Tessa always wanted to marry a prince, and now is her chance. But when she arrives with her best friend Mo, she finds out that you don’t always get what you want! Pierce needs to marry Tessa to save his country from the debt his father has incurred. But his heart lies with the less than queen material, Mo. Quirky, clumsy and just not up to snuff, she is shunned by the queen. What will happen to this love triangle? And what part will Sebastian, Pierce’s steward play in this match? An easy, fun listen, this is got a little bit of everything. The haughtiness of the monarchy, the commoness of Mo and visits from Tessa’s brothers, our favorite billionaires. The humor had me smiling, the condescension had me angry and the love had my heart warming. Read by the author, Ann Omasta gives us the story as she has written it with her wonderful voices and easy pace. It’s a great listen.

The Royally Broke Billionaire: Royal Wedding Blues (Broke Billionaire’s Club #4) was a great read by Ann Omasta. Tess has always dreamed of marrying a handsome prince. Pierce is a prince who is about to take the throne in his kingdom. Tess expects that Pierce will fall in love with her and is surprised when he falls for her best friend Mo. Mo falls for Pierce but doesn’t believe she can follow all the royal rules and expectations. Tess gets to know Sebastian, Pierce’s friend, better and doesn’t expect that Pierce and Sebastian have secrets that can ruin everything. I can’t wait to read more by Ann Omasta.
Tess has always dreamed of marrying a prince, but when her best friend Mo catches the royal eye, she can’t help but set aside her ambitions in favour of her friend’s happiness. As it turns out, things aren’t always what they seem, and Tess might just get her wish and her happily ever after in this sweet, sometimes funny and thoroughly charming story read by the author. I loved Tess and Mo and their handsome, socially savvy mates. In an era where social distancing means chances to get away from it all, dancing at royal balls in fabulous palaces, shopping for clothes at fabulous boutiques and soaking in the royal hot springs, however vicariously, was a delicious escape.
I loved this story.
Now it is Tess, Trey and Trevor’s little sisters turn, her brothers are both rich and successful but her dream has always been to marry a prince and just when she thinks she is finally in reach of her goal her totally socially awkward and clumsy best friend Mo grabs the princes attention. From there we go on a journey of finding love, realising what you think you need may be different to what you actually want and not everything is as it seems. Be ready for laughs, inward groans (yes mostly due to Mo bless her cotton socks), suspicion, frustration at Tess not seeing whats in front of her and the hope that both Tess and Mo get the HEA they both deserve!
Oh my gosh, this was so much fun. A little bit Cinderella, a little bit The Prince and the Pauper, and a splash of The Three Stooges just to keep it interesting. I know Mo wasn’t the main character, but I adored her to bits and pieces. Her clumsiness and inappropriate comments make me feel right at home. I loved Tess for most of the book. Unfortunately, when we got to the end, I thought she was to judgemental for the situation. Sebastian and Pierce are wonderfully human. They’re trying to honor their families, their kingdom, and their hearts all while some of those desires conflict. This story had me laughing out loud and fighting back tears – sometimes at the same time. One of my favorite parts was getting to see the cast of the previous books again.
I’ve only read a couple if Ann Omasta books,,,, they are good
Tess Donovan and Maureen O’Malley have been friends since Kindergarten,,,,, Tess has 2 brothers, their names are Trey and Trevor, they own Donovan Enterprise and Tess has always planned on a Royal Wedding,,,, so when she got herself and Mo invited to the Royal doings to meet the Prince of Isle de Mobsail, His Royal Highness Pierce Huntington Astorill and his Royal Stewart, Sebastian Savoy, but things go wrong when the Prince goes for Mo instead of Tess, who gets stuck hanging with Sebastian,,,,
