Axton
I thought I had everything I needed in life. More money than I would ever spend in my lifetime. A successful band that traveled all around the world. Girls throwing themselves at me on a daily basis. A kind of pseudo family in the Demon’s Wings guys and Emmie. And then she fell into my life. The second my eyes landed on the blonde bombshell with her sassy mouth and those hot piercings and … piercings and tats, I knew that I’d finally found someone I wanted for life.
Dallas
I fell hard for a Rock God. When it was over, I was left shattered. But I was stronger than anyone—especially my mother—gave me credit for. I picked myself up and worked my ass off to get through nursing school, putting the rest of my life on hold to finally fulfill my dreams.
When tragedy strikes, Dallas and Axton are thrown together again. Dallas is along for the ride as OtherWorld goes on a three month tour. Will Axton finally be able to convince her that his feelings go deeper than he first let her see? Or will Dallas be left wondering if Axton Cage was just THE ROCKER WHO WANTS Me?

The Rocker Who Wants Me was the seventh book in the Rocker series by Terri Anne Browning.
We had met Axton and Dallas previously and knew they were drawn together. Finally in The Rocker Who Wants Me we heard their full story.
Axton was the lead singer for the famous rock band, OtherWorld. He was good friends with the band members from Demon’s Wings and best friend to Emmie (book one, The Rocker Who Holds Me.) He met Dallas as Lana’s roommate and best friend (book three, The Rocker Who Needs Me) and the sparks ignited immediately. Dallas was sassy, strong, independent and gorgeous. She was drawn to Axton, but he broke her heart and she refused to go down that road again.
The Rocker Who Wants Me outlined how and why Dallas’ heart was broken. She had cut Axton out until they were pushed together again through a tragedy. Browning then took us through Axton’s fight for Dallas highlighting the obstacles along the way. I enjoyed the storyline but I wanted more detail. There were quite a few gaps where the author could have dug in and provided more depth and dimension. I was craving it.
Browning also developed the other OtherWorld band members, setting the stage for each story. The rest of the series has promise for loads of drama and heartache. Did I say drama – get ready! Next up is Wroth and Marissa in The Rocker Who Cherishes Me.
I again loved it. Don’t know how the author does it, each book is oh so good and very HOT! In this book, but even before then, I loved Dallas and just her personality. I liked her even more in this one with Axton, loved them together. Really worth the read!

A couple of things I have to get off of my chest first…
1) What is up with ending a book at the 88% mark? HATE when that happens!
2) STOP with all of the making Harper feel bad! I mean, I really, really, really want Harper to get pregnant with a mini-Shane! I feel utterly destroyed over the bouts of depression she’s been through and I just can’t stand her hurting every time someone else gets pregnant! Slow down with the babies for Heaven’s sake. We already had The Rockers’ Babies book! Shane and Harper are my FAVORITE couple and I just want more happiness for them in that department… Other than the four-legged variety. I may be greedy but I don’t care!
Ok, done with that… for this book anyways. On to Dallas and Axton!
I LOVED most everything about Dallas. Her attitude, her brashness… I found it entertaining every time she opened her mouth! My one complaint is that I hated how she let Gabriella drag her down. I understand that that would be a hard situation to deal with but repeat after me, Dallas… “I am woman. Hear me ROAR!” You rock everyone’s socks off, Axton included, so brush that b**** off your shoulder.
If I have to hear anymore about that “Italian Rocker” or the “Italian Goddess”… I will vomit a la The Exorcist. EXTREMELY happy that Ax took care of that little “wrist problem” of his… If Gabriella is paired off with Liam (or anyone for that matter) I will definitely be disappointed. Be gone with the b****!
I was over-the-moon happy with Dallas’ and Axton’s HEA. It actually bordered on syrupy sweet but with all that had happened, I couldn’t be more excited for them. So romantic and sweet.
Very curious about the upcoming books; Wroth/Marissa and then Natalie/Devlin/Zander…? Lots more drama headed our way!
