Ferryn’s book was everything I hoped it’d be! We’ve read the story of how she came to be the daughter of Reign and Summer and we’ve read the many books after that give us little snippets of her personality and then we got the book that jacked everything up for her. But Ferryn turned into a total badass! Her teacher Holden really took the next 9 years of Ferryn’s life and basically beat the badass into her. And then Vance! Loved him!! Ferryn’s forever crush was all grown up. Not in a band anymore but in her fathers MC. He was such a great guy in the book. And Finch!!! I want to know more about Finch! I’m just so happy Ferryn got her HEA and with her best friends big brother so now her and Iggy could be real sisters like they always planned.
I’ve been waiting for this book like…forever and holly sh*t Jessica didn’t disappoint.
She never does. Her books are just WOW! It doesn’t matter the genres she writes in, HER BOOKS ARE AMAZING!!! and this book is even better than I’ve expected.
Ferryn was the most mysterious character from Navesink Bank.
The one that left without explanation, the one that went missing without trace for years.
Her and Vance story is just WOW! so damn heartbreaking, gripping and beautiful
The long way back home was for Ferryn a ridiculous hard and brutal time which she dedicated to a self-imposed mission to save others and herself from the horror and trauma that she experienced in her imprisonment thought her grandmother and her traffickers organization in the past. But that’s a story you can read in “The Fall of V”, that I recommend to read first.
This book is so full of emotions, feelings, dramas and actions that you just can’t stop reading. The brutal life that Ferryn has experienced in the past nine years, had hardened her and transformed her in a war machine. She is as badass women as you can imagine, but under the surface she’s still the little girl, that needs love and family.
Vance is so damn good and devoted to her that she has not other choice but fall for him, again! He is sweet and swoony, but also determined if needed. Someone and something that she doesn’t even know that she needed.
A outlaw biker with a big heart and stubbornness that beats even hers.
The chemistry between them is over the top hot and the steamy parts are just WOW!
I would love to tell you more about this fantastic book, but that would take the unbelievable experience that is this book. I love this book and recommend it to…yeah to just everyone
Read this amazing book and enjoy I definitely enjoyed every second of this story
OMG the long awaited book about Ferryn and it did not disappoint! Her story was fantastic, she is fierce and a complete bada$$, but should we be surprised with her parents and all her aunts and uncles?
In The Rise of Ferryn, we finally get to find out what Ferryn has been up to the last nine years and it’s a doozy. With what had happened to her at the end of The Fall of V, she decided she was not going to be a victim and not just a survivor, but a warrior. She was going to do her best to fight for all those victims and make it her mission that more women do not go through what could have happened to her. I was in such awe of the length she went to to make herself into this weapon. But as tough as she has become, I loved her reaction to her first crush, Vance. When she left Navesink Bank, Vance was the last person she saw and with that last kiss goodbye, she left a lasting impression on him. Now she is back and Vance is the first to see her again. The evolution of their relationship was awesome. Vance was perfect for her.
I loved everything about this book. Reading about how Ferryn transformed into this warrior, her mentor and their relationship (or non-relationship), her need to continue on with her mission, her return to her family and their reaction to what she had been up to and then that amazing relationship between Ferryn and Vance. The wait was definitely worth it. I loved loved loved this book!
5 The Rise of Ferryn Stars
The Rise of Ferryn by Jessica Gadziala is a long awaited book for Jessica’s book fans. It tells the story of Ferryn a kick ass girl that turns into a woman. After The Fall of V we didn’t know where Ferryn had gone or what she was doing.
From the first line of this book I was hooked. I wanted to know what her mission was and what she needed to do to get there. Her survival, her training and her dedication to complete her mission that she had set for herself so many years ago.
But when she returns home to face her family and friends she’s hoping they will forgive her and not judge where her journey has left her. Does she still have feeling for Vance, can she even still love not only her family but anyone. These are questions and uncertainties that she has going through her mind has she rides back into Navesink Bank.
“I killed myself to be reborn into the body and mind and soul of someone who could do what needed to be done. I didn’t do all of that just to shrug it off like a sweater that no longer fit right, go back to my old life, be that old person.”
Ferryn’s story is a great end for her but it introduces so many great and exciting newer generation from the Henchmen Legacy series and to Navesink Bank. Fallon, Finn, West, and Colson to name but a few characters that I can’t wait to hear from. Great secondary characters are a must for me and Jessica does them so well. They make a story great and it was no different in the Rise of Ferryn! Another must read and 5 stars from me.

The Rise of Ferryn
She’s back!!!!! I know this has been the authors most requested book with how The Fall of V ended. Now we finally get to find out where Ferryn has been for the last 9 years.
This was so worth the wait and IMO gave us more than I was expecting with certain secondary characters. I don’t want to spoil anything so will just reiterate it’s good to have Ferryn back home where she belongs.. Thank you Jessica for finally giving us this story.
The one we’ve all been waiting for…Ferryn’s story. Sometimes when a story is so highly anticipated, it can’t possibly live up to expectations..can it? Well, this one does! It blew right past any and all expectations that I had. The reviews coming in are all the same..best book of the year and it’s only January. If you have not read any of Jessicas Henchmen MC series, you really should start with Reign. It’s the story of Ferryns parents. This book also works as a stand alone. but you will miss the enjoyment of all the old friends I got to revisit! However you choose to start, I know you will read them all after just one. Totally enjoyed this book!!
The Rise of Ferryn transcends the romance genre. It has romance for sure, and passion, but also suspense and well written action scenes. It would make an awesome movie, and can be read as a standalone. Five stars.
This book was soo highly anticipated and it was worth the wait people! It was not what I was expecting at all but it answered everything so so so perfectly and can I say I love see the new character developments. My only little complaint is that there was mention of her relationships with her brothers when she first got reacquainted with everyone but then nothing I want more from them but I’m sure when their book* I hope they get their story told* we will see what happens .Other than that it was everything I wouldn’t have thought to ask for and more.
Absolute perfection from beginning to end!
Jessica Gadziala has hit a perfect homerun with The Rise of Ferryn! Where has she been and why? Will her family respond positively when she returns?
When Ferryn returns it is apparent in the guarded way she holds herself, and the way she responds if someone grabs her, that the last 9 years have not been kind to her. No longer is there a spark in her soft, grey eyes, they are blank. No matter whether she’s safe now, or not, she keeps the mask firmly in place.
Her family has differing responses to her return. Where her mother is soft and accepting, her father is trying to protect the family she left behind – even if he has to protect them from her. And he might have to because Ferryn can’t or won’t answer the question of whether or not she’s planning to stay in Navesink Bank.
And all the time Ferryn has someone watching over her, someone even her Dad might approve of, but what if she won’t share what has happened, or what she plans to do.
This book could be read as a standalone. 5 beautiful stars to Jessica Gadziala for sharing Ferryn’s story with us, I can’t WAIT to see what she gets up to next!!
I don’t know where to start. This is a book I’ve been waiting for a long time. Since reading The Fall of V last year, I think most everyone has been waiting to read Ferryn’s story, find out where she went, how long she was gone, what she did. Jessica didn’t disappoint. I’m sure there was pressure to deliver this book that everyone has been eagerly waiting on, but Jessica more than gave Ferryn her story. She inspired, she brought harsh realities to light, she gave us some moments with the OG Henchmen (Reign, Cash) and she gave us Ferryn’s happily ever after with the guy we all just knew she was destined to be with. But even knowing who she would be with, the story was a page turner that I didn’t want to put down. I more than loved this book, I think this is by far my fave Henchmen book, and Lord knows I love Reign something fierce.
