This book starts with a look back at a sad event and then the truth is eventually revealed. Characters were good – the premise is sad.
Wasn’t until close to the end that I thought I knew who had done the kidnapping. I did not guess the twist at the end. Hard to put down. Enjoyed the book.
Far too realistic in todays world, and twisted. Kept me guessing until the end.
I loved this novel! It was a page-turner that I did not want to end.
One of the best books I’ve read! Surprising up to the very end! Samantha Hayes is my new favorite author.
Great story line & interesting characters. Keeps you guessing.
Interesting read with a completely ridiculous ending.
Interesting story with many plots! Much more going on than originally thought.
Unexpected suspects and great surprise ending.
It was brilliant! I recommend it!
Yawn!
I only gave this four stars because the last 10% of the book was disappointing
Very intertaining, did not know what was coming next.
Kept trying to figure out who did it,but was surprised at end
This was a book that hooked me early and wouldn’t let go. The plot moves easily and steadily towards the shocking conclusion. Totally blindsided me!
Very good. Definitely one you couldn’t put down. Highly recommend this book.
Quit halfway. Too much of a typical summer, female novel. Just didn’t care.
Fantastic! Best book in years….. will read it again….. I could not put it down.
I liked this book so much I read it twice and told friends about it.
VERY hard to put down
Kept me interested until the very end. Characters were interesting, and I couldn’t guess the ending until it happened.
I was drawn into the whole family dynamics, and the ending was a complete surprise. Realistic?? No, but entertaining.
