The jury is behaving strangely, and at least one juroris convinced he’s being watched. Soon they have to be sequestered. This book was interesting and well written.
There’s a reason why John Grisham is at the top of legal drama. I’ve read this book so many times I had to get an electronic version because the cover is falling off my hard bound copy. Love, love, love this book.
I loved it. Had me wanting too keep reading cause you can’t wait to hear what happens next.
Had me on edge the whole time…whew…
I love legal books.
I enjoy most of Gresham’s legal thrillers, and this one ranks high on the list (saw the TV version, and have read it twice). He focuses on the flawed and corrupt, individuals and institutions, in this case a predatory insurance company, and an unpredictable outcome. Here the lawyer is basically a “good guy” and has some interesting experiences in his out-of-court living adjustments, as well as his pursuit of justice for his client. Hard to put down.
One of his best ! I really enjoyed this one.
Grisham’s novels are always a great read at home, riding in a car, or on vacation.
He is one my favorite authors.
Kept my attention all the way through. Love this author
Was a good read. John Grisham style. No one writes about cases like Grisham
I have read every John Grisham book written. The endings are always so different and I can hardly not cheat and go to the last chapters to see how they end.
very good
John Grisham is my ALL time favorite author. He cannot write fast enough for me to read!!! As soon as a new one comes out….I’m on it!
