Dylan Royce, ex-teen pop star, needs a sexy image makeover. His first adult solo album came out under his perfect, white-washed persona and tanked. Joining a band equally famous for their music and their between-the-sheets escapades is only the start. He needs to get raunchy. Sleep with a different girl every night. But there’s only one woman he wants, and she still sees him as a goody two-shoes … two-shoes boy-bander.
Ariel Watson is the publicist in charge of turning Dylan into the sex-god every woman dreams of doing. Frankly, she doesn’t see the appeal. Until one hot kiss changes her mind. Now she wants to keep him for herself–without losing her job. Or losing Dylan the legions of drooling fans she’s supposed to be building for him.
Turning bad got Dylan the woman of his dreams. But how will he choose between her…or his career catapulting him back to superstar status?

An okay story for a young adult. Not my usual read and I didn’t read book 1. It is interesting, surprising, emotional and so much more. Could have used more . I voluntarily review this for booksprout.
This is the second book in this series and is Dylan and Ariel’s story. Dylan is an ex teen star who is aspiring to be a solo artist, but his image need to change into a sex gods. Ariel is Cam’s sister from #1, and she is the publicist who is assigned to change his image. These two have undeniable chemistry between them. This is a well written story which is humorous, steamy, and witty. I look forward to reading more from this talented author, whose work I recommend.
Nice and sweet
Dylan and Ariel captured my heart from the very start. I easily connected with them and was very happy to go on the tour with both of them. It was funny, entertaining, sweet ,with some sexy times, read. I really enjoyed all their banter and interactions with other characters that I get to know in the first book of the series. But as always there are some unforeseen events that threaten to ruin what they have built together. Can they see through their own stubbornness and put the pride aside and have the shot in building stable relationship? Read to find out. It’s worth the time.
This story was another one that made you swoon. The characters were instantly enthralled with each other, which is what we always dream about in romance books. The plot is one of steaminess and love that is questionable. Second chances are a theme in this story, as Dylan has to rebuild his image. He gets the chance of a lifetime and it makes the story. The characters from the first book are caught up on and you get a glimpse back into their lives. When tough decisions have to be made, Ariel does the right thing and stands up for the ones she loves. Love prevails no matter what is a true theme of this story.
*4 Stars*

This one immediately felt like it had more depth than the first book. Dylan and Ariel are the kinds of characters who fit perfectly together and who you just really easily like.
Dylan is trying to leave behind his boy band days, and Ariel is trying to come back from some past issues with her career.
Thrown together, they must work together and see if they can fight their attraction for one another. These two have a really lovely story, and really want to support each other and do the right thing as well.
There are some sweet and fun scenes in this, and we get to see more of Riptide as well (Ariel is Cam’s sister). This also leaves lots of intrigue for the next book, about Jake.
Another easy to read story, but with a bit more depth and likeable main characters. Enjoyed this one more than the first.
3.5 stars The Reverse of Perfection is book 2 in this author’s Bad Decisions rockstar series and can be read as a standalone. I admittedly have not read book 1, but I plan to now that I have finished this book. Dylan wants to make it as a solo artist, but he also wants to break away from the control that the record company that dictates his wardrobe, music, etc. Ariel is Cam’s younger sister (a member of the band Riptide) and she is trying to re-establish herself in the PR music industry. This is a quick read that features two likable characters that are trying to stay true to themselves – a theme that I enjoyed. I gave it 3.5 stars instead of the full 4 stars because it was insta-lust turned insta-love, which is something that I always grapple with in romance books. Still the two of them made a good couple. The author did a great job with character development given how short the book was. I enjoyed the secondary characters of Jones and Cam. There was some steam and just enough drama to keep the book entertaining. I received this book from Booksprout.
This is the second book in the series, and I liked this one better than the first one.
This story intertwines with The Opposite of Right, and is the story of Cam’s sister Ariel.
Dylan and Ariel’s story felt a lot deeper than Cam’s. Whilst it is still pretty insta-stuff, their stories had a lot more depth to them.
Dylan was all kinds of adorable. I loved him trying to break out of his boy band past, trying to get free of the shackles his record label have put on him. His trying out the bad boy thing was very enjoyable.
Ariel came to him just at the right time. Though there is that attraction, they bicker like cats and dogs, but we can feel it is going to lead to more.
This was a lovely story about being true to yourself, standing up for yourself, and never again letting anyone make you feel like you are less.
I am looking forward to Jake’s story – he has me all kinds of intrigued.
Ariel Watson and Dylan Royce met about 4 years ago at a New Year’s Eve celebration that Ariel’s brother Cam’s band, Riptide was performing at. Dylan was with a boy band 4X4 then but he’s 23 years old now and trying to make a go of a solo career with several issues one being his good wholesome boy image, so they need to dirty up his image a bit. Make women want him and guys want to be him. The PR firm that Ariel is working for is hired and their sexual chemistry is through the roof. He’s always said that she’s his ideal girl/woman for him and it turns out she really is.
When the PR firm threatens Ariel’s job and leak some private information on Dylan what’s Ariel suppose to do? Work like nothing has happened or make some hard decisions that will not only affect her life but Dylan’s as well, and does Dylan want to do everything the PR firm or his label want him to do just to sell records for the money or is he in the music for the music and the money I just a nice bonus?
