was the first chapter. After that, it cruised right along. Demetri broke the Seal bro code and got involved with his best friend’s sister., Diana. He comes back from a mission that went sideways to find out that she is being stalked because it was assumed she was his girlfriend. Now, the drama kicks into full gear when the go on the run to find her a safe place. He is pretty intense and has walls to discourage relationships. She is determined to make them crumble. Well written and very enjoyable read.

Demetri is a man, who does not do relationships of any kind, except the brotherhood of SEALS.
Months after a one night stand with one of his buddies sister, he goes back to her because someone is targeting her because of him. He makes it just on time to get her out of a burning house. And realises that she is pregnant with his child from the one night stand.
On the run from the person who is trying to kill all the people he cares for, trying to figure out who it is and struggling with feelings for Diana he does not want to have, the time on the run becomes a time of reflection.
A good story, a little thrilling, but not too much, so it is an easy read, entertaining with a touch of romance.

This is quite a good SEAL story with a good storyline even though it is a bit drawn out and takes a bit long to get the story going somehow. The characters are also good. I am giving this story fabulous four stars.

A good book for anyone who likes romantic suspense. I feel like there could’ve been some events added to add to the suspense, but overall a good book. Can’t beat a HEA!

This was exciting to read as the suspense and running that Diana and Dimitri had to do kept me on my toes. Their chemistry is amazing but each has their own personal struggles to deal with in order to decide to be together. I liked the story but felt it was also similar to others by this author and would have wanted more.

This was a good well-written read and is Dimitri and Diana’s story if you enjoy a good romantic suspense, you cannot go wrong with this book. It was a fast-paced read and once I started it I did not want to put it down. The storyline had enough going on to keep me hooked and I thought these two had good chemistry.
When Demetri agreed to help out Diana to be her escort, he was helping his friend’s sister out after her breakup. Throughout the evening at the ball, he tried to keep in mind that she is his friend’s sister and to not get involved with her. He also did not get close to people because of what happened with his parents.
They were enjoying the evening and the champagne during dinner didn’t hurt either and she didn’t want the evening to end, Demetri gave in and went home with Diane.
Months later Demetri has to find the person threatening and killing the people that are close to him and has to get to Diane to get her to a safe location. This is when he finds out she’s pregnant from the night after the ball as they are escaping her house.
Throughout the following days of different places of hiding, she slowly breaks down his walls. Until the day when his pursuer catches up with him and he is injured, he makes the decision on how to catch the person and end their relationship. Once the situation is resolved, does he realize that he screwed up and that he loves her and she had already fallen in love with him. He figures out how to make up.
