Terrific! Look forward to rest of the series!
Looking for the next one in the series.
As a white woman, it was interesting to see things through the eyes of a black one.
I thought the main character was kind of an idiot who didn’t know how to keep herself safe because she continuously talked about cases. Didn’t like the book much.
Somewhat trite.
SEries is new to me, look forward to following the Reluctant Coroner’s adventures!
Great book
Fun read
One thing leads to another as Fenway takes the coroner’s position. Good page turner as you think you know what’s coming, then no, your are wrong again.
There were a lot of twists and turns throughout. I really enjoyed it. It was fast paced. The story played out in only a few days but the author packed a lot in those days.
Enjoyable read. Unusual premise with interesting plot development,
Loved the book so much I bought the 3 follow-up books in this series.
Hard to believe.
Main character has zero experience but is smarter than the professionals
Unrealistic
The premise was original and the characters were diverse.
I really enjoyed this book, will probably buy the new couple if the series.
a bit different plot
One of those books that you like so much you go ahead and buy the next one in the series! Characters are very likeable, the mystery is good, altogether an enjoyable read.
Enjoyed it.
Good read.
Very disappointing, especially the main character
