Good read!
Well worth the read.
Not the typical Regency romance, this book was satisfying for many reasons, including the portrayal of a younger brother with broken dreams. The heroine was spunky and admirable, too.
Liked it enough to buy others in series
I enjoyed reading this story. Has twists and turns not foreseen.
I enjoyed this book ;Just when you thought you had it figured out something would change.Keep you interested until the end.
I loved this book! It was my first book by this author. I started reading and could not put the book down until I finished the story! It had wonderful characters and humor. No bedroom scenes- so it is an actual story rather than pages of sex. Refreshing. You start reading this book and it instantly pulls you in and you have to keep reading to discover what will happen next. I can not wait to finish this review and start another book by this wonderful author. A happy story.

Good read. Prose was constructed well and easily read.
A most enjoyable book. The determination, self confidence, and growth of these stalwart main characters can sooth a reader as well as inspire same.
Fun romp through England.
Clean read
Sweet story to while away a cloudy afternoon.
Very engaging story and interesting look into what it takes to actually run a home in that time period and the reality of the people actually doing the work. It was also a sweet love story. Lovely writing.
After reading The Fall of Lord Drayson I put this on my to-read list. This is wonderful storytelling, set apart from society, centered upon one household and the goings-on -more downstairs than upstairs – therein. I could not put this down.
